Icloud security question. 4 fam members on same apple id.

My family has 4 devices sharing the same apple ID. We use icloud, Is there any concern that my family could see actual messages i send or receive in imessage or whatsapp?

i should add, that i mean messages i send other people from my device. Of course they would be able to see messages i send directly to them.

I had this same problem.
Go to http://expresslane.apple.com.
hit iTunes
hit itunes store
hit account management
hit forgotten AppleID security questions.
hit continue and enter your phone number
apple support will call you and guide you through the reset process

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

I used my computer connect to the iphone, and go through " appleID.com", and open manage account, I type myapple ID and password. I can see my information about my iphone. But when I turn on my phone and type my apple ID and password, It say incorrect.
Now it means the problem come from " technique". Because the apple ID in the phone is diffrent the apple ID from computer where I set up the iphone.
If someone say: I made some misstakes when I type my apple ID and password, so the message says : incorrect ID or paasword.
Or this phone came form onother people
The answer for two reasons above is : If it is not my iphone or I type wrong apple ID or password, therefore I can not able to use, access and remove my account. Infact I have used this phone and download some program from apple store and I also reset my password. After I try to remove my account and then creaate a new account which I type in the same ID and password. It massage say incorrect ID or password.
I also see the difference between apple store and apple support, why? because when I reset my password, I received the email from apple support " your password had been reset". It means my apple ID and password is correct. But now my phone cannot use, because it incorrects ID or password.
Your sistuation and me are similar. You forgot ID or password, I reset my iphone, after that I also have incorrect ID or password.
I think, if apple know about problem is very hard to use or take time to solve the problem. theofre the customers will be reduce. They should change " how to make easy way to use but safe " is the better.

I'm not sure what you mean by the 'apple support contact wont open' (?). If you mean the 'contact iTunes Store support' link on the page that you posted from I've just tried it and it seems to wok ok for me, though I haven't gone as far as to actually contact them.
You can contact either iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset you can then use the steps on the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use, or if it's available in your country you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

If they sign into your iCloud account with your ID, their iCloud backup would then be in your account. However, they would also be sharing your iCloud account and any data they sync with the account (contacts, calendars, etc.) will be merged with yours and the merged list will appear on both phones. They would also be able to access your email account and their photo stream photos would be merged with yours (as you would be sharing the same photo stream). Furthermore, if they are using iOS 7 and turn on Find My iPhone while signed into your account, their phone will require your iCloud ID and password in order to be turn off Find My iPhone, sign out of iCloud or erase and reactivate their phone.
Unless you wish to share all this data, and have the other person's data merged with yours you should do this. (iCloud accounts are really designed to be used by a single person.)

If you set up a Rescue email address:
Go into Manage Your AppleID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, select Password and Security, and click the first option (see below), and you will be able to proceed from there..... (I HOPE the first button is showing for you!)
Reset your password
You can change or reset the password for your Apple ID account by providing some information.
Select your authentication method.
Email authentication: To access your information, we will send an email to the rescue email address on file for you.
Answer security questions: To access your information, you will need to answer the security question(s) provided when you originally created your Apple ID.
If you did not set up a Rescue email address:
1. Go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
   Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
   Next choose 'Apple ID Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security
   questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)
2. Once your questions have been reset, and you set up new ones, also set up a RESCUE EMAIL ADDRESS, so if you forget them again, you won't have to go through all of this.....
