on the itunes page there isn't an icon for my iphone so i could download and update my phone
If you mean the update for the iOS 5? If so it is not out yet and it will release on the 12th of October. All you need to do is plug your iphone to itunes and check for updates. If the server detects that there is a new update for your iphone then download it and install.

That "test" page should be viewed in Internet Explorer and not with Firefox, as it may use ActiveX which isn't compatible with any Mozilla product.

my new iphone 5 is frozen, with the cord to computer symbol on the screen after failing to finish updating to ios 7. iTunes no longer sees the phone. I've tried rebooting the computer, rebooting the iPhone, but iTunes still doesn't see the iPhone.
If your computer doesn't see the phone when you plug it in, you may have to take it to an Apple Store.

I can't call a person that doesn't have an iPhone, by my MacBook?
I already connected my two devices (iPhone and MacBook pro), and read the help guide about what the new Os X Yosemite...
I did everything that they said, I can call via FaceTime, I can use text messages, but it doesn't work the calls to people that doesn't have an iPhone.

Anyways, he can go to iforgot.apple.com to try to recover his username/password.
Failing that, he can call Apple Account Security, verify his identity, and then they can provide him with his Apple ID, but not his password. He'll have to have access to his email address for that. -

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can only locate your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.
If the device is wiped by you or another, you may not be able to locate the device (although some have reported they can) -
My ipad 3 is frozen on the plug into itunes page - it won't turn off or on - just stuck. I have tried to follow advice I have found on these pages but I don't know how to connect the ipad to my mac (the advice is to connect ipad to mac and there is no usb port on an ipad). If anyone could help it would be appreciated. Going nuts.

I moved a html file and now the page doesn't have a background
I was trying to remove the .html tags from my web pages and followed the advice on this past post. I created a new folder in Dreamweaver's File tab, then moved the .html file over and renamed it to index.html. Unfortunatley the swf and background images are broken and can't reference them. I'm wondering what step I missed, or how can I relink them?

I have one itunes account with mulitple libraries for each device (one iphone, 4 ipods). The one iphone is connected via the cloud. everytime a new song or app is added to the account it is placed in all of the libraries. Your question topic says you have all your photos backed up in iTunes. If so they are on your computer. When you get your new phone you can sync those photos from your computer to your phone.

My phone does not want to come on pass the 'connect to itunes' logo on the screen. This happened after I was updating the phone software through itunes, and itunes said I needed to restore my phone if it is to work with itunes, which I did. An error (1015) box popped up and... well.... here we are. I have an iphone 3G. The support coverage is expired.
