Icloud password says incorrect, but its not

I restored my ipad yesterday and when it restarted, it asked my password(apple ID) to activate icloud, but is says incorrect password. The password worked on my itunes and to log into my icloud on my computer just now. so i thought I'll reset my password and still its not working. please help!!! im not an IT specialist, and only know the basics, so this issue is driving me crazy because my books I have to study from is now not loading onto my ipad.

This issue sounds like your device may have Activation Lock enabled with another Apple ID.  Here is an article that I would recommend going through for this.

    Hello all, I have an iPhone 3GS and have been using it with GMail for nearly a year now with no issues at all.
    Today out of the blue the phone says the password or username is incorrect and won't download new emails but both the username and password are correct, its just the phone will not have it!
    I even went as far as resetting the Gmail password on my laptop but still it says on the phone that its not right!
    I've tried resetting the phone by deleting the email account, then pressing the power and the home button to reset it but still it doesn't like it? I've checked my Gmail account and pop forwarding is on as well ??
    Any help how to get my Gmail account back up and running ?

    I take it you are creating @Mac,com names to work in iChat ?
    The Apple Registration page for this allows passwords to be over 16 characters.
    Unfortunately the page does not tell you that the AIM servers can only use Up to 16 characters (it can be 16 characters or shorter)
    Use the iForgot page to change the password.

    THere were a few alerts to upgrade a few Apps like Twitter, games etc so I clicked on to update. I then synced with my computer to do it. It keeps saying Installing from yesterday but nothing is happening. Also I cannot delete those Apps as its saying Installing. I have never had this problem before. Does anyone have a clue to it

  • Flash  Player says installed but  its not

    I have installed 10.1 4 times tonight each time i get installation complete but nothing is there when I check to see if Flash 10.1 is installed per the installation instructions. I 've tried the automate download and manual. I have internet explorer 32 bit as far as I know  operating on Windows XP. I changed security settings as recommended - I 'm not good at computers to begin with - what do I need to do

    I have exactly the same problem:  I've downloaded flashplayer, DLM says that it's successful, but no icon is on the desktop.
    I've gone to the software/flash/about site, and it shows an animated logo with the message that flash was correctly installed.
    If I go to start - all programs - reader is shown but flash is not.
    Other sites (including within Adobe) tell me that I need to install flash.
    I went to windows\system32\macromed\flash, and it listed 6 files:
          Flash101.ocx
          FlashInstall
          FlashUtil101_ActiveX
          FlashUtil101_ActiveX.dll
          Genuinst
          KB923789
    When I click on FlashUtil101_ActiveX, I get a message box telling me that it will UNinstall flash, so I quit it.
    When I go to control panel, Add/remove, it DOES list flash player.
    My system is WindowsXP, 5.1 - SP2.
    Each time that I've downloaded flash, it's been with the DLM, I didn't see an option to manually download it.
    Each time it's downloaded, McAfee downloads and successfully installs, and it's icon appears on the desktop.
    I would sincerely appreciate any suggestions that you can offer.

  • AAM says"Installed" but its not

    I tried to install acrobat x pro but it gave me an error, but in my application, the program was present, but obviously corrupted. It wouldnt open and the unistaller froze as well. I ended up uninstalling using app zapper but not the AAM still says that it is installed. How do I change that status?

    AAM may give an error regarding installation if Acrobat X was already installed. Before attempting to install it through AAM I would first ensure it is not listed in Programs & Features/Add Remove Programs or Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers.
    AAM uninstalls automatically when removing all CS6 applications.

    I am new to aperture and I have just moved all my photos over to it but some of them are saying that there offline. All my photos are stored on a separate server on the network but all my photos are on the same drive and in the same basically in the same folder. How can I fix this so they will be online and so I will be able to load them…etc in aperture.

    I have had exactly the same problem. Often one project is "Online", whereas another on the same external drive is "Offline".
    I click "Show in Finder" but it just says unavailable. I try reconnecting using Manage Reference files, but the reconnect button is greyed out. Sometimes if I leave it on long enough, it allows me to reconnect, but only one file at a time. Clicking "Reconnect All" doesn't seem to work.
    This is infuriating. Do they seriously expect us to spend half an hour each time we want to connect to a project?

  • IMessagges says 'delivered' but its not

    iMessage sent from one iPhone says it was 'delivered' bit i have never recieved it in my iPhone. No jailbreaks, no unlocking, everything else is working. Does anybody know what could be the issue? Also i have Messages on my MacBook, may this be the problem? But i was working just a week ago normally.

    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

    Select your iDevice in the iTunes.
    Choose the Summary screen (tab) and scroll to the bottom of the screen.
    Then un-select Encrypt iPhone backup.
    iTunes will then prompt you to “Enter the password to unlock your iPhone backup”, enter the password you set originally.
