Icloud quit working; cannot load application

Icloud has been working fine on my PC until recently.  Now I cannot get to contacts or mail.  Instead I get a message that says "Can't load calendar.  There was a problem loading the application."
The full icloud trouble report (which I forwarded several times to Apple) reads:
APPLICATION NAME

TITLE
Calendar could not be loaded
MESSAGE
There was a problem loading the application due to a possible network error or missing resources. Please try again.

FMS is only officially supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
3 & 4 at this time. Unfortunately installing it on other
flavors of linux can and sometimes does produce erratic
behavior.

  • ICloud Mail issues: "Cannot Load Mail" and "Cannot Get Mail"

I'm currently experiencing issues when trying to access iCloud Mail which is visible in two places:
      - on a iOS device (iPad and iPhone): when opening Mail.app and trying to check my iCloud Inbox:
"Cannot Get Mail" "The user name or password for 'iCloud' is incorrect."
       - on http://www.icloud.com: when clicking the Mail icon:
"Cannot Load Mail" "Help Apple improve iCloud by reporting this problem." [Reload] [Report to Apple] [Close Mail]
Oddly enough synching Contacts and Calendar items works fine on the iOS device (so username and password are obviously correct), and logging onto http://www.icloud.com using these credentials with use of all other application icons (Contacts, Calendar, Find my iPhone) seems to work also.
I created a "free" me.com account to enable "Find my iPhone" when iOS 4 was released (which doesn't include mail), and already had a Apple ID. Presumably these got merged now, maybe contributing to the issue?
iCloud is only available to me through the web or my iOS devices, I currently don't have Lion installed.
    Suggestions?

I am in the exact same boat:
I was a MobileMe subsciber who migrated to iCloud
MobileMe ID was [email protected]; Apple ID [email protected]
All iCloud services work as intended EXCEPT mail
I can access iCloud Mail by:
    Mail.app in Lion
When I access my iCloud mail on my iOS devices, I get "The user name or password for 'iCloud' is incorrect."  I know for a fact the password is correct, and all other services work.
When I access iCloud online, again all services EXCEPT mail work.  Here, I get the "Cannot Load Mail." message
Has anyone resolved this; or is this an Apple issue?  This is driving me crazy.

  • Cannot Load application

    I just installed FMS 2.0.1 on Debian 3.1, Mandriva 2005 &
    2006.
I got the same problem on each. I installed the samples by
copying applications folder but applications just cannot launch.
I mean the server is on and I can access the control panel
    but i cannot instance applications.
    Thanks,
    LoLoVioLo

Which processes are running? I'm trying to remember how I
fixed this, and the first thing that comes to mind is whether all
of fmsadmin, fmscore, and fmsedge are coming up when you start the
server. The only weirdness I've noticed between FMS on different
Linux distributions is in the assumptions made by the FMS
installer, such that the startup scripts might be looking in the
wrong place or something like that..

  • Anyone else getting recurrent iCloud Reminders error "Cannot load reminders" message?

For the past week I cannot get Reminders to load in the iCloud webpage.  I also have not found anything widespread reported here, so I wondered if it is localized to my account and if there is anything you can do other than continually opt to report it to Apple every time it fails...

Same here. I can get to everything I elected to sync but the one I actually care about, Mail. Find My iPhone, Calendar, and Contacts all pull up and work fine via a browser.
Neither iPhone 4 (running iOS 5) nor my Mac Pro can get to mail. "The user name or password for 'iCloud Account' is incorrect," which it is not. Frustrating...

  • Cannot Load Applications Using Desktop Manager

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8130 (through Verizon) and am running Microsoft XP Professional on the PC. Using the About Blackberry Desktop Manger menu item, I find the Desktop Manager version is 4.3.0.15 (Aug 15 2007), the Device Manager version is 4.3.0.7, the Application Loader version is 4.3.0.13, and the RIM program is 1.0.0.35. The Device Software tab has no software listed, although I have several applications installed.
The problem is that when I try to load a new application, the loader program always gives an error message that it cannot find any new applications even though I point it to a directory that contains both the *.alx and *.cod files. Luckily, so far i have been able to find over the air installation options but that isn't always going to work.
I have spent hours on this problem, mostly on the the Blackberry website, but so far have been unable to find anything that worked. I even did a full reinstall of all of the desktop and device software--a full half day job.
Any new ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be that the desktop manager is generic so as to support all blackberrys but the device software is required for programs that will only work on certain models?
Yep. The Desktop Manager is designed to be universal between BlackBerry Devices, and as handheld code can change for BlackBerry devices often, the configuration files are not included with releases of just the Desktop Manager. You will need to download the relevant handheld code from your carrier to include it.
PITA I know, but its the only way it can be reliably done.

  • Cannot load application pwc_cvrg with error number [1052003] - see server l

    Hi,
Im new to Essbase, so pls can you guys help me out to fix this issue.
Im getting the above error, when i try to connect to the application/db from EAS/AddIn/Unix.
Please can anyone let me know what's the exact issue and how to resolve this.
    Thanks.

There is a problem starting the application. Look at the application log for further info. There could be a lot of reasons it is not starting and looking at the log might narrow it down

  • Cannot load applications onto my Curve 8330

The error message that I get when trying to run the application manager is this: "Validation failed because the module marked for add (net_rim_platformapps_resource__en_US) failed the checksum"
Doesn't matter what I check or uncheck it always comes up with this error.
I have installed and reinstalled the desktop software with no results. Please help.

