IChat only VVoIP app not working in enviornment

Question

I'm beating my head against my desk here... I must be missing something simple.
We use several VVoIP applications to do remote interviews with talent. iChat offers great video quality, but for some reason it's the only app we have not been able to get to wirk through our Cisco 7204 VXRs. I have SightSpeed, Polycom and Skype all working fine. Maybe someone can offer some assistance. Here's a snippet of the ports we're allowing (some of it may be for other stuff):
access-list 101 permit udp any range 9000 9005 any
access-list 101 permit udp any eq 5060 any
access-list 101 permit udp any eq 5190 any
access-list 101 permit tcp any eq 5190 any
access-list 101 permit udp any eq 5220 any
access-list 101 permit udp any eq 5222 any

access-list 101 permit tcp any eq 5298 any
access-list 101 permit udp any eq 5353 any

Am I missing something basic here?

Good tips, I'll give it a shot after hours.
I don't know of any way to bind SIP traffic on the 7204 as it's an older version of IOS (so I don't break compatibility).
I have 5060 to 5063 open on UDP, do I need that on TCP as well? Easy to do, just don't want to break open any holes that I don't need.
I'll change iChat to 443
I'll remove 5190 from the firewall which will once again block it.
Will also double check that 5220, 5222 and 5223 are open on TCP, thanks for the heads up.
I wonder if NAT transversal will b improved upon in the next version. Is there someone I can contact (that's not a form letter) to get a discussion going? Or maybe I'm a unique setup that many don't see often.
