ICloud problem, IM BEGGING APPLE PLEASE HELP ME!

I have a question please help me about this: my brother's iphone 5s was set up icloud by me, but i forget the password and the email to get the password when u forget, but i setup his icloud base on his information like: full name, date of birth exactly the same with his ID Card. so if possible can he get the password for the icloud when he take photo of his ID Card and iCloud ID on the phone together (i mean the same full name, the same date of birth)
Im swear that this iphone my brothers bought from the 1st day and still use until now, not through anyone else.
And im live in VIET NAM
My english is not good so please help me about this issue, thanks very much and im very appreciate

ICloud problems with my iPad. please help me.

Each time i tap on icloud in settings on my ipad, this is the message that i get. And my main worry is that the device can not be located using find my ipad/iphone, it appears offline though it will be connected to the internet and having 'find my ipad switched on. So i wanted to try turn it off and on again and when i put in my apple id password to turn off 'find my ipad', the same information on the screenshot appears. The other thing is that i cannot do icloud backups. I tried to erase and do a new setup and restore from my itunes backup but the problem persits. I am also having problems in signing in with my apple id in appstore and i cant download apps. How can i solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

Try resetting All Settings:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
(This will reset the settings in the Settings app back to default)
Is this a Wi-Fi only iPad?
Have you tried connecting via cellular (if available)?
Have you tried on a different Wi-Fi network?
You can also try resetting (rebooting) your router. Unplug it from the wall for about 20 seconds then plug it back in, wait for it to finish booting and try again.
If all else fails, restore.
Backup your iPad, connect to iTunes on your computer and restore. Try restoring from your backup. If the problem still exists then the problem may exist in your backup also. To be sure, try restoring again, this time as a new device (not from a backup).

Again without stating the trouble shooting steps you have taken, its hard to direct you with any information.
Try a different port on the computer.
Does the iphone beep when u plug it up. ?
Plug iphone into computer and give it 3 to 4 minutes to see if it connects and is running slow.,
Delete the apple mobile device from your computer.
Upgrade itunes to newest version.
Is you USB cord defective ?
Any USB 3.0 on your system ? .
Delete or Disable any antivirus program on your computer ?
I will tell u the problem is your computer not the phone.
We could do this for hours.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

You can't Restore to any iOS other than 7.1.
If the error persists, try on another computer. Still no joy, it is a hardware failure.

You might try the following steps:
Restart the device by holding down the on/off button until the power down slider appears.
Try entering your password in another location (i.e. when you are using a different wifi network)
Reset all settings (settings > general > reset), this resets some of your settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It does not remove any of your data.
Try signing out of iCloud and back in (only if find my phone is disabled)
If this doesn’t help your best option may be to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

Flashing Pixels (Bad Video) Apple please help!

I have these incessant flashing Green/blue pixels in windows through boot camp which makes it intolerable to use. It does this with the built in display but not with the extended display which I use on 270 degree orientation so I can't use that instead.
Seems to be a huge number of people in that post with this complaint and my situation fits it exactly. It used to work fine and at some point (not sure which update exactly due to infrequent use at the time) it went bad. Nothing I do will fix it. I've even wiped the HD, repartitioned, reinstalled windows on boot camp and then restored my OSX with Time Machine... Allot of hassle for no results. Only saving grace was Time Machine with the OSX side of that effort.
I want to know why apple refuse to even comment on this and maybe offer some thoughts on this? Maybe a fix even? Instead of locking the topic and shutting us up instead of working with us. What's next? A cover up to hide the fact? Maybe Apple should just delete the complaints from the support forums.
Apple, please help, this is beyond tolerable and I need boot camp for a couple of Windows Only apps. If I had a choice I would defiantly use OSX versions.
Just a side not. When I wiped the HD and went to reinstall form the backup the OSX installer recognized the destination and source but refused to run the restoration. I shut the whole thing down and started again and it worked fine.

Hi Ahmed,
In iTunes, go to the Store in the left menu, select iTunes Store, wehn it opens, make sure you are on the home screen (icon of a house in the menu bar) and from the righthand side, select Account.
Next you will see all of your account information. Just a little don, you will find: Apple ID overview, there it says, Authorised computers; click on the button to deauthorise.
And you should be done.

This is an annoying problem for many people. Most likely your dock connector (on the bottom where you plug in your phone) is dirty or screwed up and is probably just coincidence that it happened after you updated. Some people have had success cleaning the port with a dry clean tooth brush. There is a long discussion going on at the thread I linked below. Good luck...
