ICloud will not back up my phone and says i do not have enough storage available.
I used my sons Apple ID and password when setting up my iPhone 4s. It now says that i do not have enough storage available to back up my phone. How can i set up my own account without losing any data?

Thanks for the question. When you sign out of your son’s iCloud account you will be prompted to keep or delete the data on your phone. After you elect to keep the data on your device, you can setup your own iCloud account and the data will be merged/uploaded to your new account:

Did you download it completely before you try to play it?
How much space left in your HD?
What about other TV shows? Try to download another one (pick one from the free section).
If other played just fine and your last download still won't play smoothly, you can contact iTunes costumer service to adjust your credit back.

How do I not sync notes with my email? I have a business email on my iphone as well as my husbands iphone. Now all of my notes are on his phone, and all of his notes he previously has on his iphone are gone. We have never adjusted any settings or hooked it up to itunes, I only added the shared email account to his phone. Help???

It sounds like notes on your devices may have synced when the email account was added, as described here:

Notes are associated with an IMAP email account or iCloud account. To sync Notes, enable Notes for each account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars or Settings > iCloud.
You can stop syncing notes by tapping Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars or Settings > iCloud, tapping the email address that you added, and switching Notes to the off position.
Additionally, if your husband has backed up his iPhone to iTunes or iCloud, the steps in this article can help with recovering the lost notes from his device:

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot

Purchasing more Storage on iCloud will not increase the Storage Capacity of your iDevice.
You need to Delete Content from your iDevice...
Goto... Settings > General > Usage > Storage = Then Delete Content...

There shouldn't be any fee involved. Call the Apple online store for your country (1-800-MY-APPLE in the U.S. and Canada) and request a refund.

Everytime I try to back-up my data on iCloud I get a message saying I don't have enough storage space. Yet, in settings it says I have 4.4 GB of storage available. Any thoughts?

I can't backup my iPhone 5. It says I don't have enough storage. So I've deleted like 6-7 apps and its still says I don't have enough storage. And it also says the same thing when I want to buy new apps or music. Also my messages won't send; I have to turn my phone off and resend then just to they can send. Your phone needs more storage, buying storage on iCloud.com doesn't change that.

Try deleting the old backup.
Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the device name and on the resulting screen, scroll down and tap on Delete Backup. -
I was trying to download the new Black Ops (Strike Team) app and when I try to download it, it says I don't have enough storage space. I made sure I had 1.31 GB of space (like it requires) but it still says I don't have enough space. I even tried to delete more 2.5 GB (I have the iPhone 4S) and the app specifically says that is is compatable with iPhone 4S. I even tried rebooting the phone a couple times before downloading, but it still says the same thing.
The app you are trying to download my be a zipped file and more space than 1.3GB. go to settings/general/usage and delete what you no longer want to make more space

To download and install an app the iPod needs storage available equal to about three times the file download size.
If you sync from your iTunes library less storage available is required.

I am unable to upgrade to ios 7. It is telling me that I don't have enough storage to upgrade. I checked my usage and it says that have used 6.2 GB and that I have 151MB available. One option is to delete some old applications.
Another options is to temporarily remove your music.
Another option is to transfer some photos to your computer to make space. To do this, open iPhoto and click "import photos. Just be sure to check the option "Delete items from camera after downloading" or you won't actually delete anything and won't make any space!
