ICloud will not sync my contacts or calendar in Mac Office 2011. ICloud does however sync to my PC at work running Microsoft office 2010 and also to my IPad and IPhone. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When you jar or drop a hard drive when it's operating the heads strike the platters and ruin sectors and the data on them.
Your getting the spinning wheel because the OS has been damaged and/or quite possibly the drive.
You'll first have to determine if it's a hardware issue
Do #3 Hardware Test and #5 Disk Utlity Repair Disk/Permissions here (check the SMART status)
Step by Step to fix your Mac
If the drive is fine and you don't have a recent copy of your data off the machine then also do this
Create a data recovery/undelete external boot drive
Then proceed with fixing the damaged software, likley by #8 your problem will be fixed.

I updated today to the 5.0.1 and now when I try to sync to ITunes, it doesn't recognize my phone and an error message comes up saying that "This iPhone cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device service is not started.' My computer's speakers are not putting out sound. They worked fine yesterday, and I just now started up my computer and began using it today. The internal speakers don't show up on my list of output devices in settings, and I can't adjust the volume. Any help is really appreciated!!!

This is kind of confusing, on the one hand you say "it says all images are there" and then you directly contradict this by saying "it is only showing 1 card's images at a time".
Could you explain in a lot more detail what you see (and don't say "it", say exactly what part of Lightroom or what part of your operating system you are looking at), or show us a screen capture?

Try updating your iTunes using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:

You can force quit applications

if that does not work you can force quit a computer shut down by hold the power button for an extended period.

Resolved!
After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

My ipod is recognized in windows but not in itunes. It shows up in devices and gives me the ok to eject prompt, so I know that the connection is good. I ran the troubleshooter and did all the recommended fixes. Hours and hours later, I still have the same problem. I uninstalled itunes and all its folders, restarted the apple device services and changed the drive letter. Checked my security settings and everything else I can think of. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you remove all Apple related software including QuickTime, Safari, Software Update utility for Windows, etc using the exact instructions in this Apple support document?

Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port and not a USB or similar? Have you tried different cables to help rule out a faulty or damaged cable?

I upgraded my iPod 1st Generation from 1.1.5 to iOS 3.1.3. through iTunes. After it went through the upgrading process, I received the error message, "iPod could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (6). I went to another PC and was able to restore to the original version.
