ICloud email still saying Mobile me

I have migrated from Mobile me Family pack to Icloud however one of my emails is still showing up as Mobile me not Icloud.
My mac is also very slow at sending emails suddenly.
Can anyone help.

You're missing an up to date operating system, Lion (10.7) or Mountain Lion (10.8) are required, you have Snow Leopard (10.6).
If your machine is compatible you can purchase Mountain Lion from the App Store.

When I go to my iCloud settings on either of my iOS devices? (iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6), the banner at the top says Mobile Me? What is happening here and should I be worried that I am missing some functionality? Both devices running iOS 8.1 (but this was happening in earlier versions).

ICloud email still out!

I called Apple over 4 hours ago, and they said they had an email outage that should be cleared up in an hour. Well 3 hours later, my email is still out. Anyone know when this is to be resolved? I use my mac email address as my business address, and this is quite inconvenient.

Deleted 680 emails, still says 2.4gb used?

iPhone 4s iOS 7.1.2 - Usage says 2.4GB, so I deleted all sent emails + all in trash (after deleting the sent) ... 684 emails (many with attachments)
The phone still says used 2.4 gb for email??? not possible. I have restarted it a few times as well.
Also, I tried the trick to select all in the sent box and move to the trash... never worked. It said it moved them, but they would all re-appear in the sent. So I had to pick EACH one!! lol... oh and its POP email, not IMAP so its not syncing like that.
what If I restore it, will the emails in the inbox stay? I cant lose them.

nothing?? any ideas?

Since you have never synced with iTunes before, you need to make the iTunes library your syncing library first. Read this very informative user tip for the instructions on how to do that.

After you have transferred all of your purchased content into iTunes, you can safely delete anything that you want to delete on the iPad itself in order to make room for your TV Shows.

HT204053 how do I get icloud icon on my macbook pro? Still says mobile me

I have a new iphone and am trying to sync my ical on my macbook pro with the ical on the phone using icloud. I have the icloud turned on the iphone. The problem is that my computer has mobileme under applications and I can't figure out how to put icloud onto my computer. Ideas?

The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.2 (Mountain Lion preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is non non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
You can set Snow Leopard up to access the email on an existing iCloud account which has been set up on a compliant device, and you may be able to sync iCal using an unsupported (and possibly unreliable) hack, but no other facilities will work. You cannot open an iCloud account on Snow Leopard.

To make proper use of iCloud you will have to upgrade your Mac to Leopard or Snow Leopard, provided it meets the requirements.

My phone says no service, my iCloud is logged into my device and i was reseting the whole iPhone 4 and now i cant restore it, its signed in my iCloud but still says no service??

i reset it and re signed into my account but for some reason on iTunes its saying a completely different yahoo account and password, i don't even know who the yahoo thing belongs to but i have had this phone for two to three years,. And the iCloud is signed into my account? help meee, i have no phone until this is fix, and i have important calls at any time of the day or week.. please

If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. You'll have to delete more data from the device.
Go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device. (Ignore storage on icloud, since that is not part of the equation.)

Hi Go to settings Email Accounts Delete Email Account then Re add acount back again If you have more than one Email Account do this with each one. Cheers Brian

No, it is not a bug. It is working as designed. And there is noting in the manual that staes you can create folders for a POP account.
You do know that any email sent through a POP account stays on the provider's server (often for years) even if you delete it from your inboxes, right? Completely beyond your control. Refusing to use an IMAP service doesn't protect you from anything.

Background: I recently (December) bought an ipad and set up icloud for contacts and calendar, but NOT mail. My email provider is Verizon. I use computer, iphone, and ipad to check my email; eventually I download it from the server using Outlook on the computer and then delete any remaining emails from the phone and ipad. I can't find info on this problem anywhere.

It sounds like your iPad all of a sudden seems to be restarting out of no where. If you haven't called AppleCare yet, I would start with quitting either the app that seems to be causing the issue, or all the apps if a single doesn't seem to be the culprit.
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.

You have to go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, then sign back in with your updated credentials. This deletes the account and your synced data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing to a different account, your data will be synced back to your device when you sign back in.

If they were deleted from your camera roll that should have resulted in a corresponding decrease in the estimated size of your next backup.
If it's still saying that you don't have enough storage to back up, read through this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4847. It provides some suggestions for reducing your iCloud storage, such as deleting unneeded email.
The other area to look at is your text messages. These are included in the backup. If you have lots of photos and videos attached to your messages, that can significantly increase the size of your backup. If that's the case, deleting these may make a big difference.
