Try the foillowing:
Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless using iCloud Photo Library). When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device).

If it's still asking for the seller's Apple ID and password, then he most likely did not actually remove the iPhone from iCloud. If the problem persists, return the iPhone and get your money back. The seller can figure out the problem and resell the iPhone later.

How are you trying to access it? You can't access the iCloud website on Safari on an iPad, you have to sign in in Settings>iCloud and access the data through the relevant apps.
Have you successfully set up an iCloud account? Can you log in at http://icloud.com on a computer? What operating system are you running on your iPad?
Do you get an error message when you try to access it?
You really need to post more data with a question like this, just 'I can't access' doesn't really allow for any sort of answer.

I have an iphone 4 user purchases. I signed up iCloud and restored many times, the device is still required to entericloud account, but I dated 25.04.2014 restore the machine that requires iCloud account (i *** ** @ mail.ru), I live in Vietnam and did not understand why the machine account mail.ru. Now I can not activate the device. And I have started the machine enough to prove that my iCloud account. Please help me!

IPhone locked to a stranger's icloud account- please help I am not a thief

I had bought iPhone 5 from AT&T the day it was released. After using it for a year and half, I decided to gift it to my dad. I completely wiped the phone to it's factory settings and shipped it to my dad. After my dad received the phone, he took it to a local store to get a new screen protector and a case. After he returned back home, he tried to use the phone but surprisingly the phone was in a lost mode with a message showing it is currently linked to an Apple ID d…[email protected]. Initially he thought the apple id that was showing on the phone belonged to me and asked me to remove it from the device. However, the problem was the apple id didn’t belong to me. I tried to contact the the email address and the phone number that was showing on the screen but they turned out to be bogus. My dad went back to the store but the owner of the store denied doing anything like that. I did some research on Google and came across this discussion where a person is also having the exact same “locked to a stranger’s apple id” issue. At this point, I am not sure if it was the store owner who locked my device or it is a bug in the iCloud system of which Apple is not aware of? I called Apple Support but the rep was kind of rude and just dismissed the case. Then I went to the Apple store with the proof of purchase and the original box but was turned back to Apple Support. The second rep whom I spoke with was professional and sounded helpful but it has been a week and haven't heard back from him yet.
I guess Apple is finding difficulty trying to decide who the true owner of the phone is? Me who have the proof of purchase or the stranger who has provided bogus email address and phone number? Looks like Apple is not willing to help me at all. Is filing a case at small claim court the only option left for me?

I respect your opinion but I don’t agree with it. In the real world, you don't have to involve the police if you simply loose your keys or if it gets stolen. There is nothing a police can do because the car is never stolen and is just sitting at the mall's parking lot all the time. Remember, only the keys were stolen. In my phone's case, the phone was never stolen however I do agree that it was in a vulnerable position when I did the factory reset and removed my icloud account from it. If a device is in such a position then anybody who has the physical access to the device can lock the device with their icloud account. And this is exactly what happend to my phone and this is exactly what I have been trying to explain to Apple Support. I understand they cannot just trust me and unlock the phone for me, but I expect them to tell me what's the next step for me to take. What document or proof do they need from me to show that I am the true owner? I can try and get the police involved even though the device is never stolen, but I first need to know which city police should I get involved- is it the Dallas Police, my home town police or the stranger’s home town police? The email address and the phone number shown on the locked screen are totally bogus and they don’t exist at all. I don’t even know where this stranger lives. Apple Support is simply ignoring me presuming that I am the thief and not trying to resolve the issue at all.

Hi apple community.
I'd liked to ask you and that you help me with my situation.
I've borrowed my iPad to a kid and he added an icloud account:

He don't know/forgot the password and neither of us do.
I've registered the iStore with my personal email, since i never used icloud.
And apparently, he installed find my ipad too.
It was giving me a few days ago, log in to your icloud account.
I clicked cancel and it was keeping popping up.
So i tried to update(officially) to ios8 with iTunes.
It was a disaster, because in the inital configuration screen, it says "log in to your icloud account".
I've tried to reset his password, but i don't know the email associated with the icloud account "[email protected]", so i could ask him to log in to his email, to his mother/father email, etc.
So, i'm stuck in welcome screen.
Also, he must had put a "fake" birthday date, because on the security question, when i put "his" birthday date, it says wrong.
So, i'm basicly stuck.
Can you help me with this.

brand new iCloud account is verified using new email address
however iCloud account already has a name...address...phone number of an existing person
unable to contact person via the listed number
Have I 'hacked' an account?
I assume this account and email address are no longer in use so do I delete existing info, enter my own info and use this iCloud account?

I can not unlink an iphone from an Apple ID which was not linked to an icloud account. Help!

Okay so I bought a second hand iphone 4 for $20 so I could play music in my car (aftermarket USB hookup radio) so my 5s wasn't constantly sitting on the charger and frying the battery. So like any other normal person I reformatted the device to new so there was no information from the previous owner on it, but it was updated to 7.1.whatever-it-is-now and now it says it's linked to an Apple ID. I tried the www.icloud.com/find and it doesn't come up and I have no way to unlink the account from the phone. The previous owner gave me the Apple ID they used and it says "this Apple ID can not be used to unlock this iphone". Is there any way to unlink the iphone from the Apple ID without using icloud? Because I don't think the previous owner was using an icloud account before they got rid of the phone

Well I don't think it's a coincidence that both emails start with a K lol but one of them ends with "@aol" and the one the phone asks for is "@m•••" so maybe it's possible they used a different email or changed the email while they had it activated

You cannot create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create an iCloud account on an iOS device (running iOS 5 or higher) or a Mac (running OS X 10.7.2 or higher).
After creating an iCloud account on an iOS device or Mac you can then use the account on your PC, but you can't create the account on your PC.

That is because the app you are attempting to update is not owned by your Apple ID. You will have to delete the app and re-purchase it with your own ID, or continue to use your cousin's password to update it.

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
