Icloud no longer syncing Outlook calendar on my PC with iphone

My Outlook calendar on my PC is no ,longer syncing with icloud or with my iphone. This happened since IOS6 update.

If events added to the calendar on your computer are appearing in iCloud and on your phone, but not the other way around you might want to check your default calendar setting on your phone.  Got to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendar...scroll down to the Calendar section and tap Default Calendar.  Here be sure it is still set to your Outlook calendar and not, for example, the calendar under On My iPhone.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

  • How can I sync Outlook Calendars on 2 PCs with my iPhone?

I have a PC at work and a PC at home ... both have MS Outlook 2007 running on them; I have an iPhone 3GS
I want to be able to sync the calendar from BOTH my PCs on to the iPhone and (therefore) with each other. However, I get a message on the second PC that I can't do this as it is only possible to sync calendars (and contacts by the way) with one PC. Is there any solution to this?
My music is happily synced only with my home PC - fully understand the issues that mean you can only sync those libraries with one PC.

    Hi,
you don't need MobileMe or anything fancy. I personally sync my Outlook calendar and my Outlook address book with three computers (two at the office and one at home)and besides I run Office 2003 on one, Office 2007 on the other and Office 2010 on the third, so it can't get more complicated than that, but it works 100%.
First sync Outlook with iTunes on one computer, having done that when you try to sync it to another machine, iTunes will recognize that it is synced with another computer and ask you if you want to merge the data, say yes, That's all there is to it.
It does not work for music as you rightly say but as far as Calendars and Contacts are concerned it's flawless and transparent.
If you hit a snag talk back to me.
    Cheers.

  • Had iPad and just added iPhone. iCloud offered to sync my calendars but it wiped out all my data that was on my iPad!  Can I get it back?

Have ipad2 & just added iphone5. iCloud offered to sync my calendars but it took blank iPhone calendar as default and wiped out my iPad calendar with my "life" on it!  Can I recover the lost info?

If you backed it up to your computer using iTunes, restoring to the backup should recover it.  (Apple's documentation isn't clear about whether or nott an iCloud backup includes your calendar events but it may.)

  • ICloud is no longer syncing my calendars.

iCloud is no longer syncing my calendars. They are showing up as "iCloud" calendars in iCal, but aren't syncing either to the web portal or to other devices. In System Preferences, the iCloud calendar and reminder toggles will not stay checked. They were previously on, and seem to have turned themselves off. When I try to turn them back on, they go through a "setting up" routine, and then turn off again.
I have a back up of the calendar, from which I tried a variety of restorations. But I can't seem to get to get iCloud to talk to my machines anymore.
    Any ideas?

Thanks for that advice. I've actually gone throught the diasble iCloud--> delete data--> reboot--> restart iCloud process a couple of times. The problem doesn't seem to go away. The only thing I can think of is that my offline calendars (the ones on my computer) are more up to date than the iCloud calendars, and iCloud is resisting syncing a bunch of unknown data.
For the moment, I've just loaded all of my calendar data into Google calendars, which seem to sync cleanly with my iCal.

  • Can iCloud sync Outlook calendar between 2 PC?

Can iCloud sync Outlook calendar between 2 PC?

Yes per http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4946 setup iCloud on all devices under the same account and backup to the cloud. If its two iPhones, are they both one owner? If not,it's best to not setup iCloud on a device that is not the same owner.

  • I'm trying to sync Outlook calendar (office 2010?win 8) with my iphone 4s. All works well when running control panel manually but it will not run automatically after that. Anyone got any ideas

I'm trying to sync outlook calendar and contacts via icloud control panel. Everything works when control panel is run manually but it will not run automatically after that. Anyone got any ideas

I am having a very similar problem. Until 12 hours ago, I was using my recently replaced 4s (with iOS7) flawlessly, receiving emails and calendar info from Exchange (Outlook 2010). But starting last night, it all stopped. I have deleted and added the account several times, tried making simple changes (considering whether the username is case sensitive, or not, etc.) and cannot fix it. I have iOS 7.04. Interestingly, the first time I changed the case to lower case, it seemed to respond immediately, and downloaded many emails with no sender, no content, and with a 12/31/69 date. Yes, 1969. And then nothing happened. Help please!

