ICloud out of control with contacts from wifes iphone... help

I am going to explain this situation as simple as I can... I searched a bit before I am posting this and found nothing of help...
Me- Bought a MacBook Pro for myself last year, and the wife took it over before I could use it.
Her- Has Itunes account, but before I understood Itunes, has synced on my Dell (I know I know) and maybe even that Macbook
Me- Ordered her own Macbook Pro (be here August 6), and am taking back my Macbook! Yeay!
So two night ago since I am parking the Dell, I am fully converting this month. Anyway, this morning she called me and the caller id was not her name, but "my cell number".... strange. Well, my Mac bro had me log into my Icloud online and sure enough, my wifes iphone is there. I have her contacts mixed in with mine.
Her- When she got home today, I looked onto her Iphone, and in her Icloud it did in fact have HER itunes login.
How do
A- I get her contacts out of my phone?
B- Get her Phone off my icloud? Her Icloud shows her as logged in with her ID.
If this helps, her Iphone is my old 4 when I got the 4s.

I sure hope you get an answer because this has happened to me as well...only worse.
My contacts were merged with my 13 year old daughters and she proceeded to delete all of my contacts. I added what contacts I could remember and deleted hers off of my phone which now are deleted off of her phone as well (funny right).
I only use one apple ID and use this to log into icloud.
I only logged the kids' phones onto icloud so I could install "find my iphone"...now I wish they would just get lost.
Is there any way to retreive the lost contacts?
What do I need to do so we don't keep adding and deleting each other's contacts?
Any help would be appreciated.

The problem is that all services are bundled with your Apple ID ([email protected]):
Your iCloud account (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes, Backups, etc.),
also iTunes & App Store purchases (Music, Movies, TV Shows, etc.),
and the iTunes Match services.
(I guess that all your devices - yours and your wife's are connected to one iTunes library, right?)
If you want that your wife gets her own iCloud account for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc. but gets also access to your media then you have two set up two things on her device:
iCloud (Settings > iCloud) with her account (e.g. [email protected])
and
iTunes & App Stores (Settings > iTunes & App Stores) with your account (e.g. [email protected]).
In this case she gets access to your library and could use the same iTunes Match account.

If the contacts are still in Address Book on your computer, but just not on the phone, you can tell iTunes to force replace the contacts on your phone with those from your computer. You can do this by going into the Info tab when your iPhone is connected, and checking the Contacts box under the Advanced section at the bottom of the page.
You may also want to backup your Address Book information as well. It's a good idea to make periodic backups of your contact and calendar information in case information accidentally gets deleted or changed. You can find out how to backup your Address Book data here:

ICloud won't sync all contacts from iPhone to iCloud

Hi,
So I have 1090 contacts on my iPhone 4S. I have iCloud set up and when I go to iCloud.com or when I sync my MacBook Air (Lion) with iCloud only 590 contacts are merging. I have turned iCloud on and off on my iPhone to see if this would trigger a new sync but the same amount of contacts seem to merge. Does anyone have any idea how I can get all my contacts from my iPhone to merge to iCloud?

I know this is an old thread, but since I had the same issue and finally solved it, I'll post this for future reference.
I had over 300 contacts on my iPhone 4 but only about 60 were showing up in iCloud. Saw lots of discussion, tried a few things, but here is the fix that worked for me.
1. Got to Settings
2. Go to iCloud
3. Slide Contacts option to Off (You'll get a warning, make sure you choose to save the Contacts on your phone)
4. Close out of Settings
4. Wait 5 minutes or so
5. Go back to Settings\iCloud
6. Slide Contacts option to On (You'll get a message asking to merge Contacts, say yes)
7. Go to Settings\iCloud\Storage & Backup
8. Select Back Up Now
That should do it. All of my iPhone Contacts are now in iCloud

It's a good idea to backup your Mac Address Book application and iCal Calendars application from each application. This way you can go back and pull out items if you lose something. I do this everyday.

You'll need to copy them to iCloud in order to see them on your PC. To do this, do the following:
Go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (they will still be in iCloud).
Download the app My Contacts Backup. Use this to backup the remaining contacts on your phone (from Verizon) as a vCard attachment to an email that you send to yourself. Confirm that you have received the email.
Go to Settings>iCloud and turn Contacts back to On.
Open the My Contacts Backup email and tap the attachment to import the Verizon contacts back to your phone. They should now be in iCloud, and appear on your PC. You may see duplicate contacts on your phone because you are still viewing both the contacts from Verizon as well as the copies now in iCloud.
Open Contacts on your phone and tap Groups, tap the Groups that were imported from Verizon so they are unchecked and tap Done. This will hide them from view and illiminate the duplicates.

I have deleted the iCloud account under my name on their iPads and replaced with their ones. Apple support said yesterday I needed to click the small 'I' by each name as it came up in the TO box and remove it. After doing rid for each contact under each letter of the alphabet it should remove them from latest contacts. Having done this, although I could not remove groups I had sent, I am not convinced they will not return once I have written a few texts, any ideas?

To get the contacts from your Hotmail and exchange accounts into iCloud, do the following:

Go to Settings>iCloud, sign in with your Apple ID to create your account if you haven't already done so, turn Contacts on and choose Merge with iCloud when prompted. If you are syncing contacts from an external account (Gmail, Yahoo, exchange, etc.) you will need to take additional steps to add them. Let me know if that's the case.

I never said that it would, I am correcting the entry errors right now.
Now that you have set iCloud as the default account for new contacts (as previously you were not entering them in the iCloud account) can you enter 1 test contact into your iPhone, wait a short while then go to www.icloud.com and check that it is there, if it is it not please refresh the page. Once it appears on the iCloud website it should also appear on the iPad.
Try that and post back with the result.
Note: Contacts that are in Hotmail or Facebook are not in iCloud and will need you to either transfer them to iCloud (bad idea for Facebook) or add the same accounts to the iPad as are present on the iPhone.
