iCloud works on my iPhone but I cannot access my mail from my macbook. I keep getting a server error message;
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “iCloud” or try again.
The server returned the error: The iCloud IMAP server “p03-imap.mail.me.com” doesn’t support External (TLS client Certificate) authentication. Verify your account settings and try again.
I've done everything possible and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions.?????

Have you tried to completely sign out of iCloud and then adding it back again? By the way, a software update to the latest version of OSX could also help to fix it (think about it, because Mavericks is a free upgrade).

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

It doesn't sound like you "changed" your Apple ID, sounds like you created a new one. Bad idea. All content bought with an Apple ID is forever tied to that ID. The ID that bought the content is the only ID that can update the content. Apple does not merge IDs not does Apple transfer content from one ID to another.

Icloud works fine between the iphone/ipad but the PC isn't recogized.
Can set an appointment on ipad and it shows up on the iphone and vice versa.
Nothing happens on the PC (even though I set up iCloud) when I set up an appointment.
My Outlook Calendar shows multiple calendars (one under My Calendars and another called iCloud) but neither calendar responds to appointments.

You'll have to access icloud.com on a non-ios device and remove the phone from your account. If only iOS devices are available you would have to download the Find my iPhone App to do this.

Congratulations on your new Apple TV! I found an article with steps you can take to share your photos with your Apple TV from your Mac (the steps say 2nd generation, but these steps also apply to 3rd generation of Apple TV as well):

To view photos using Apple TV (2nd generation), you need to have Home Sharing turned on in iTunes and on your Apple TV, your computer must be on, and iTunes must be open.
For information about turning on Home Sharing, see iTunes Help.
Open iTunes, and choose Advanced > Choose Photos to Share.
In the window that appears, select Share Photos From, and choose a source from the pop-up menu.
Choose “All photos, albums, Events, and Faces” or “Selected albums, Events, and Faces.”If you chose “Selected albums, Events, and Faces,” select the albums, Events, and Faces you want to stream.
Click Apply.
Using the Apple Remote that’s paired with your Apple TV, choose Photos from the main Apple TV menu, and then choose My Photos.

You also mentioned that you are not seeing the AirPlay icon in the tool bar. The reason you are not seeing the AirPlay icon is because AirPlay Mirroring became available with Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8). The following models support AirPlay Mirroring if running Mountain Lion:

I changed my password for my apple id and now I cannot access my gmail or iCloud accounts - even although I have entered the new changed password.

Hello again - there must have been a time delay in the system since all my accounts (gmail and iCloud) are now working fine.

Cannot access e-mail from PC or lap top.

I have always been able to access my e-mail from my PC and laptop using my regular Id and password until about 3 weeks ago, when I tried to log into my e-mail and was redirected to a page requiring information before it would allow me to continue. It seems I was assigned a new Id, However, now when I try to log in to my e-mail with this new id, there are no e-mails in the inbox or sent mail, and all my contacts are gone. Now, the only way I can check my e-mail, is from my droid phone which fortunately doesn't require me to log in for access. I would be really grateful if anyone has any info as to how I can get to access my e-mail from my PC and Laptop .

I cannot access my mail from the Comcast main screen, firefox says it may be a problem with having deleated cookies.

From the Comcast main screen, using FF 3.6.13, when I click on my mail to get it, I get an error page that says Firefox has detected the server trying to direct my request to the wrong place and that it may be because i have deleted cookies. I had in fact done this while looking around the other day, but now, under tools, it says I am allowing cookies and I found a list that looks like they are all there. I am unable to get my mail, but am able to go to other web sites ok.

Your problem is typical of the many problems reported with McAfee, and that may well be the cause. McAfee is free with Infinity but isn't built-in in the sense that you have to take it. Is your previous anti-virus still installed? If so, you should get rid of one of them anyway, and the usual advice here would be to ditch McAfee.
Even if McAfee is the your only AV I would replace it. If your previous AV is no longer available there are plenty of free options, and Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) is as good a choice as any. There's advice on uninstalling McAfee here.

If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