  • Syncing Outlook Calendars and Contacts with iPhone - There is NO SOLUTION

I have searched the Apple support forums, Mac Forums, MS forums, spoken to Microsoft Support and iCloud support. Everybody says that there is no way to directly sync Outlook Calendars and Contacts with iPhone and other remote devices and nobody has a work around. I see 100s of forum threads started with this issue, most have no answer and the few that do are not offering solutions. I post this as a final effort to seek a solution! Who will be my savior? Or should I just admit defeat and allow myself to be cast aside in the battle between two giant corporate babies who don't like to play in the same sandbox?
Is my knight in shining armor out there?!

The information is correct, MS do not support the Dav standard in Outlook for Mac (but they do in Outlook for Windows), until they add support for it Calendars and Contacts will not work with Outlook for Mac.

  • ICloud no longer syncs with devices.

iCloud no longer syncs with devices. Error message reads "The certificate for this server is invalid.  You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "setup.icloud.com" which could put your confidential information at risk."  I am not positive if this issue coincides with the update to OS6.0.

How nice.  Thanks for sharing that with us. Do you have a question you would like to ask?

  • Problem Syncing Outlook Calendar: Error code - 0x80043ac9

    Hi,
When I try to sync my Outlook 2003 calendar entries with my Curve, I get the following error:
"Error encountered. Error code - 0x80043ac9. Check documentation."
It seems to be stuck in the "Processing Device Calendar" screen, with "Record 20 of 80 Records", when the above error popped up. See screenshot below.
I have NO PROBLEM syncing Outlook Contacts or Memos. I ONLY have problem when syncing Outlook Calendar.
I've read other posts out there where there was a similar problem when syncing Contacts, and the solution is to remove Birthday contact entries:
    http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Curve-BlackBerry-8900/error-code-0x80043ac9/m-p/56...
But I don't have any Birthday in my contacts, and my problem is with Calendar, not Contacts.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this, or encountered similar problems? It's probably a "bad" calendar entries in there somewhere, but I'm not sure which.
    Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forums!
    I suggest the following:
Back up the calendar database on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Clear the calendar database on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Note: For instructions on how to clear an individual database on the BlackBerry smartphone, see KB10167.
    Thanks,

  • Is there a way to sync outlook calendars with Imac, Ipad, Iphone calendars.  I am not running exchange server.

Is there a way to sync outlook calendars with Imac, Ipad, Iphone calendars?  I am not running exchange server.

    hello,
BlackBerry devices do not support ActiveSync.
you have several ways, from best to less good :
    1)
if your company has set up Outlook Web Access, you can use the BIS connection of your device to connect to the Exchange server (email + Address book) through the url of the Outlook Web Access. The OWA needs to be accessible from outside the company.
    2)
if your company has setup an external link to the exchange server (can be accessible from outside the company), you can configure your BIS directly to the Exchange server (email only if I recall correctly)
    3)
if your company allows it, on your PC you can setup your email account to automatically forward all incoming emails to a third party email (like GMail or Hotmail), and then configure BIS to connect to that email provider. You will get push email. You can then setup a reply-to: field.
    4)
use a Windows Mobile phone that has the ActiveSync feature.

  • My iPhone will not longer sync my calendars

My iPhone4 will no longer sync my calendars with my iMac.

My problem comes and goes. Everything syncs perfectly across platforms then suddenly one "calendar" in the cloud disappears from my iphone. I haven't changed any settings, so it has to be a bug in the software or a glitch in the cloud.
This morning I see that a scheduled appointment randomly disappeared from my phone. This is a BIG problem for business users.

  • New 3GS hangs when syncing Outlook calendars and contacts

My new 3GS hangs when syncing Outlook calendars and contacts on my PC running XP. I've read a bunch of previous similar posts but haven't seen a solution. Does anyone have any hints? Thanks in advance

This is a rare problem these days; it was common with earlier versions of the firmware. It is usually caused by a corrupted database in Outlook. Open contacts in Outlook and check the first few entries. Open each, make a change, and save it. If you get an error saving it you should either delete it, or export the entire address book from within Outlook, then reimport it. One of these will fix the problem if it is a corrupt entry.
