ICloud Documents - can't delete or reset

If I try to delete an iCloud pages, numbers or keynote document I got an error.
Message:
"Numbers / Pages / Keynote is Locked: Due to account maintenance, Numbers / Pages / Keynote will be unavailable for the next hour.“
An yellow icon with „!“ appears on the Numbers / Pages / Keynote icon. It stays for a while.
After a some hours I got the same message again.
It is also not possible for me to execute "Account->Advanced->Reset Documents & Data“.
Message:
"Could not reset Documents and Data: There was a problem performing the reset. Try again later."
I tried it next day. Same.
Is there any solution?

May I know what is the iOS or OS x version you use when this issue happen ?

  • If I set up the ICloud, does that mean that all of my songs will be stored in Icloud? can I delete the library from my PC and only choose what playlists I want on PC?

If I set up the ICloud, does that mean that all of my songs will be stored in Icloud? can I delete the library from my PC and only choose what playlists I want on PC?

    Thank you
    I realize they are separate
I will do music match so that all of my songs are in ICloud
Do I need to keep the library on my PC or can I download whatever playlists I want stored on the device at that time.
Example: I have almost 1G of Christmas Music - because it is on my PC in my llibrary they sync to my ipod touch every time - i really want those stored somewhere else so they do not sync [or take space on my pc] with exception to one month per year.
I am thinking I can create space on my PC and Touch by storing songs on icloud that i do not listen to regularly; I am also thinking I can request songs by playlist to download to my touch or PC
Is that a clearer question or am I just confusing myself??

  • How can I delete or reset bookmark data in iCloud?

How can I delete or re-set bookmark data in iCloud. I have sync'd with blank from safari, then re-loaded safari with new list. Sync to phone works fine.
Now everytime I re-enable backup to iCloud 500 duplicates are made and all old folders restored.
Reset should not be that hard to do. FFs I would be fine with a delete all button on the phone.
Deleting 1000 bookmarks one by one is ridculous.
    Thanks for any suggestions.

    Hi,
If you want to delete the organisation units / positions
go to T-code PP01 and give the specific object, number and date period.
first you have to delete the relationship info type and then object, if object is TCC 1 you can't delete system give error message that TCC 1 will not be deleted.

  • I have two iClouds, how can I delete one?

Here is the picture I took for further detail:

Open Mail, Contacts, & Calendars from System Preferences. If you have more than one iCloud account in the list, you can try deleting one of them.
My list has 2 set up. I've never figured out why, but it had something to do with me changing email addresses. When I set it to use Mail, it always creates the second account. If this is the case for you, unselect all but Mail for the second one and select the other uses in the first.
You might try to select all in the first and deselect all in the second and see if it sticks with Mail in the first one. If it does, you can delete the second one.

  • I am using some one else's icloud how can I delete it without deleting things on my phone

My icloud does not work why?

I can't tell you why your iCloud account isn't working unless you explain what isn't working about it.
To delete the iCloud account without losing the data, start by saving your photo stream photos to the camera roll.  Next, if you're syncing notes with iCloud, open each note and email it to yourself.  You will have to copy and paste the text from the email into new notes.  Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password (if using iOS 7) and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted.  This will keep the iCloud data on your phone, with the exception of photo stream photos (which you saved to your camera roll) and notes (which you emailed to yourself).

  • I got a full iCloud, but can not delete the used data

When I open the administration panel, it only reports Email 5MB and backups 0kB. I have only 114MB of 5GB free, but I am not able to see what it is that occupies my space.
So my iCloud is full, but I have nothing to delete. Has anyone experienced this behaviour?

  • Do i need to keep my old phone backup on my icloud or can I delete the account

I have purchased more storage for my iphone and have noticed that under storage and backup my old iphone appears along with my current one. Is there any reason to keep this on the phone? I feel like it's taking up space that I could use

If you no longer need the backup, go ahead and delete it.  Just be aware that once deleted, it cannot be restored.

If you want to delete the photos from your phone, you should first copy them to a computer or an online storage site such as Flickr or dropbox.

  • I have tried everything, but I can't delete my iCloud account without the password.

I just downloaded iOS7. I have it set up and everything. I changed my Apple ID email address a couple of months ago. The only thing is that on this iPod, iCloud has the old Apple ID. And every time I go into Settings > iCloud > Delete Account, it asks me for the password of the old Apple ID. And since that Apple ID doesn't exist anymore, I can't put the password. And since it won't take the password, I can't sign in to iCloud. Since I can't sign in to iCloud, I can't delete the account to enter the new email address.  I really need help here

    I FOUND THE SOLUTION!
I had the same exact problem. I had my old apple ID connected to a school email which did not exist anymore. My ipad (ICloud) was prompting me to put the password in for that ID and I could not delete it from my ipad because the "Find My Ipad" was turned on, once again prompting for password. I called apple and they said this Apple no longer exists and is not in there system, which I knew already. After hours on the phone nobody could help me. Try this.
-Go to create a new Apple ID and use the same email address as the old apple ID which is locked in on your ipad
-Create a new password and all that, it will say it send a verification link to your email, in my case my email no longer exists so I could not do this
    - I called Apple to explain this problem and I asked if they could verify it for me, which they did after I convinced them it was worth a try. The guy told me that the verification shouldnt matter and should still be able to login but he did it anyway. You can try skipping this step but if it doesn't work then go ahead.
-Go to ICloud and click on your account, the email should be grayed out but it should allow you to change that password, put in the new password which you just created.
-This allowed me to sign in to accept the new terms and conditions but it said "unable to conncet to server" so I just backed out and went to "Delete Account" and it worked!
The whole idea is to re-create your old apple ID into Apple's system and then use that new password. The guy at Apple said tons of people called about this problem and nobody could solve it. I thanked him for helping me and he thanked me for helping him. I hope this helps you!

Tried this too, but it said my Apple ID or password is wrong
Go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

  • I seem to have two email accounts with my service provider and they are receiving the same email as far as I can see.  Can I delete one and feel safe that I am receiving all of my email.

I have three separate email accounts showing up in my Mail program on my MacBook Pro.  Two of them are my local email provider one showing up as SaskTel Email and the other showing up as sasktel.net.  The third one is ICloud.  Can I delete one of the SaskTel ones, as they seem to get the same mail.

What do you tell your friends to use to send you email?
Are they going to the same "Incoming Mail Server", logging in with the same "User Name" ? If so, they are two instances of the same account, and one can certainly be deleted with impunity.
    This detailed information is in
    Mail > Preferences > Accounts > ...
... click on the accountname and inspect those fields.

You cannot delete the iCloud account that is signed on to Find My iPhone unless you know the password. This is called the Activation Lock:
    ACTIVATION LOCK
It is an anti-theft security measure that is a part of iOS 7. You can only get around this by following the steps in this support article:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
Contact your friend. This is the only way around the lock.

  • How can I delete my Icloud on Phone 4s I have to use a new apple id but icloud wont let me reset on the old email?

How can I delete an old ICloud acct from my Iphone 4s. It wont except my password from old email and it wont send me the reset password to my mail ?

    Hello Alexandra,
Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with iCloud on your devices after updating your Apple ID.  I recommend the following steps:
    Symptoms
iOS 7 may ask for the password to your previous Apple ID when you sign out of iCloud.
    Resolution
    1. Use your current Apple ID password
Trying using your current Apple ID password. If that doesn't work, continue to the next step.
    2. Sign out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime
If you are currently signed in to iMessage or FaceTime
If you are not signed in to iMessage or FaceTime
    3. Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't work, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud and try to sign out.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud and sign in with the new Apple ID.
