ICloud decreased, lost my photos

iTunes recently decreased my iCloud. In which most of my photos were deleted. They were not back up o. A computer. How can I get them back?

On your iPad tap Settings > iCloud
Make sure Photo Stream is switched on.

You can't view your back up files at icloud.com.
You can't view your camera roll and you can't view your Photo Stream files at icloud.com.
The icloud back up plan allows you to "restore" your iOS device from the files you backed up at icloud.com.

If she have an iCloud Backup, she can restore from iCloud backup.

Lost my photos from my iPhone

Help I seem to have lost my photos off my iPhone. I had an iPhone 4 and then upgraded to iPhone 4S but was able to keep my phones from iPhone 4 but it shows up as "Photos" in my 4S and any new photos I took on my new phone was saved in camera roll. I synced to iTunes on my mac and it has deleted from my iPhone all photos saved in "photos" but kept all in camera roll. How can I get back my photos lost?! Somebody help as these old photos are very precious to me.

If you want to view Photo Stream photos on a Windows computer you will first need the iCloud Control Panel installed. Once installed, there will be an iCloud Photos location selected on your computer. Please review the following article as a reference.

On a Windows computer
Install the iCloud Control Panel if it isn’t already installed on your computer.
Open the iCloud Control Panel, then turn on Photos.My Photo Stream is set up by default. To turn it off, click Options, then turn off My Photo Stream.
To change the iCloud Photos location on your computer, click Options. Click Change to choose a folder, then click OK.
Click Apply.

I just synced my Iphone 4 but used my old iphone's setting (already on my computer) Now I have lost my photos from my 4... I'm not sure how to restore to how it was before I tried syncing it with my computer...

I recommend an external drive to maintain your music. All your purchases are held in iCloud...so redownloading should be easy. Also, Home sharing is a great way to transfer to a new computer, but in the case of hard drive failure your options are limited. Home sharing is specifically for transferring to another pc. Good luck!

Can i restore lost unbacked photos?

Sorry but no if you are sure you don't have a backup via either iTunes or iCloud. For future use, iCloud backup is pretty painless as it will happen automatically when the phone is on, locked, and connected to power. More information: iCloud: iCloud storage and backup overview
I would also strongly recommend that you periodically either import photos to a computer iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer or use some other service such as Flickr where you can see the photos in a second location, in addition to the above backup.

Unfortunately, if these photos had not been transferred off the phone in some way, before restoring from the previous backup, they are now gone.
Did you have iCloud's Photostream feature setup? If so, they may have been uploaded to that.

Run the >software update>iPhoto
If you have a legit copy of of iPhoto you are eligable for the Mavericks compatible version. Look for it in your applications folder along side the older versions.
If not purchase it on the AppStore to regain access to your iphoto library as you knew it.
