ICLOUD CALANDER STOPPED WORKING

ICloud stopped syncing with my computer after using with no problem for serveral months. Computer is PC Windows Home Premium. Using Outlook. Tried setting up again and only managed to loose my events on both devices. Any ideas?

On the Safari menu bar got to Safari -> Empty Cache

Click on Details -> type the name of the particular site (e.g. facebook) in the search field and delete all upcoming entry's.

Try Googling "sync without iTunes".
There are free alternatives and there are not so free alternatives.
Btw, to check if AVG is causing the problem, you should uninstall AVG and not just "turn it off".
Also, can you describe how you go about uninstalling a program? For example, how did you "delete" iTunes?

ICloud services stop working suddenly? Read if you use OpenDNS

Hi,
If your iCloud services like Find My Friends or Find My iPhone have stopped working on your devices recently while connected to your wifi network, and you get errors about not being connected to the Internet, and you use OpenDNS domain filtering services on your network, you might want to add icloud.com to your OpenDNS whitelist. It appears that they just added icloud.com to various blocking filters like chat, file storage, etc.
You'll know if OpenDNS is blocking your access if you use your desktop browser to go to iCloud.com and you get the OpenDNS block page. That's how I finally figured out what the problem was. I was going to try to log into iCloud from my browser to make sure my account was not hacked.
I wonder how many support calls Apple is getting because of this...
Anyway, I hope this helps others who might find themselves with icloud services not working suddenly on their devices.

Thanks for your posting. I observed the same situation at my location and it seems that someone inserted the "icloud.com" domain in the "Instant Messaging" category as I block that one.
At the moment of writing these lines, the "icloud.com" domain is part of the following categories at OpenDNS:
Instant messaging
Chat
File storage
Webmail
Software/Technology
Some solutions will be for you to either whitelist the entire 'icloud.com" domain or allow the above mentionned categories.

ICloud account stopped working in mail?

15 mins ago my Icloud account has stopped working in mail on my Mac. Have been using it for months with no issues yet suddenly it wont send or receive any mail even though i have not changed any settings? My account still works on my Macbook/Iphone & Ipad but not on my Mac.
I have tried reinstalling on my mail but everytime i get the same outcome?
It states the account is offline but then i ask it to go online but nothing!
It also says 'server "p02-imap.mail.me.com" on port 993 timed out?

HT1349 ICloud mail stopped working in Outlook on my MacBook Air

I have not changed any of the settings, but this week my iCloud (mobil me) mail account stopped working in Outlook on my MacBook Air. I still recieve email, but it will not send anything. Can someone help me with the account set-up for iCloud mail in Outlook for Mac 2011?

Why did my icloud account stop working?

My iCloud email has been working fine with my iPhone 4s running IOS5 until recently. It recently started telling me that my password was not correct even though I had not changed anything.
I was thinking this may be because the account was entered as a @mac.com username, so I thought I might be able to fix this by changing it to the @icloud.com address, but it appears that that field is not editable.
So I then tried to add a new account with the same username, but at @icloud.com. It then complained that an account with the same username already existed (@mac.com).
Do I have to delete this account and then re-add it? Did Apple document this change that caused it to stop working? I'm wary of deleting accounts because I once lost all my contacts doing so.

Did you tried to use the "original" mail address that you use to create the Apple ID?
You can't have 2 iCloud Accounts in the same device.
You can delete the Account with safety by turning off categories (Contacts, Calendars etc.) one by one and choose "Keep on my iPhone" when you prompt. Then re-add your Account.

ICloud Drive stopped working

Hi,
For some reason, my iOS device (an iPhone 5) stopped working yesterday. It cannot upload changes made to documents, nor can it download new ones. I tried several times to reboot my device, which fixed this issue on iOS 7, and I've tried to make changes to documents again and again to trigger a sync, but nothing happens. New documents don't get transferred to my iPhone. I'm a bit clueless as to what to do.
What can I do?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Once you have reinstalled snow leopard on your new drive, just log in to the mac app store with your Apple ID for the mac app store and you will be able to redownload Lion at no charge. Lion includes the iCloud system preference so all you will need to do is re-enter your Apple ID for iCloud sync services again.

Mail and iCloud Sync stopped working

Hi Everybody,
This is a really strange problem. My mail just stopped receiving emails including my icloud emails and other web accounts (on my macbook pro and my iphone). Furthermore notes and contacts are not syncronized betwen devices anymore.
I can access my icloud mails through the webportal. If I add an IMAP account to mail for my other mail accounts it also works. But the pop3 accounts and the icloud account in mail just stopped receiving mail. I can send out mails.
I have tried the regular troubleshoot advices but nothing worked.
Can anybody help me? Thanks.

The iCloud mail configuration from within System Preferences > iCloud does not work. I can tick Contacts and Notes but the sync does not work either.

Try "reset ting" your iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

ICloud Email stopped working on my MacBook running 10.7.5

My computer has worked fine since installing 10.7.5 but suddenly iCloud mail has stopped. I can neither send or receive from my MacBook, but my iPad and iPhone both have working iCloud email. I didn't change anything on the computer, but I see that the iCloud Mail Server box has "greyed out. Any suggestions please?

Make sure Mail is selected in System Preferences > iCloud
According to the iCloud status page > Apple - Support - System Status
The mail server is working.
You can click Contact Suport at the bottom of that window.

Mavericks multiple iCloud emails stopped working

The iCloud settings for my Apple Mail iCloud accounts have changed, not with any interaction from me.
Now only one of the four iCloud accounts I have attached to my Mail client is working.   I've had these accounts since the .Mac "Family Account" days and they're all active.
Also, an aside... my Contacts list was getting slow, and it didn't take long to find over 17,000 NULL contact entries in my Contact. Did something strange happen to iCloud last week?

Actually I have 5 iCloud accounts for this one user account.   All are configured under Mail, and have been working for years (if not decades ).   Most are migrants that've been moved through the .mac/.me/.icloud transitions since setting them up over time since the 1990's. Most of the 5 use the p02-imap server for incoming mail. One is on p25-imap.
What's changing at the moment is the "outgoing server (SMTP)" is being set to None for all the accounts. I can change them all back but two of the SMTP servers are showing Offline.
After resetting to the proper SMTP server account (there must be five, one for each iCloud account as the authorizations are different), two of the 5 email accounts under Mail are showing Offline SMTP servers.
Another change is I can no longer see all five in the "Edit SMTP Server List" dialog.   Only iCloud SMTP server appears in the pick list -- that would be the one that's correct for each account. This is how I can reset the SMTP server alignment.
It was truly a pain to add the last iCloud account to Mail after the Mavericks upgrade, so it is obvious something changed in iCloud Account Management with Mavericks. There's no way to rename the account from the front end, and I've not bothered to dig into the internals.
Data point: The two offline accounts both work on my iOS devices

Data point: I do have over a dozen other non-iCloud accounts working under Mail, so the SMTP list is similarly large.
The problem is most definitely within the Mavericks Mail client.
