Icloud icon is on my phone under settings but I can not access
I need help, how do I access iCloud from my phone through the settings if the icon is inaccessible. I can not click on the icon. What do I do?
I'm having same prob but mine has a restriction code & I can't remember it plus the accounts option does not show the only options (which are grayed out but green button is on just inaccessible are voice dial, passpook & reply with message)

I Have an iPad mini operating on 7.1.2 iOS. My App Store icon as well as my iTunes Store icon are missing from my home scree. They are still listed under my settings, but I can't access them unless it's through an app that already exists. Where can I go to reinstall these? I use the same Apple ID on my iPhone 5c as well and they are on the iPhone, but I don't know how or why they just disappeared from my iPad and want to know how to get them back without having to reset my iPad and lose what I have on it. Sounds like we have a similar problem. Four days ago I was playing music through a wireless Bose speaker via bluetooth and everything was fine. Then I was texting while listening and got 2 texts about the same time as I was typing one and my phone went black. I pushed the home button and it worked, went into my texts and all were there. However ever since then the time isn't right, so it can't keep time no matter what I do. The bluetooth works only at times, the wifi keeps jumping on and off, sometimes my data won't work and the other day I couldn't even turn it off, so had to wait until it died. The battery life display at that moment wasn't correct either. Took to Verizon, they couldn't help. Suggested a factory reset, which I did last night and still the same issues! One day I couldn't even text my husband on his iPhone. Just wouldn't work at all. Did everything suggest and still not good. Seems like after stalking these pages today a lot of people are having this problem in Dec/Jan and of course also I'm 3 weeks out of my 1 year warranty and so were many others, by days. Very strange, and all on the 5C. What did you do? Is it working now?

I went from an I-Phone 3GS to I-Phone 5, I can make phone calls out but I can't access the internet when I am away from my WI-FI connection... any ideas?

ICloud says it has matched all my tunes but I can't access them
I bought iMatch, and it went through it's original (and long) setup. In my iTunes library, however, none of the tunes (4000+) has the cloud logo next to it. A handful have an slashed cloud. I can't access any of them on my iPhone. When I try to update the match, it checks and finishes in about 30 seconds, and says I'm all up to date. Anyone else having this problem?
To enable iTunes Match on your iPhone go to Settings>Music and turn on iTunes Match.
Now you should be able to access your iCloud musisc library. -
I have an Iphone 3gs - a little over one year old. It just started magnifying the screen so that many of the functions are not accessable. Scrolling is either very difficult or impossible. I've rebooted it many times (in fact I usually need to do that multiple time just to be able to manpulate the keypad to enter my passcode).
I also tried to reset all settings. One that screen I can't access enough of the keypad to enter my passcode. Any comments/help would be appreciated.This is asked and answered often. The forum search bar is on the right side of this page.

i tried disabling windows firewall, and tried to add firefox in firewall also, but none of these works.
You can try to set '''Auto-detect proxy settings for this network''' in '''Tools''' ('''Alt''' + '''T''') > '''Options''' > '''Advanced''' > '''Network''' > '''Settings'''. If it's still not working you may have to contact the network provider.

How can i access all my photos after backing up my iphone to the icloud? I clicked on "delete once downloaded" but now can not find them.
You can import your camera roll to your computer using your usb cable as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
If you're upgrading your phone, I would recommend that you backup your old phone to your computer using iTunes. Restoring an iTunes backup to your new phone will be much faster than restoring an iCloud backup, and possibly more reliable too.
To back it up to iTunes, connect it to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, then go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now. The go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.
When setting up your new phone, when given the option, choose Restore from iTunes Backup and restore this backup to your new phone. It will include your camera roll and other data; restoring the backup will will also sync your apps and other iTunes media from your iTunes library to your new phone. -
My iCloud sign in pops up on my ipad. I can not access anything. How do I get rid of the pop up so I can access my ipad??
You'll have to connect it to wifi so you can sign in with your password to authenticate the account. If the pop-up is blocking you, try resetting the iPad (hold the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release). As soon as you can after it restarts, go to Settings>Wifi and connect to your home network before the pop-up comes back.

I am trying to restore my daughters iPhone because she forgot her passcode. I'm stuck because iTunes is telling me to turn off Find my iPhone in iCloud settings but I can't do that because the phone is locked. HELP!
iCloud: Remove your device from Find My iPhone - Support - Apple
Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, then select the device.
Click Erase device, then enter your Apple ID password. Because the device isn’t lost, don’t enter a phone number or message.If the device is offline, the remote erase begins the next time it’s online. You’ll receive an email when the device is erased.
When the device is erased, click Remove from Account.All your content is erased and someone else can now activate the device. -
The I cloud on mu IPAd keeps reverting to my old password so that I cannot get mail. Sometimes this happens on my iPhone as well. I type in the correct password in the iCloud account and mail account under settings but it always reverts back and preventsme from getting mail. Can only retrieve mail from i cloud on my competer. Thanks!!!
Why would you delete your iCloud account for a password change with your Yahoo account?

What device (wireless router, iMac, etc.) are you using for a WiFi source? Have you properly set the source (wireless router, etc.) up to offer a useable WiFi signal to your iPhone? If not, start there.
