ICloud won't let me download anything and my email is verified as I've had my iCloud for 3years!
Recently I've not been able to download anything from App Store or anything else that requires me to use my Apple ID! When I try to download an app i put in my password.,say for a free app,it just goes back to saying free and won't download??
That's the iTunes and App stores, not your iCloud account. Try going to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in. If that doesn't fix things, contact iTunes store support for help: https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.

Your ITUNES account can be accessed from any device or computer that has itunes, as long as you have your username and password. Using your itunes account from another device does not affect your ability to use the account from your device.

Hook it up to your computer and open itunes. try to download hte apps via your computer. Every time you update hte software you have to reagree to the itunes terms of service. Sometimes it's hard to get it to come up on the device, but is easier on a computer.

What do you do when your iPod won't let you download apps and says invalid accesories?
My iPod touch has been giving me trouble latley. It won't let me download apps and when i try it says incorrect accesory and takes me to edit info when I finish that it doesn't fix anything. Really need help.
Try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

Won't let me download anything from the App Store on my iPhone 5
When I try to update an app I already have from the App Store it ask me to verify my billing information. When I complete that it says transaction failed because of insufficient funds. The app was free when I bought it and all the apps I do buy are through a savings account so I don't understand if or how I could owe money. Now it won't let me download or update anything without updating my billing information and it always comes up with the same message. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help.

So, basically... I had to owe Apple money when I had no money on my card but now I've got money on my card and it won't allow me to pay off what I need to and I'm still unable to even download apps, songs or anything and it's worrying me.
Can someone help please?If you can't get the password correct, you CANNOT restore from that backup.
However, if you've been using your phone as recommended by Apple, there should be minimal data loss.
Your iTunes library is on your computer, so you can synch all your apps, music, movies, ringtones, etc, on to your new phone.
Similarly, contacts should be synched to Address Book, Outlook, or a cloud service for you to easily synch back to your new phone.
Pictures taken from your old phone and not synched to your computer are lost, but you would have been synching those photos to your computer frequently as recommended. Other photos that you synch TO your iPhone are still on your computer.
You won't be able to get text messages back.
