ICloud bag in Apple TV 6.0

Lost access to all photostreams after install 6.0 update on Apple TV. I cound't accept new iCloud terms and conditions - Apple TV interface didn't go further after pressing 'Agree' button.

Check your account details are correct, including Location, Time Zone & Region. Log out and back in if necessary.

Actually, everyone missed one point, when a device is priced, the cost of icloud storage space for that device is also included in it that is why they are able to give you 5gb each for each user ID, in nutshell there is nothing free coming with apple device purchase, it is paid for. What they are trying by giving only 5gb per user ID irrespective of the number of devices used is pure broadlight looting, they take money from you when you buy each device and give you nothing, This is a case of goods and services bought but not fully deliverd ie apple can be suied for discreminatory treatment towards it's users. I wonder why no one tried this yet in America where everyone sue everyone for petty things..... there is no one to take up this issue? . if tim got any love for the guys who shell out money for the devices his company makes, he should be implimenting this as priority before someone wake up from sleep and sue him.

I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one. I checked, and at least one other user is having the same issue. I'll attempt to copy/paste the Support request url: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4430653?tstart=0

These types of messages often indicate a problem with the devices serial number, have you had your phone repaired at any stage or did you buy it second-hand.

If the messages says that it is a valid Apple ID but not an iCloud ID, it's becaure you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create the account on an iOS device or Mac (running Lion or Mountain Lion). After creating the account, you can then sign in with the ID on your PC, but you can't create the account on a PC.

I have the same problem and unfortunately the only way to get an iCloud ID is to set one up on an Apple device that uses the Apple OS opperating system. If you don't own one, or can't qfford one, then you are simply shut out of using the iCloud. Does it suck? Yes. Is there any solution other than buying an Apple device? No.

You are getting this message because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC by signing with your Apple ID. You can only sign into an existing account on a PC. Everywhere I search on Apple's Support site says to sign in to iCloud using your "Apple ID," which I did. I've had my iTunes account for years (even migrated from the old AOL account system). It's the standard email+password that everyone is supposed to use.
My main question is how can I have a valid Apple ID and not an iCloud account--if the two are supposed to be linked?

You create an iCloud account by going to Settings>iCloud on an iOS device or System Preferences>iCloud on a Mac and signing in with your Apple ID. Apple ID's are not device specific, so when you changed it on the iPad 2 it changed it on the iPhone 4 as well, since it's the same account still. What you need to do is create a second Apple ID (so you'll have two accounts, one for iPhone 4 and a seperate one for iPad 2).
To create a new Apple ID on your iPad 2:
1) Go into Settings > Store.
2) If you are already signed in, tap your Apple ID on the screen and you will be given a few options, one of which is to sign out of your account.
3) After you sign out, now click the "Sign in" button.
4) Tap "Create New Apple ID" and follow the instructions on-screen.

There is no featured tab in my iTunes store. . . and everywhere it shows me signed in. I had downloaded an app for my mother on HER ipad, and that is the only app I have done for her. It shows up on my phone, and now I cannot update any of my apps. I uninstalled that app on my phone, but when I want to update ones I have installed on my phone with my appleid, she keeps showing up.

You would need to go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap her ID, sign out, then sign back in with your ID. However, if she has turned on automatic downloads, download previous purchases or signed into an iTunes Match account using her current ID, she would have to wait 90 days from when she first did this to change to another ID. She can, of course, sync your music to her device using iTunes without changing her ID association.

You do a restore as new to wipe the iPhone then at the end of restore you will be asked to restore from backup. Choose your iPhone backup.
Note you cannot restore an IOS newer than the IOS on iPhone, you need to update iPhone first.
