ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR appeared when I try to replicate Business Partner to Cloud solution.

Hello experts,
I'm getting error while trying to replicate Business Partner from CRM to Cloud for Customer.
In SRTUTIL tcode i'm getting error message ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR for the outbound Idoc.
I have found description of the error - it means that SSL client certificate is not valid.
Can you please confirm, if all the certificates I have imported is ok?
I have created SLL environment in order to import SSL certificates and use it for RFC logon setup.
2 Certificates, taken from HCI (root and intermediate) were imported to this SSL Environment.
In the other side, I have imported certificate imported from

2 certificates imported to the STRUST SSL Environment:
- Cybertrust Sure Server Standard Validation CA
- GTE Cyber Trust Global Root
In the other side, I have imported client's certificate, taken from SAP CRM system.
Can you please provide your feedback if something else should be added. Thank you!

it could be a problem with the client certificate on CRM side. Could you please provide more details about this client certificate. Especially I would need the information from which CA it was signed. Only if the signing CA is trusted on HCI Loadbalancer, then it will work.

Can you please check the value of the registry entries at the following location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
In case the values for any of the entries (i.e. Common AppData, Common Desktop, Common Documents etc.) is referencing to E:\, change the value back to look something like below and you should be good to go.

Thanks this has helped me solve the problem.
I used the Outlook Anywhere connectivity tester you suggested. Selected Outlook autodiscover.
It told me that it could not resolve things on any of the 4 tests.
I saw that using the last test "Attempting to contact the Autodiscover service using the DNS SRV redirect method", was the only one likely to work in my case.
I had already changed 3 entries in dns to point at my DDNS address but this had not worked, from the errors I could see that it was just the certificate name not matching so I changed the DNS entries for Autodiscover, autoconfig and _autodiscover._tcp
to be webmail.domain.com which is a CNAME to my ddns address for the broadband router, which in turn forwards ports 80 and 443 to the exchange server for owa and activesync access. I got an error message saying that I had an illegal entry in my SRV record
as a CNAME is not allowed, but it saved the change anyway.
I reran the test and it worked.I can now make new outlook clients attach teo exchange.
Thank you, after 8 hours yesterday of trying to reolve this I suddnely got it to work on one laptop but the other still would not and had lost track of what I could have changed so had no idea what actually made it work.

Hello Michael,
My version of Publisher is 2010 and my OS is Windows 8.1.
64-bit OS x64 based processor.
I'm not too sure if this issue has arrisen when I upraded to Windows 8.1.
My Dell printer(Dell all in one) has also stopped working due to a driver issue now not being supported.

The problem does not appear, if PH Elements 13 is executed in the administrator mode.
The available computer resources are rather large enough: CPU INTEL i7 4 cores, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD + 32GB SSD, Windows 8.1.
Please, advice how to solve this problem? Maybe, there is patch or updating available?

Thank you for the quick answer. In the meantime I found other way to pass by the problem. I increased the cache level up to the maximum value 8.
The errors reported as "No more virtual tiles can be allocated" vanish, but I still do not understand, why PSE 13 cannot work properly by the lower cache levels, having available maximum resources it needed (10443 MB RAM and 26.53GB SSD space for scratches), or cannot collaborate with the fast SSDs properly.
