Ico [desktop] and logo [mobile] not good quality

Question

I need your opinion and help everyone.
If you look at my client's site HOME on [desktop]. Look at the .ico. Looks blurry.
and view my site on [mobile]. If you look at the logo. Looks blurry too.
It doesn't look professional. I saved the logo as PNG and I also try to place it on site as PSD. But still.
If you have suggestion how to save or maintain good quality photos let me know!

Create your favicon at 32 pixels by 32 pixels in size saved as PNG.
Separately, avoid resizing your images slightly in Muse. For example the image on your home page is 814x251 but it's sized on the Home page to be 810x250. When Muse sees an images that's very nearly the exact size it's used on your webpage, Muse won't resample the image. Instead it will just pass it through unaltered. However, if the image is slightly smaller in the browser, the browser will have to resize the image and this type of slight resizing (whether done by Muse or the visitor's browser) will soften your images.
For the best quality on your final site, you either want to place/import fairly high resolution images and let Muse resample them down. (Resizing down from 2+ times final size will give better results than resizing down from an image that's only slightly larger.) Or resize your images outside of Muse (i.e. using Photoshop's Save for Web feature) and then don't alter the size of the images once they're placed in Muse.
