ICloud lost my contacts from A to C included!

Hi there,
How to get last saved from Icloud...? I lost my contacts from A to C included... I did nothing on my devices and Icloud.com!

Help is right here, front and center sam31869. May I ask which Galaxy device do you have? Also, are you using Verizon Cloud or a third party service? Are you able to view the contacts A thru D online? As you share the details then we can assist.

Can't access iCloud mail or contacts from PC

I can't access my iCloud emails or contacts from my home PC (Windows 7). iCloud.com either returns an error message or else fails to respond at all.
All other sites I try are behaving normally, so it would appear to be an iCloud problem rather than anything at my end.
Here is the error message I get from iCloud:
"Mail could not be loaded
"There was a problem loading the application due to a possible network error or missing resources. Please try again.
"Details
"By clicking 'send to Apple' you agree that Apple will collect and use this information..."
I have tried this many times. I either get this error message, or else nothing at all happens. All other web sites work fine. I have no other problems with my PC in any application, so this is almost certainly a problem with iCloud. Until it is solved, iCloud is nearly useless to me, as I can only use it from one device, my iPad. On my PC, I reach iCloud by clicking on the link within the iCloud application.
I would greatly appreciate some help in dealing with this problem in accessing iCloud from my PC. (No Mac-based solutions, please: I don't have one.)

Today this worked for the first time on my PC, at last. Had just updated iCloud software to version 2.1.2 - could this have affected the operation of the web site on my computer? Seems odd. Anyway, nice that it finally works. Suggest others who have the same problem try this.

No. You can set up as a new device or restore from iCloud or iTunes. It looks like you backed up with iTunes, so you can't restore with iCloud. To backup your device in iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud and activate it

WWhat are you syncing your contacts with? A supported application on the computer or cloud service? They should still be there.

I lost all contacts from my iCloud folder in Outlook

After messing up with Outlook and a software utility from Code Two who syncs all contacts from Outlook back to iCloud (http://www.codetwo.com/sync-for-icloud/) I managed to erase all the 1490 contcts I had on iCloud. And also deleted them from my ipad and iphone. I decided thta the only solution was to restore them from my itunes backup but after restoring my ipad i saw that no contacts are restored. The same empty address book!!! Is this logical ? The itunes back doesnt keep all the contacts ? Whats the reason of doing a back up if it only keeps certain things but not the so so important contacts list!
Can anyone help ? Any suggestions ?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Click on the first contact, then shift click on the last one to select all contacts, then use the delete key on your keyboard. Make sure you have only chosen contacts from the iCloud group.

HT204150 iCloud sync dropping contacts from iMac to iPhone - help!

I have OS X Lion and am using iCloud with my iPhone. I've noticed that my iPhone is missing a number of my contacts from my address book with no apparent order or reason that I can see. There will be one or two missing under each letter, sometimes the first one, sometimes the last, sometimes right in the middle of the list. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? It's really a nuisance when out in the field and a key contact isn't on my phone! Thanks!

Welcome to the Apple Community.
First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.

I lost mine also,,,and I agree this is very disappointing and frustrateing. I haven't seen something from Apple about this issue.... I have seen only many advertisments on the new I phone 5 !!!!!!, Do they care only about selling Phones,,,instead of making Quality phones,,,,, I dont understand the fact this should be a high quality phone which cost a lot of money to buy... am only thinking if Apple really taking care about issues like this... I liked this phone somehow, but still there are many things which never upgraded or improved since the 3g and 3gs( which i have now) , no easy conectivity and backup with PC, propably you need to know so much to have it done, what about normal users !!! shall they spend the whole day trying to figure out how to solve a syncronisation problem or even try to discover where the data is,,, very dispointed with this at least. not to mentione also no folder and or photos saving and orginzing, i had this in 2004 in my first Sony erikson 910i... imagen.8 years back it was even a touch screen phone !!..it was even better to connect to the PC... I thought we are finally getting good quality phones, unfortunately i was wrong,, now i need to find out what phone will be an option for me better than I phone, i dont want to loss my contacts again for any reason,
I have read some comments though: why to blame me as a user of lossing contacts, blame and critisize the product and the producer not the end user, other wise all of us will end up taking courses in private schools just to know how to use smart phones (huh)...is it really smart i wounder...

Getting windows icloud to update contacts from 5s

I cannot get the windows explorer, my icloud account to update from my 5s phone. It did when I first set the icloud up, but I have changed some things and cannot get it to change. I have told it to back up on phone and went in and out of icloud on pc, and also tried a refresh with no luck. On my phone, which is updated I have the icloud drive on and contacts on? Any suggestions to try?

yesterday everthing was ok, but today i have no my contacs - is empty my phone and icloud.com

Unfortunately not without a back up.

After iCloud sync I lost all contacts from Iphone and iCloud

I upgraded my iphone4 to ios6.
All worked.
After I settings->icloud->contacts on (backup on icloud is off)
After a while I noticed that all my contacts are empty.
Checked on www.icloud.com if my contats were available, but nothing.
Can I recover my contacts?

Itunes does not store contacts.
The iphone is designed to be synced to your computer regularly. Your contacts should be in whatever program you have chosen to sync.
