ICloud music download not working on iPhone 5

Is anyone having problems with the music app getting tracks From icloud on their iPhone 5 after the Verizon cellular patch? When I open a play list and hit shuffle, it starts on one track and then starts flipping thru the playlist. It never plays anything.

Whew.... got it to work after days of trying to figure.

Wiped phone completely, restored as NEW iphone through itunes. Checked 'Sync all Music'.
After that happens you can restore from backup.

Music playback not working correctly iPhone 5S/4S iOS 7

Let's say I'm listening to music on my shiny new iPhone 5S at work(or anywhere). And then I stop the music, unplug my headphones, then proceed to my car. I then connect my iPhone to my car stereo(Kenwood KCD-X993) via USB. The music should start to playback where I left off, but this is not what happens. It goes to the "songs" list, and plays the first song. Always the first song, very annoying. Before I got my iPhone 5S, I had/have an iPhone 4S, which worked perfectly until the iOS 7 update. Both phones do the same thing. I believe there is a bug preventing the memory of the proper playback position of where you leave off.
Anyone else experiencing this, or have any suggestions to possibly prevent this from happening?

I have an older Kenwood head unit but my symptoms are exactly the same with an iPhone 4s running iOS7. So damned annoying. I'm am sick of Apple breaking something every time there's an iOS update. If it's not podcasts it's Smart Playlists. If it's not Smart Playlists it's accessory compatibility. Round and around we go.
The last time there was a serious compatibility issue with Kenwood stereos, around iOS4/5, I seriously considered replacing the head unit with something more modern so I could use Bluetooth. Reading all the iOS7 Bluetooth woes in this forum makes me so glad I didn't do that.

Swiss store: Automated MUSIC download not working

Dear All,
working as designed for APPS and BOOKS but not for music. Don't even have the feature to enable the service on the iPhone.
Anyone experiencing the same?

ICloud information does not work on iPhone 5

My iCloud information works perfectly with my e-mail address on my computer, yet does not register as true information on my Apple iPhone 5.
It was just reset, and recently updated with the new security features that came out last week. I do not understand the problem as it allows me access through not only the Apple website but the iTunes store and everything related to it.
This won't let me set my e-mails, access my phone data in general or anything.

Trying to sync contacts without success! Have iPhone 4S and Microsoft Windows, not using iCloud. I've gone through the Info route and told it to sync but the data doesn't transfer. Any idea why?

what version of Outlook are you using. I know right now its not compatible with Outlook 2013.

Music download not working.

I bought this song on iTunes on my iPad and it would'nt finish downloading. It kept looping. I even tried downloading it off my P.C. it did the exact same thing. What do I do?

OTA Music Downloads Not Working after 3.1 update?

I’ve been having a strange problem since updating my iPhone 3Gs to 3.1, which may or may not be a “feature”, or I might just be crazy, but anyway:
Previously, when trying to download an album over-the-air from iTunes, I was able to download all songs that were under 12 mb. Any songs over that number would be queued up and ready for me to download when I next connected to wifi or my computer at home. However, since upgrading to 3.1, any time I try to download an album that INCLUDES ANY song over 12mb, I am not able to purchase (or download) any part of the album.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea if this will be fixed?

iPhone 3gs 32MB and MacBook Pro w/ iTunes 9.0: Updated iPhone to 3.1 software today and all apps fail at launch except the native ones. Thinking it was an authorization problem, I tried to purchase an app on the phone. It downloads but also won't launch. I then bought it through iTunes 9.0 and synced, but that fails as well. Did a full restore, and one hour of sync time later no change.
If this is happening to me it must be pretty common. I'm using all standard equipment that is under a year old. No jailbreak or other funky stuff. Anyone else with this problem please post. Not sure what else to do. Genius bar appts are booked up today, so booking for tomorrow night.

TS3989 iCloud photo stream not working between iPhone and iPad

The photo stream from my iPhone is not streaming via iCloud to my iPad photos. Both have the correct settings: iCloud enabled and turned on, and within iPloud setting both have photo stream turned on. I have purchased additional iCloud space and that's certainly not the problem.
IPhone 4S: IOS 6.1.3
IPad: IOS 5.1
I would appreciate any help.

Zen Nano music download not work

i just bought a Zen Nano yesterday and i downloaded my songs on to it but the thing is now when i play some of those songs about 20 secs in the player turns off... this happends with like 5 out of 0 tracks on my player... please someone help me.

Install the mass storgae drivers - you'll need these for the next part.

I have the same problem. I called Apple this morning, they told me that they restored "half" of the people affected last night and the next update will be 11 am EST. Very frustrating to say the least!

My iCloud backup is not working on my iPhone 4S. I was took backup on november 2012 after that I did not connected with wifi and i did not take any back. Now I try to take a backup using wifi it is not working can any help me to fi this issue.

Here is the solution..(works with iPhone, iPod, iPad)
1) Please export all your contacts by signing on iCloud.com
1.1) Go to https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your Apple ID
1.2) Go to contacts and click on the settings icon on the bottom left of the page which is also called as the Show Actions menu. And then click on Export vCard.
1.3) Your file is saved on desktop or any location that you choose to save at.
2) On your device, go to the settings menu - General - Reset - Erase All Content and Settings
3) Allow the device to restore and turn into a new device.
4) Sign in with iCloud account on your device and turn on backup after you restore all the data you need on your device.
Try Backing it once you have completed all the above steps. iCloud backup works !!

My first thought is to make sure that you are actually logged in using the same AppleID on both devices. Many folks share one AppleID for their family's iTunes Store account yet use another personal AppleID to log into iMessage settings and iCloud settings.
To confirm that the AppleID and password you are using is correct I would suggest visiting http://icloud.com and attempting to login there. If you get in, then you know for sure that that is a valid AppleID/password pair.
If that still doesn't reveal the issue then I would try opening Notes app on both iPhones, and then typing your password out where it can be seen clearly. This may reveal if your are typing it differently due to iOS 8 changes in the shift key indicator, or possibly that a screen protector or case is causing your touches to not register the same on both devices.
I hope these suggestions help.

I think that the card reader may in fact be defective, but it just doesn't make sense if I have already used it fine before. I've tried everything on this Apple support page, thank you though.

Automatic Downloads not working in ios7

After updating to ios 7 automatic downloads not working. It is enabled in settings but new content purchased in iTunes store on MacBook or iMac not automatically downloading onto iPhone. Any idea why? I have checked and "Automatic Downloads" is turned on in Settings > iTunes & App Store...

I had the same problem with no automatic downloads of purchased Apps ...PLUS... I still recieved message "to use push notifications connect to itunes"
I found solution worked for me:
1- go to "Icloud keychain". (Under settings----> Icloud). go there and ENABLE it. It will ask for passcode and so on. so once enabled
2- restart your phone (normal power off)
3- reactivate imessage and facetime. (need a few minutes to reactivate)
4- ALL WORKING ;-)

After updating to iOS6 my icloud music will not sync!

After updating to iOS6 my iCloud music will not synch to any device. I have looked at all possible "switches" and I've even wiped (full delete and reload via iCloud) of my iPad & iPhone. I've reloaded all music to iCloud, but still not downloading to iPad or iPhone. Some album info such as # of songs is displayed, but it cannot transfer the actual files. Can't even download iTunes purchases much less my 20K+ songs! It sees them, knows they are there, but will not download. No other internet/network problems with other devices in home. FLABERGASTED! Also some of my iPad apps refuse to reistal.

Do you have the settings to sync the ringtones automtically or manually? If manual, then you have to drag them from your ringtones list in iTunes onto your iPhone icon.
