Icloud keeps scrolling upward?

Whenever I try to read my email on icloud through google chrome on a PC, i scroll down, then the site automatically scrolls back upwards?? any ideas? please help

Hello
When I go onto the icloud.com to make any changes, the page keeps scrolling upwards. It isn't a problem with my mouse as it doesn't happen in any other program/on any other website.
Any ideas?

I am hainvg the exact same problem and I am also using Chorme. Worked fine a few months ago and started scrolling and I QUIT using Pages all together because of the inconvenience. Checked back yesterday to see if it has been fixed and STILL the same with NO answer?!
Does anyone have a solution besides clearing your cache? That does NOT work and neither can I. FRUSTRATED.

Why does my scroll slider go to bottom, and stay there, and not allow me to scroll upward?

I can open Thunderbird (v.31.4.0) and use it successfully. But if I close it and then open it again (without turning the computer off) the scroll slider goes all the way to the bottom and stays there. It resists me if I try and scroll upward and immediately returns to the bottom of the scroll bar. I also notice that the cursor in the window in Thunderbird begins to constantly travel from left to right and then repeats and repeats (forever).
Closing and reopening Thunderbird does not correct this problem once it has begun occurring. The only solution is to shut down the computer and reboot. Then I can use Thunderbird again normally -- for one session only. If I close it and then reopen it the same problem with the scroll bar occurs. This first began happening intermittently (every couple weeks) beginning two months ago and this week it began happening every day.
I'm using Win 7 64 bit on a Dell Optiplex 780 with 4mb ram, Intel Core 2 Quad CPU.
By the way, the same thing is happening with Mozilla Firefox as well. I just began a few weeks ago and is still intermittent.
(It does not happen with Chrome or with gmail).
Are there settings I've somehow screwed up? Is this a bug?
(FYI: I've uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox within the past week for a different reason and that made no difference).

I have the same problem, everytime i click in tabs in the iTunes Store, it keep saying " The item you requested is not available in the U.K" ?

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

I have exactly the same problem! I have Outlook 2010 and it does the same thing with my contacts, and calender enteries!! Really frustrating

I'll change it now. I just realized it sounds rough, but I was mad because I couldn't get it work, it isn't anyone's fault, sorry
EDIT: I got it to work at an usable state! By using the 8192cu driver on the AUR and the suggestions in the comments about disabling power-save, I got it to be usable. It now has up to 8% packet loss, not 30-40% like before, and the ping spikes are now 300-400 ms and less frequent, not 1000-1200ms. It's not working really well but now I can at least surf the web. Thank you all for the patience.
EDIT 2: after testing more I realized it still disconnects every few seconds when I'm far from the AP. However, when connected, I still have very strong signal. If I use it on windows or another distro it doesn't disconnect. I tried compiling the driver from realtek by myself using the istructions in the second post but I don't know how to fix some compile errors, so I decided I'll stick with my usb dongle. Maybe someone will find a better solution.

Exactly which password are you inputting? iCloud looks for your AppleID password.

The credit card used is that registered in the iTunes Store. Open the Store and go to your account. Click 'edit' next to 'payment details' and amend the card details if necessary.

I turned off notes from mail contacts and calendars on my iPad, this cleared all the notes on that device.
If I turn it back on again, all the notes present on the iPhone appear on the iPad.
This is exactly what I wanted.
Just FYI, I have only the one email account on both iOS devices as well as my PC.
I rarely back up to the PC and the last time I did that was about 3 months ago and at different dates for each device. Yet the sync was happening every time I added a note to either device, before or after those backups.
So, I'm still a little confused about which does the sync - iCloud or PC?

Make sure that all of your music is in iTunes. Once you have made sure that all of the music that is on your phone is on the computer that you sync with, go to Settings>General>Usage, slide your finger from left to right across the music portion, delete the library, restart the phone, then sync the library back to your phone via iTunes.

Use the "setCaretPosition(int)" method of JTextArea and set it to 0.
