Icloud will not accept my new password

so can someone tell me the work solution for icloud to accept my password where itunes and apple accept it? Also it will not let me in on my main computer

I'm having the same problem. I changed my yahoo password and the iPad will not recognize it.
I've tried deleting the account and creating it again
I've tried shutdown and restart
I've tried delecting the account, updating the iOS (hadn't done the latest update yet), and adding the account. still no luck.
I can access the account on the iPad via Safari, and on any computers.

I've had to update my Apple ID and password. Now, when I try to sign in to iTunes, it does not recognize either of the new or old user names/passwords.
Anyone with similar experience? Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Since my situation is very similar, rather than start a new thread, I wonder if I could jump on this one for some clarification & to see if I'm okay to proceed with the Tiger instructions you posted.
I'm running 10.4.11 on a 17" Titanium PowerBook G4. I have a .mac e-mail address & I'm using Apple Mail.
I migrated to iCloud several weeks ago & everything's been fine but I haven't been able to get any e-mail through all weekend.
I logged in to iCloud a short while ago & everything seems fine.
So could I ask whether the procedure you linked to works for .mac addresses as well as .me addresses?
Also, can I assume that the messages that are still sitting in my inbox will still be there after I remove the existing account & create the new one, (seeing as they're synchronised with the inbox online), whilst the complex hierarchy of folders I've created locally in the mail client will remain untouched?

Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID verify the changes, enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Do you have a new Apple ID to use in NZ? If not open iTunes Store. Log out of your old Apple ID, then try to login. Select Create Apple ID from the dialog that appears. Make a new Apple ID for NZ with a NZ email address. Once that is approved and verified, log into the iTunes Store with the new Apple ID. This should fix all other issues.

4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;
6. Tap Change Country/Region;

Iphone will not accept my gmail password

My phone and my mail was working fine until about 3am yesterday. Now it suddenly says my name and password are wrong. imap.gmail.com- says it is incorrect.
1) I try to enter the password again, it still says it is wrong.
2) I went on my computer to use gmail- it lets me in using my password.
3) I updated the software to 5IOS, thinking there was a glitch-the phone was restored in the proceess. After the update, it still does not accept my password.
4) I changed my password on my computer. Iphone still does not accept the new password.
5) I deleted the account, then put it back in with the password, says it will not accept it- so now I have no email account on my phone.
6) I turned off the phone and turned it on again.
None of these things worked, clearly. What am I doing wrong and why did my iphone suddenly decide it did not like my password?

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID.

Do you know what happens if you delete the icloud account from an iphone 4s? Will it delete the pictures, documents, etc. from the phone, or just unlink the icloud from the phone? I want to associate a different icloud account to the phone.

For a card to be accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and to have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are.
