ICloud pushing downloads

Hi Guys
I keep on gettting the following message when i try and pull songs purchased on my iphone 4 from the icloud to my imac.
You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 57 days.
We3 have several user on the computer is this the reason as my parnters works fine.

'If you turn on automatic downloads you will automatically download anything purchased through that account, regardless of which one of you bought it.' → I woud like to avoid this.
Is it possible that I'm only downloading content that I bought on my devices. For example: I don't want to have all the apps my famly is puchasing on my iphone.

Hello everyone, I have a question. For some reason when I download a tv show like "the league" onto my Mac Air, for some reason the iCloud doesn't push it onto my new iPhone 4S for some reason. Is there anyway I can figure that out to get it to push the music, tv shows, etc onto my devices via the iCloud "Push" sync. I would greatly appreciate any and all advice you can give me thanks!

iCloud does not support TV Shows at this time.
It does support Mail / Contacts / Calendars / Reminders / Bookmarks / Notes / Photo Stream and Documents & Data.

You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

For your computer first get iTunes to see it by:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
or
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Device not recognized in iTunes for Mac OS X
- The transfer iTunes purchases
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
- Or redownload them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- Transfer other music by using a third-party program like one of those discussed here:
newer copy
- Connect the iPod to your compute and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup
Note that the backup that iTunes makes does not included synced media like apps and music.

Can't get th photo stream from the icloud to download to my pc, using Windows 7 operation system. It was working for a while and now it just stopped. I checked the iphone and pc to make sure the settings are all correct. Turned both devices off and rebooted but no luck. Anyone had this problem?

Let me first say that I am NO EXPERT with anything Apple and really have only started looking into this iCloud stuff a few hours ago because I'm trying to help my mom free up some space on her iCloud. But anyway, here's what I'm learning and what I THINK might be happening to you.
Also, if any Apple support people (do they browse the forums to dish out helpful hints?) or people who probably know infinitely more than me about this stuff, please do chime in and confirm / correct my statements!
This is what I gather.
iCloud for Windows is set up with a local folder (let's call it "C:\Users\Administrator\Pictures\iCloud Photos\My Photo Stream") where iCloud will store photos uploaded to the Photo Stream. This will allow you to view your Photo Stream photos on your PC.
This does not mean that this is a PC backup of your Photo Stream photos, but just a way to view your Photo Stream from your PC. That being said, the general Photo Stream rules apply: 1. No videos are on the photo-stream, and 2. Photos on the Photo Stream will be removed after ~30 days and/or after hitting the Photo Stream limit of 1000 photos.
My guess is that the iCloud Windows App will delete photos from the local folder that are older than ~30 days and/or delete all but the most recent 1000 items if the 1000-item limit is reached.
That is a scary thought! I really hope you did not lose all your pictures, but my guess is that the iCloud local folder is NOT meant for backup but instead is the iCloud Windows App's sandbox for updating and managing Photo Stream photos.
All that being said, I'd say it's important to back up your photos in a separate folder not related to the iCloud local folder.

All okay in Settings and Preferences of iCloud and Calendar on either side, iPhone and Mac? Please double-check, often it's only one checkmark or "on" button missing, or an Apple ID not logged in...
If okay, go to www.icloud.com and see if the events are in there. That would help narrowing the search.

Found it on another site, cos I had this question too. Create a playlist with all your songs... (select all in songs, then create new playlist from selection). After that I double-clicked the playlist and it started downloading all the songs. Hallelujah.

You don't "download" iCloud. It is built-in to devices running iOS5 or above.
You set iCloud up on iPhones, iPads and iPod touch. You should know when you set it up, there is no record stored anywhere of when you did that.
