ICR - Pre ICR manual documents / how to

Dears,
The Client has been doing the intercompany reconciliation process manually for a long time (many years), this process is done in Excel platform, so the ICR process in SAP has never been executed. Every month the client makes sure that the ICR documents has been manually reconciliated, before the period closing.
We need a quikly solution for all documents that has been reconciliated manually (no SAP):
1. An automatic reconciliation for all this documents with net results $0 for every customer/vendor account. (But this method can be risky for the potential quantity of documents to analyze, even more because the clients donu2019t need to review them)
2. The other solution itu2019s just not to consider documents posted before the fiscal period in which the go live will occurs (This is safer and will end with the client saving time on possible errors).

Well, it seems that your customer kind of missed the point of open item management and the related processes
Anyway, if you are sure that this is what you want to do you could implement BADI method RESTRICT_SELECTION and add a restriction for BUDAT.
Example:
|SIGN | OPTION | LOW      | HIGH      |
|I    |GE      u2191 20090101|            |
This means that only open items posted after 01 Jan 2009 will be considered...

    In Adobe Export PDF you can do it manually.
    But in Acrobat you can do it automatically by using 'Action Wizard' option.

  • Condição de Preço manual não atualiza taxa de câmbio

    Boa tarde pessoal, Td Bem ?
    Utilizamos TAXBRJ aqui na empresa e as vezes é utilizada uma condição de preço manual. Ao criar a fatura na VF01 a taxa de câmbio não é atualizada automaticamente com a taxa do dia.
    Análises:
    - Para condições com determinação automatica de preço funciona corretamente.
    - No controle de cópia da remessa para a fatura a determinação da taxa de cambio está para carregar a data do dia (Tipo E "Determ.taxa câmbio segundo data atual", por isso funciona corretamente em condições com determinação automática).
    - Tentei atualizar o controle de cópia para resgatar a data do faturamento ( Tipo C "Determ.taxa câmbio segundo data de faturamento" que no nosso caso é sempre a data do dia)  e não funcionou. Na categoria de item coloquei a data de fixação de preço igual a data de faturamento e também não funcionou.
    - Na tela inicial da vf01 é possível informar a data da taxa de cÂmbio e também não funcionou.
    Encontrei apenas uma nota sobre o assunto para a versão até 4.7, pedindo para implementar uma exit, porém utilizamos a versão 6.0 .
    Gostaria de confirmar se realmente para condições manuais não haverá redeterminação da taxa de câmbio quando for criar a fatura e se existe alguma nota sobre o assunto, ou se precisarei criar algum desenvolvimento para a determinação ocorrer de forma automática, já que o standard está apenas copiando a condição da konv para a fatura.

    Sim, eu já havia tentado essas opções, porém também não tiveram efeito. Por fim acabei desenvolvendo uma exit para forçar a atualização.
    Acredito que o correto seria abrir um chamado com a SAP para verificar esse comportamento, porém como estou trabalhando com pricings desenvolvidas e não possuo uma standard para confirmar não posso realizar essa tratativa.

    of add a delivery document Inventory stock redused only in Parent Item not child item because child item stock already reduced in issue for production.

    If you need to print both the BOM Parent and Child items, you have to create your own report. BOM is only for production if it is not Sales type.

    Will upgrading of the GPU do the trick?

    This issue has been resolved.  For the benefit of those who will be encountering this error, it was resolved by manually assigning the Handwrtten field to 'Y'.  Here is the code fragment:

    Not on my document. I have a 7 page document open. The "flashing vertical bar" is at the top of page 3. I have the thumbnail view showing. I click page break and two blank pages are added to the end of my document. I have to scrool thru the pages to see that the 2 pages were added as they do not appear in the layout view... I'm not sure if it is inserting a "section" as it adds two blank pages.. But I am clicking on "INSERT PAGE BREAK".. So guess there are still a lot of bugs to fix..

    Hi,
    The quickest way to do this (tested with OS 10.8.2, MS Word 2011) is in one line:
    tell application "Microsoft Word" to close every document whose name begins with "book"
    The reason why your script doesn't work is that you aren't specifying to Word which document you want it to close.
    So, changing one line ought to do it:
    close document incrementvalue -- instead of "close document"
    But... when you close a document, you change the document count. Document 2 becomes document 1, document 3 becomes document 2 etc. So eventually you'd get a message saying "The object you are trying to access doesn't exist".
    Because of this, if you want to do it in a repeat loop, you have to work backwards:
    tell application "Microsoft Word"
      set doc_count to count documents
      repeat with x from doc_count to 1 by -1
      if name of document x begins with "book" then close document x
      end repeat
    end tell

    for example: say i write a paragraph. then, in a weird some sort of way an involuntary gap suddenly appears between different letters of random words(i did not recognize any pattern to the gap appearing) throughout the entire paragraph. once i've double clicked on that paragraph, and made a minor change, lets say tapped a 'space' key, and then clicked ctrl+z to undo, it has aligned(or fixed) the entire paragraph and made it look ok again. i've tried numerous ways to undo the entire thing, but cannot find the reason. i've been working for a few years and there's no reason why this thing all of a sudden should happen right now.
    if anyone has stumbled on something like that and can advise, i would welcome it.

    yep...i'm typing with hebrew. i'll make a printscreen with the settings you've asked for@:
    if you look closely you'll see that almost every line has a single letter apart. in hebrew there is no usually a singe letter structured words.

    could any of You, please confirm, if possible to create pre-posted / parked document for outgoing payment?
    We use F-53 / FBZ2 for this action, but sometimes takes a long time to select all items related to a bank payment note. The user want to have  only one final document, no partial bookings.
    Is there any possibility to create parked / dummy version here, to pause the administrational process and continue later, without loosing the data?

    I think there is no account assignment model or sample document where we can create for outgoing payments.

    We are using budget version "0" for AVC Check and "1" for provision budget used for sending further approvals.
    I am uploading provisional budget i.e Pre-posted budget with version "1"  and sending  two levels for approvals by using SAP Standard workflow.
    If pre-posted budget document approved by 2 levels, what is impact on budget posted document?
                       a) Will Pre-posted approved document be convert into Actual budget document with Version "0" (or)
                       b) Will Pre-posted document remain same by updating status with "approved", there by User again needs to post actual budget document with Version "0" by using "FMBB"

    The Pre-posted document will remain the same i.e.approved version 1. In order to create version 0 you can copy from version to version.

    If you click outside a Word document, is the cursor movement normal? And if you select Force Quit does the tag next to Word say "Not Responding"?
    I'm afraid that the only way to get out of your predicament is to Force Quit Word. If you had auto-save on, you may or may not be able to recover some of your documents. I sometimes have up to 12 Word documents or so loaded at one time, so your problem shouldn't be put down to you having multiple documents open.
    Sorry that I couldn't really help - I just don't see any way of getting out of your predicament. You MAY want to try pressing the command and period keys at the same time, but I really don't think that will stop anything.
