ICloud Verification - Help Please
I can't verify my iCloud account because the email wasn't ever received. How do I get another sent to me?

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account > Password and Security.

I have an iPhone 6 and during the setup I must have did something wrong and now I have my old iCloud account on it that I no longer remember the password, security questions, and no longer have the email address to that account. I think I was hacked and my password and security questions changed. I want to log out of iCloud and start using my current iCloud account. Oh no! That sounds really frustrating. Unfortunately, if iCloud Find my iPhone Activation Lock is enabled on the device we’ll need to gain access to your previous Apple ID account to disable it. Apple id verification help please ?
I have tried for over a week to verify my apple id account but the email never arrives. It is not in my Junk Folder. i am trying to download my icloud music to my ipod as it will only sync with my computer and download the songs I have purchased on this computer and not the ones purchased on my old computer. It's driving me mad.... any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Advice you do not have to call itunes or waste time.
Two and only two reasons for that verification email not to come.
1. You misspelled email or provided incorrect one.
2. Junk filtering on email server of your email provider blocks it before it gets to junk folder, cause you or someone else setup rules that do that.
One universal fix. Create new email with Google or Yahoo or Hotmail and change apple id to that one. Takes 5 min to create email and five min to change apple id. Takes one second to receive email.
You do not have to apologize to me when you don't like my advice and later find out it was correct. I would not care. -
ICloud Problem HELP PLEASE!!!.
i have a problem with iCloud, as i click the home button to after ''slide to unlock'', i can't '' there is a constent message saying ''Not Enough iCloud Storage'' '' Some of your documents or data can't be saved to iCloud.You can manage your iCloud storage in Setting. underneeth the message it says ''Close'' Or ''Settings'' i can click on both buttons and it won't go away i can receve calls , i can't awnser them i can't do enything while the message is there i can only Lock the screen and press the home button to put it back on thats it PLEASE HELP..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i had to hold the home and lock button to turn it off then turn it back on , i couldent restart it just by holding the lock button but thanx eny way

I ran a disk verification but it says I need to use the cd to fix the drive. I have snow leopard on my laptop. I got the laptop with Tiger installed. Do i use the snow leopard CD to run and fix the drive or use my original Tiger install DVD and run disk verification from there?
I don't wanna put in tiger and end up deleting something I need.

Use the SL disc and run Repair Disk (not Verify). -

Have you tried any troubleshooting?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
Restore: Connect your iPhone to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory -
I am trying to access iCloud,I have had my ipad for over a year and did not use it,but now I have my I phone5 I find I can't do a lot with them together,so looking into this more I think it may be an iCloud issue,when I try to sign in I am told my account needs a verification or something??and to go to my mail which I do but nothing there,can I sestet and start again as my ignorance of these matters at the start may be causing this,help please.
Make sure you are checking the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. Check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

I have downloaded a Maverick OS X 10.9.4 and installed it on my Mac from a USB, and i can't receive a Verification Code via SMS when setting up the iCloud Keychain. Please help.

Here is some information that you may find helpful with this issue.
I'm not receiving the verification code via SMS.
Make sure that you have a strong cellular network connection on your phone.
Make sure that your phone number can receive SMS messages. You can do this by asking someone to send you a text message.
Make sure that the correct phone number is associated with your account:
iOS 7.0.3 or later: Tap Settings > iCloud > Account, then tap Keychain. Make sure the phone number under Verification Number is correct. If not, enter another phone number.
OS X Mavericks v10.9 or later: Choose Apple () > System Preferences. Click iCloud, then click Account Details. Make sure the phone number listed under Verification number is correct. If not, enter another phone number.
If you can't access a device that has iCloud Keychain enabled, you can contact Apple Support and verify your identity to get help completing iCloud Keychain setup.

Don't know any other way to put it. I typed in the correct password. Now the account is locked. Iforgot does not send an email verification. The email is not in the junk mail or anywhere else. It is typed correctly. This is frustrating. I was just trying to update the Ipad Mini. I wanted to change the ownership to my husband and noticed that my daughter attached a new Icloud account. I was just trying to verify her account. I have the correct password. Now the account is locked out.I figured it out. It's a little confusing. I was trying to add a new email address for iCloud and I was supposed to type in the main iCloud user ID and password. The wording is not helpful because it displays the name of the new email address.

I have had to change my email address/Apple ID. My iPad recognises the new detail in iTunes and iCloud but when I go into iCloud through my MacBook Air, it requests a password for the old email account which I can no longer use. There is no Option to be able to change this email/ID detail as I cannot get further than the password request. Can anyone help please - this is driving me insane?!
Go to System Preferences and click Sign Out, select Delete at all the prompts, then sign back in with the changed ID? (Your iCloud data will disappear from your Mac when you sign out and choose Delete, but will still be in iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account your data will reappear on your Mac when you sign back in.)

You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

My kids now each have an itouch, should we all have different apple ids even if I am paying for all itunes and app store purchases? what about icloud? I would like to share itunes and app purchases, but not necessarily photos...help please!
The recommended solution for most families is to share the same Apple ID for iTunes and App Store purchases, so you can share your purchases, but us different IDs for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud. With this arrangement, each person can automatically download purchases made on the shared ID (by turning this feature on in Settings>iTunes & App Stores), while keeping their FaceTime calls, text messages and iCloud data (including photo stream) separated. There is no requirement that the ID you use for purchasing be the same as the ID you use for these other services.

Hi, can someone help please - my iPhone hasn't been backed up since early August, now I can't seem to get it to back up to iCloud. I have 9GB of space, I have left it plugged in etc for 11hrs, but keep getting the same message " iPhone backup could not be completed" -what dies that mean.?

I was facing issues with both backup and FB integration after the iOs 6 upgrade. Before then I did not have any issues with the iCloud backup service, but after a few days, I noticed that it was continually stuck at the Estimating time for the backup and it never progressed.
As any good techie would, I tackled the most pressing issue first . . . FB integration of course.
I had read in a separate post about this solution so tried it . . .
I deleted the original FB app and hard booted the phone. I then went into settings and entered the data for FB integration. Seconds later, I received a text message to my phone - already listed and verified in FB with a 6 digit code to re-enter instead of my password. Seconds later I was verified and then prompted to download the FB app. All backup and integrated.
Then I went into the iCloud backup, turned it off . . . and deleted the last backup. I then re-enabled backup . . . and although I thought I was going to face the same issue, after a few minutes, it moved on from Estimating time . . . to actually backing up. It is now a small way through the backup and seems to estimate that it will take another two hours to complete.
A good nights work. Backup and integration all sewed up. Good luck.