Try to drag and drop music files to iTunes application window. It should automatically copy the files to its default iTunes Media folder and allow you to play music.
    Hope this helps.

  • Icloud/iphone/ipad cannot load email

have been have this problem for almost two days. but no idea how to fix this.....any help?

Same exact thing and I'm glad its not just me (but sorry for all who are experiencing it).  Maybe their mail system is down.  It'd be great if they would give us some sort of heads up.

  • Apache cannot load mod_jk.so

Wondering if anyone has bumped into this?
    I did a vanilla install of cf10 on mac 10.5.8 on top of the mac-installed apache webserver (i.e. the one that comes stock with the OS, not a macports version or custom compile) ... a few vhosts are defined. cf9 is already installed and working peachy. Install goes fine but the 'switch to the web admin' stage fails and the webserver doesn't restart. Running an apache configtest barfs out the following;
Syntax error on line 509 of /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 2 of /private/etc/apache2/mod_jk.conf: Cannot load /Applications/ColdFusion10/config/wsconfig/1/mod_jk.so into server: dlopen(/Applications/ColdFusion10/config/wsconfig/1/mod_jk.so, 10): no suitable image found.  Did find:\n\t/Applications/ColdFusion10/config/wsconfig/1/mod_jk.so: unknown required load command 0x80000022
Commenting out the httpd.conf include to mod_jk.conf allows the webserver to start up again.
I've read that the mac hack of apache webserver includes 'apxs' in a manner that won't compile correctly but I'm a bit out of my depth with the apache stuff. Any ideas would be really appreciated

I compiled mod_jk from source, pointed the mod_jk.conf at this, retstarted apache and this time got a clean configtest, However, I'm still but unable to get the webserver to respond, despite it retsarting okay

  • ICloud mail quit working simultaneously on all devices and iCloud cannot load Mail.

3:00 pm eastern time iCloud mail account on all devices (MacBook Pro, iPad, iPhone) went to spin mode and and says "this account appears to be off-line due to a network problem.". But any attempt to take it online or to access iCloud online does not work.  iCloud says "cannot load mail", and then allows me to report the problem to Apple which I have done over and over again.  Looks like a major iCloud problem. Anybody else having this problem?

Down in Washington DC too (on the web-site and in all IMAP clients), since about noon, local time. The "All services are online" at <http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/systemstatus/> looks quite annoying. Especially, since there are multiple threads reporting the same problem, all over the country and even abroad (UK).

  • Cannot load mail - iCloud

I receive the above message when logging in to iCloud beta. At first it said my password was incorrect, so I reset it and now when I log in it says 'cannot load mail'
Also, when trying to retrieve my mail via my iPhone running iOS 5 beta, it says that my password is incorrect, even though I have changed it to the new one
Any suggestions, or at least info on why this is happening/when it will be fixed?

Ya...well... It's BEEN launched and a boat load of us can't get mail. All other cloud features work and logging in is NOT the issue. The mail IS! What's it going to take to fix it? More the question is WHEN?
Super angry and disappointed in Apple. Projects shouldn't be launched until they WORK! Totally regret changing my account to cloud!

  • ICloud - Cannot Load mail

    Okay, here's the issue:
I have MacBook Pro early 2k8 now running 10.7.2
iPad 2 and Iphone 4 both running IOS5.
Setup iCloud access via iPhone 4 (first device to be upgraded).
Can log in to iCloud.com with both my apple ID or the .me address I had to setup as part of the sign up process. - both are showing verified at appleid.apple.com
However, whilst Conacts, Calendar, Find my iPhone and iWork all work fine, i cannot for the life of me, get email working.
On my IOS devices I get an error - Cannot get mail - The user name of password for "iCloud" is incorrect.
And on iCloud i get a pop up which says - Cannot Load Mail - and then it gives me options for Reload, Report to Apple or Close mail.
I've tried changing the password at appleid and on my devices. No change.
I do note that in system prefs on the macbook - when I select mail for iCloud and in mail prefs, it shows as starting - then the checkbox appears, however if I leave system prefs and return to it, the check box is unchecked. ???
    Any help greatly appreciated!!!

I am having the following problems with mail:
At icloud.com, I can logon and use other apps, but not mail. Mail keep crashing.
On both my iPad and iPhone, I can no longer receive mail for my  me.com address.
I had migrated over from MobileMe, looks like we have a BlackBerry situation at iCloud.com too!

  • TS3999 iCloud message: Cannot load calendar

Since yesterday I'm not able to access my calendar on icloud.com.
I get a notification "Cannot Load Calendar" with the option of "Reload," "Report to Apple," and "Close Calendar."
When trying to refresh my calendar in iCal (on my iMac and MacBook Air), I get the notificaiton, "The server responded with an error.
    Notification: “400” to operation CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation."
I'm NOT sharing any calendars with others.
I hope that somebody could help me.

    Today's update:
All of a sudden I am now able to access calendar on icloud.com and entries on icloud calendar get pushed to iOS devices and iCal.
Entries on iOS devices are not pushed.
Entries on iCal get the following notification:
The server responded with an error.
The request for “New Event” in “Work” in account “iCloud” failed.
         The server responded with“400”
         to operation CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation.
I also can't restore from back-up to icloud calendars on iCal
    Extremely frustrating!
