i tried to update my phone, which didn't work this then tried to restore my phone now it wants me to put in my icloud log in which i couldnt change due to not knowing my password, this got blocked for security reasons, i then tried to go to the password reset which it blocked too for too many tries, i now cannot do a thing with the site and my phone, i want to reset my phone to factory setting and start over but i do not have access to my phone and itunes wants me to log in with details i do not have and cannot get, i cannot do anything with my phone until i get it unblocked, tried to contact support but it just says no answer is available.

Call apple tech support. I had the same kind of issue with my daughters iPhone and they were very helpful

Gosh, this is full of great information and I need something a little bit deeper - and because I'm not a techy - can I explain...Apple ID changed a year ago from a work email to a personal email. No longer have access to original email..... New email and Apple ID worked flawlessly until today - every 3 seconds Sign in to iCloud pops up.. with the old work email. I enter the password - which is the same... and it says invalid.
I tried to delete the icloud, but you need the password and it says "find my phone" is on... i turn it off, and it's the old email... and the password again doesn't work, of course.
I am left stratching my head... I sync my phone and my correct, up to date email is in the Apple ID sections...
What am I doing wrong.. talk slow to me please, lol.

Try resetting it (hold the sleep/wake and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release). After it restarts, try again.

You need to delete her iCloud account from your device. Go to settings > iCloud, scroll down to the bottom and tap delete account.

Do this:
Plug in your iPhone into your computer.
Hold the power button and home button for 10 seconds the both with each other.
Then release the power button but keep holding the home button for another 15 seconds.
This'll put it onto DFU mode so that you can restore it. Good luck!

I deleted my account as it was showing up with an old Id ( I'd changed my email) but now I've done that it won't give me the option of logging back on. Do I have to do this on another device Or computer linked to iTunes first?

You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, you will need an Apple product. Once the account exists you can logon to it from a PC.

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. I keep getting an error message when logging onto iCloud. It states that "you cant sign in because of a server error". But the cloud status is "normal".

This is happened today after I udpated my iPad to IOS v7 and iTunes to 11.1.0.126 and only for one of my computers. I keep on getting an error message when trying to log onto iCloud. The error message is "you cannot sign-in because of a server error" but the iCloud status is "normal" and iCloud is fine on my other computers.

Next day the problem still continued. I did restart my computer a couple of times and then "it worked". Not sure why - if it really was a server problem or something on my side.

In your Internet Explorer browser, Click on the "Pages" drop down, then on "Compatibility display" and add icloud.com to the list.
Actually I had the same initial error this morning even after adding icloud.com to the list as explained yesterday. So I tried restarting my browser and I was able to log in. I don't get it. Let me know if adding icloud.com to the list works out for you..

Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like you couldnt sign in to iCloud and then changed the Apple ID. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Cannot log into Icloud on my pc

I cannot log into Icloud with my pc I keep getting the error message :
Icloud encounter an error while trying to connect with the server.

Been looking for similar posts, surprised I haven't found more, because I'm fairly certain that there is a current problem with some parts of Apple's server network: I have 3 iCloud accounts in Mail on my Macbook, and 1 of them (annoyingly, my main one) has not been able to connect for an hour or two. And both of the others wouldn't connect for a few minutes, but are now working again.
More suprising is that trying to log in to webmail (www.icloud.com) is giving a very unhelpful error message, suggesting the server is down. Everything else Internet is working fine for me, and haven't changed any settings, so fairly sure problem is Apple's end.
It's possible that your iPhone is collecting your mail via a different server route that is still working; my three iCloud accounts are collecting via p02.imap.mail.me.com, p09.imap.mail.me.com and p99.imap.mail.me.com, and it's only p02 that's consistantly not working.
