Icloud not working

Hi, my icloud has been working fine until the last days. First im trying to sync some Textedit documents to my other imac, but isnt working, it just says waiting in the document, but it never saves. I have a program that uses icloud to sync documents to my iphone and it isnt working also. I tried it with different computers and with a different internet.

Iphone 6 backup to iCloud not working

Initially I had the issue where my phone was restoring from iCloud for 2 weeks and never finished. I was unable to do the upgrade to 8.1 because of this, so I canceled the restore and tried to do a backup to iCloud. I let it run (Estimating time remaining...) for a long time, like 30 minutes or something. Each time I tried this it would error off saying it couldn't finish the operation. One time it said it was going to take 2 days to complete the backup, but then it errors off as just mentioned. So I did a google search for "iPhone 6 backup to iCloud not working" and found a link to the forums for the incessant restore issue, it said to do a manual backup through iTunes, then immediately do a restore, then do the upgrade to 8.1.
However, I still have the issue of the backup taking forever.
Anyone encounter this issue and find a fix?

I just spoke to a Support person with Apple. I got the same answer, "We Don't Know", "but they are working on it...Blah, Blah. I too live in Ventura, and have been without email since yesterday approx. 3:00 pm.
The guy said, it's the same if you brought your computer into the shop. We have to determine if it's hardware, or software, then fix the problem.
Well, What about a BACK UP SERVER? No real answer to that one. Just, "Thanks, for your Patience."

Your question is a bit confusing. iCloud doesn't have anything to do with updating your apps. What is not working with your iCloud? What are you trying to do? What happens when you try? What error messages are you getting?

If you migrated your MobileMe account to iCloud you can continue to use your MobileMe Apple ID/login for iCloud. Also, I assume by "MobileMe app" you are referring to iDisk. If so, you can continue to use iDisk, and the iDisk app through June 30th. If you are having trouble getting iCloud to work, try deleting the account from your phone and adding it back.

Hi, i've just updated my iPhone 3gs to iOS5. All seems to be working fine, apart from iCloud. The Wi-Fi sync and everything else is great.
However, on the settings option, iCloud, Photo Stream, and Twitter are greyed out. The option is still available, but i can't access it. I don't know why, and because of this, any new purchases are not uploaded to iCloud/my computer without syncing. iCloud is installed and working fine on my PC (windows 7), but for some reason it is not working on my 3gs.
Any suggestions on what i can do would be great, thanks.

I've already allowed automatic downlods on both my phone and windows machine. This is what i see, and the same happens with photo stream under the photos setting.

all day today iCloud Mail refuses to load in the Safari browser. I can read email on my iPhone, iPad but not my workstatiion using Safari. Annoying as there are files I need to send from the wrkstations hard drive. Calenders work fine but not Mail.

Also not working on IOS devices.

After update to iCloud 2.0, iCloud not working in outlook.

After tonight's update to iCloud on my PC, the iCloud control panel tells me to "Repair the iCloud control panel to use with Outlook." I've gone through the repair process 10 times, and it still doesn't work. Clicking on Calendar or Contacts in Outlook results in an error that the file can't be read. The "Refresh iCloud" button in Outlook 2007 is gone.
I tried deleting the apparently bad data files in Outlook. That made all iCloud-related calendars and contacts disappear. I then tried the repair, but nothing changed. I uninstalled and reinstalled iCloud 2.0. That didn't help - same error message. Refresh iCloud button is still missing in Outlook. I ran Microsoft Office Diagnostics, and it found nothing wrong with Outlook. Note that the iCloud data files were not reinstalled when I reinstalled iCloud. I deleted and reinstalled iCloud again. Same result. I restarted the computer a couple of times throughout these reinstalls and repairs, but still nothing has changed.
Any ideas?
Oh - forget to say that on my other PC laptop, the update worked fine and iCloud is working. Only difference between the two computers is that this one that's having problems is 64-bit Vista Professional, and the one that is working is 32-bit Vista Home. Same version of Outlook 2007 on both computers.

Can you please tell me where you found a previous version of iCloud to download? I can not find a download that doesn't want to download a zillion other programs too
I also wanted to confirm with you that I have to first delete the new version of iCloud before I install the older version, correct?
Lastly, is there anything else I have to do other than delete the old and install the new? I'm not at all tech savy but desperate to have my phone and pc calendars sync again so I'm willing to try.....

OS update @iCloud not working...

I updated my OS on my 13in MBP and have updated my 4S to iOS6 but my [email protected] email address is not working. My husband's worked fine as he now can use @mac, @me and @icloud yet mine is still restricted to the @me domain. He was grandfathered in with @mac. I checked to see if there were any additional updates but there are not. What do I need to do next so I can begin using @me and @icloud? Please help?

Your @icloud.com might just not yet have been deployed (at the time you posted your question)

if the @icloud.com address is in there, then indeed you have a problem, but I am quite sure it is not there yet... Apple is gradually deploying the @icloud.com addresses...

ICloud not working on mac or phone

Hi people, I'm having trouble with iCloud in the fact that nothing I do on my iPhone reverts back to my Mac & visa versa.
Everything is turned on just like it should be on both devices & I'm running the lastest software on both.
When you do something in numbers on 1, how long for it to appear on the other?
Buying from iTunes on th phone, didn't appear on my Mac.
Same with picture streaming.
What is wrong!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

That is exactly how I thought iCloud should work in seconds, no matter what device your using as they all go through the wi-fi back & forth to each other.
Auto downloads are on, I have a full strength wi-fi signal, back to my mac is on, data & doc's are on. Everything is on how it should be. For some reason it doesn't work & I can not find anything wrong with it or any info on the web/apple as to what could be the issue

Are you perhaps missing the iCloud icon in System Preferences > Internet & Wireless?
What aspect(s) of iCloud was working? Mail? Contacts? Calendars? Notes? Safari bookmarks? Photo Stream? Documents & Data? Back to My Mac? Find My Mac?

Icloud not working on ios7

I have upgraded to ios7 on my iPhone 5 and most of features and functionality appear to be working OK. However iCloud is not working!
Whenever I switch on the phone a message pops up saying 'Sign in to iCloud'. I put in the correct Apple ID and password and a new pop-up appears saying 'New iCloud Terms and Conditions - To use iCloud on this iPhone you must accept'. I have two choices; 'Not Now' or 'View Terms'. I click on 'View Terms' and I'm taken to the Settings home page. There are no Terms to agree to and I cannot access iCloud via the settings area.
The pop-up message requesting me to log in to iCloud reappears every two or three minutes, which is hugely irritating.
Is in anyone else encountering the same problem?
Any help would be very welcome!

Since the latest version of Itunes, the add to Icloud status stays at waiting. Was fine until the lastest update. Got the normal blah blah blah response from the customer support email address which in no way addressed the issue. Any ideas? How can I revert to previous version?

I also found that that add to iCloud is not work. It either sticks at sending to Apple or appears to have completed process but tracks still have a "waiting" status.
I have found that it only works if I select update iTunes Match.

It is asking for a pw but the ones I recorded do not work. How to get it to do a reset?

I got it to do a reset but I am not sure that the passwords are all working. It uses Apple ID when talking about the cloud but I had already reset that and iCloud would not accept it. So I reset the iCloud account to a different password.

ICloud not working on iPad 4 Gen after upgrade

iCloud is not working on my iPad 4 gen after upgrade to iOS 8. I have Yosemite beta and iCloud works on my iPhone, windows 8 and of course my mac with beta Yosemite. Does anyone else have a similar issue.

Reset iPad and the problem cleared up for now.
