ICloud Keychain problems email account still appearing

I have a problem with iCloud Keychain as an old email account keeps reappearing despite me removing it from all my macs and iPhone devices. This email account is no more seeing that my old ISP closed down their email servers for good. Plus I changed my ISP but still it keeps reappearing.
Any ideas on how to get rid of this rogue old email account?

Back up all data. Open the iCloud preference pane and uncheck the Keychain box. You'll be prompted to delete the local iCloud keychain. Confirm. Then re-check the box. Follow one of the procedures described in this support article to set up iCloud Keychain on an additional device. Test.

With the change to using iCloud will this email address still email address still be valid to use?

As long as you did not allow the account or the sub-account to expire before June 6 2011 it will still be valid.
You need to migrate it to iCloud at http://me.com/move (the master and each sub-account on a Family Pack have to be migrated separately. You will of course need the password.
As you have forgotten the passsword go to http://iforgot.apple.com

You really shouldn't be using the phone during an update...my thought is that your cables are the root issue. It is possible that because it was in the middle of the imparts and something went wrong it has been "bricked". I'd search the threads for restoring from recovery mode and you might have some luck.

Not all iPad email account calendars appear as an option in calendar

Just got my iPad2 and am setting it up. I have set up 4 email accounts to appear on the iPad and have selected "On" for all four to have calendars appear. However, only 2/4 accounts appear as options on the iPad's calendar app?

Exchange is Microsoft's closed/proprietary version for an IMAP account.
Accessing the account as an Exchange account provides for Push access with received messages, and over the air syncing for Google contacts and calendar events.
You can get instructions for doing so via Gmail's website.

The questions on mail and MobileMe are ones that I have, too. But another question/issue that I have is the inability for my iPhone to separate calendars for me. I have 2 work calendars and one personal calendar. Plus I have a family calendar. I would really like to be able to look at my calendars on the iPhone and see what I have for personal, family and business. I was able to do this with my old Blackberry.
When I looked at the video for MobileMe, it seemed to accomplish this on the computer (mac or pc) but I don't remember seeing the iPhone give good distinction between different calendars (i.e. syncing different calendars or separating them by colors).
Any thoughts?

Before you sign out of your iCloud account you might consider adding a vacation note to be sent to all incoming email with the email; address of one of your keeper accounts in case someone tries to contact you throught the iCloud email account. You do that online at iCloud.com under the preferences for Mail.
If you've never used the iCloud email account that wouldn't be necessary.

Email account still linked to BB PIN of old Blackberry, cant receive

I have purchased the new Q10 2 days ago and it is a brilliant phone. i have switched from a bold 9900, on blackberry link. the only problem is, that one of my email accounts cannot send emails out (a webmail adress), only receive. the other one (work) works perfectly.
after talking to my provider for a longtime, he found, that my email accounts are still linked to my old BB PIN and that this might be a reason for the problem. i have registred the new phone with blackberry ID.
My questions: does anyone know, how i can change that link. i want my new Q10 to recognise my email accounts and link it to new BB PIN. how do i do that.
or if you dont think that this is the problem, what else could i do? on bold 9900 both exact email worked perfectly. and still do in fact.

Hello Nik,
Q10 and 9900 are suing 2 different systems. So whether or not its linked or not does not matter.
Once you have logged into your BBID, (assuming your 9900 is running all the latest OS), everything would be transferred where possible. Emails are not automatically transferred and you will need to setup on the Q10 yourself.
Now, what is the email service provider for the one that does not work? for many emails provided by ISP's (such as AT&T) may have problem with this. This is reported already and its known to be the problem on the service provider.

ICloud Keychains problems!

Everytime I turn on my MacBook, is required my keychains password, saying "iCloud.helper wants to use information". It is a really annoying problem. I am also having trouble while activating the iCloud Keychains, after the ID password it says that "The keychains were not activated due to a connection problem with iCloud". My email is not working too, it insists on requiring my password every second. This happened after the latest software update OS X Mavericks. What shoul I do? I am a new MacBook user.

I'm confused about how iCloud might affect my mobileme email accounts.
I have moved to iCloud and can log in using my primary mobileme account. However, I have two other active mobileme email accounts - one for my wife and one that we share. Will these email accounts continue to work as now, or do I need to take some action to ensure that they keep working?

You can migrate from your mobile me accounts using the Move website. Once you have migrated to iCloud, you will need to change the existing mail accounts in order to use them with iCloud.
Delete your mail account from Mail preferences and set it up again using the Mail Server Information.
Some users have apparently encountered issues using this information in pre-Lion set ups (I haven't), Roger Wilmut has kindly provided instructions for those who find themselves with this problem.

I recently had a Nokia X3 Touch & Type phone, and I set up my email account on it with the "Mail" function.
I've now sold this phone, and have destroyed my old SIM card, but was just wondering whether my email account will still be on the phone? If the new owner puts their SIM in, will they be able to access my email account?
I did also restore the factory settings.
I'm a bit worried, hopefully someone can help answer my questions!

There is no such address as @icloud.com. Provided you migrate before June 30 your @me.com address will be retained; but if, as your signature says, you are using Leopard you will have to set Mail up manually to receive your iCloud email, as detailed here:

hello, i am from cyprus and i have just downloaded mavericks on my MBPR...
While i was trying to turn on iCloud Keychain i realized cyprus dailing code wasnt there. is it nessesary to put cyprus dialing code that is 357, or just ignore it? is there something to do?

I had the same problem but i have overpassed it by trying the below :
If your country is not listed here, SMS verification is not currently available in your country. You can still use iCloud Keychain by following these steps:
Devices using iOS 7.0.3
Go to Settings > iCloud > Keychain.
Enter your Apple ID password.
When asked if you want to use your device passcode as the iCloud Security Code, tap Create Different Code.
Tap Advanced Options, then choose one of these options:
Get a Random Security Code.
Don't Create Security Code. Choosing not to create an iCloud Security Code means that your iCloud Keychain is stored only locally on your device and updates only across your approved devices, not with Apple's servers.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete setup of iCloud Keychain.
Macs using OS X Mavericks v10.9 or later
Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences. Click iCloud, then select Keychain.
Enter your Apple ID password.
