Icloud reset link unreacheable

Hi,
I am trying to reset my icloud password. Reset link is sent to alternative mail which is not shown on the site. Could you please enlighten me to which mail is the reset link sent ? As i dont remember which email i may have given during the creation of the account icloud account. I have checked my app store email account and it is not there. Looking forward for your helpful reply.

If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address - you are sure that it isn't an alternate email address that you have ? You won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Cancel / Reset links in popup dialog

Hi, I'm new to ADF 11g (using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.4.0) so this is probably an easy question. I have a popup dialog (using <af:popup>, <af:dialog>), and in the dialog, I want to have Cancel and Reset links. I know that if I set the type attribute of <af:dialog> to "cancel", I could get a Cancel button for free. But I want to have a Cancel link instead of a button so I have the type attribute of <af:dialog> set to "none" to not show any of the default buttons. How could I best implement a Cancel link as a commandLink or goLink? The documentation for <af:dialog> at http://jdevadf.oracle.com/adf-richclient-demo/docs/tagdoc/af_dialog.html says this about the cancel button behavior and I just want to have the same for my Cancel link:
The ESC key, "cancel" button and close icon queues a client dialog event with a "cancel" outcome. Dialog events with a "cancel" outcome will not be sent to the server.
Also, I want to have a Reset link in my dialog that just resets the form fields in the dialog. How would this be done? I saw that there's a <af:resetButton> component available, but this renders as a button and again I want to have a Reset link instead of a button.

Interestingly, I found that if I did not have partialSubmit="true" on the commandLink, then the popup would disappear on its own. I did not even have to have a clientListener on the commandLink. Using partial submit custom buttons is recommended because by default, a popup will not restore visibility after a full postback. The immediate parent (af:popup) controls this behavior. If the parent popup's autoCancel property is enabled, full submit commands will cause the popup dialog to auto-dismiss. When the autoCancel property is disabled, full submit commands will restore visibility on postback. See the af:popup tag documentation for more information on controlling aspects of auto-dismissal.
Does anyone know what the difference between using popup.hide() and popup.cancel() would be in the above javascript? They seem to have the same effect. Also, do I really need to have actionEvent.cancel() in the above javascript? I have seen that in some other examples, but not really sure if it's really necessary as having it there or not there doesn't seem to make a difference either.

It looks like once my computer was subject to a clean install of OSX Mavericks, programs installed with iLife, i.e. iWeb, GarageBand. iPhoto, etc, were removed from my HD and cannot now be reinstalled.. I form the impression that they are not on the installation DVD's that shipped with my computer, and having examined the disks by placing them in my machine, there is no way I can tell whether that is correct, since there is no 'button' that allows me to look for their presence on the disks.
If you can shed any light on that conclusion, I'd be grateful for any advice you could offer. I guess it's not super imperitive that I have GarageBand '09, I can get by without it, but it would have been nice to have, and a couple of my songs use loops that were from GB '09, and these are now absent from the songs when played back in GB X. Of course, I cannot download the '09 version from the App store. Looks like Apple has me borked!

Why does firefox repeatedly send message stating reset link has been sent to email when it never is sent

I'm trying to log in to my account. Firefox says my password is invalid. Firefox also says it has sent a reset link to my email. That reset link never arrives although I repeatedly ask to sent the link, and Firefox repeatedly indicates that link has been successfully sent.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
*check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"

If you updated the old ID at one point to create your current iCloud ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

How to change apple ID security questions without reset link

I want to change my Apple ID security questions but it says that i need to know them when i try to change it. Usualy there should be a reset link under the security questions but it does not appear on mine so i do not know how to change it, if you could help me it would be nice.

Clear Form Value in Popup using Reset Link

Jdev Version 11.1.1.6.0
I have an upload button on page with table, which opens a popup. In popup, I createInsert table attributes using Submit Button. As per our requirement, we also need to have a Reset Form link, which should clear out details entered by user in popup. I tried to add af:resetActionListener on af:CommandLink (Reset Form) but it didn't worked out. Clicking on reset is closing the popup. But it should rather clear out data entered by user.

Thanks for inputs, but in our popup, we have 3 actions - i. Save(Submit) ii. Reset iii. Cancel
The above suggestion is best for Cancel, but for Action Reset, if user filled any information but in the end click Reset link, values of input text should be restored to blank or default in case of Edit or Create, and popup should not close.
I am looking for resetting default value of popup, without closing the popup.

What happens if the reset link is intercepted?

I have been receiving a lot of emails from apple that a request to reset my password has been submitted. What happens if that email is intercepted and the reset link becomes available to a third party. Do they reset the password and take over the account?

If you feel uneasy, then I would recommend to open the website by typing in the url and go to the official website https://appleid.apple.com to reset your password.
