Hi all,
I am creating an ALV report using oops concept all the things are working fine but i can not able to see all the icons enabled (icon for sum and and the next to that both are disabled) plz give the solution ASAP....

you provide inttype = 'P'.

Hi Prajwal, this code will solve ur problem.
go to SE41.
Give SAPLKKBL as program name and STANDARD_FULLSCREEN as status....
now click on Copy Status and in that give ur program and status name into To.....
now in REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY

my ewquirement in in alv report in one column to diaplay the icon(tickmark) based on some codition.
how to achieve it??
condition is
Affected (Locked on Current ECM) u2013 can use symbols    for affected and   for changing u2013
u2022     Lock AEOI u2013 CCLCK for AE01-OBJKT (Material) lock.
Condition:
If AEOI u2013 CCLCK is activated then display symbols (tickmark) in line of their AE01-OBJKT (Material). else display

Old icons on ALV report dissappears when new ones are added

Hi friends
I have created an ALV report. However, when I tried adding new icons using Set PF-STATUS,
the original icons are not being shown. THey are totally dissappearing from the screen.
Is there a way to avoid this.

How did you create the GUI status..
you have to copy the standard gui status..STANDARD from the program SAPLKKBL and then add the button..
GO to SE41..
Press Copy status button..
Frm
   program - SAPLKKBL
   Status   - Standard
To
Program - Your program name
Status    - Your Status
Once it is copied..
In the new status add your buttons and activate..
Now it will show the custom buttons along with the standard..

Displaying special characters in ALV report.

Hi Experts,
Can we display special characters in ALV reports? Special characters such as tick mark.(Like in character map(Font Bookshelf Symbol 7) of windows ).
I tried with icons in ALV report, I was able to display tick icon in the ALV report, but when we export the report in to a excel, the icons comes in as Hexadecimal code.
Can any we display special characters like tick in ALV report or display the icons in excel aswell?

SUM icon issue in ALV Report

HI all,
I have developed an ALV Report. In the ALV display, i would like to sum see the Sum (Total) of few fields like Qty, Net value etc when i select that particular column and click the 'SUM" icon.
In my Report when i do so, the Program is displaying Runtime Error.
How to resolve this issue?
Any idea?

You must make sure that these columns are defined correctly in the field catalog and in the internal table. For example, make sure that the quantity field is typed as such in the internal table.
data: begin of itab occurs 0,
qty type p decimals 2,
end of itab.
And then in your field catalog, make sure that the DATATYPE is set correctly.
ls_fcat-datatype = 'QUAN'.
Do this may help your situation. Also make sure that the data in these columns is all numeric.

I think u r using PF-STATUS parameter in function module,
if u use this parameter, you sholud give the icon name etc..
otherwise by default it will appear.
Check your code again.

In my program when I assign values to internal table at that time I am assigning that ICON_OKAY value to that row as follow.

Microsoft Excel Icon in ALV Grid Report

Hi all,
We have a customized report. When we execute that reports, it open in ALV Grid format. When we choose "Microsoft Excel" Icon to change layout to Excel, it then shows the report in excel without any data.
Can any one please tell me that why there is no data? should i need to do any settings in excel for this?
