ICSS Complaints error

Hello All,
  I am getting the Requested end date must be later than requested start date error when I create complaints.
Also I get  below error when I click on the Find button near the product text box  in ICSS-B2B complaints. The functionality however  works for ICSS-B2C scenario. I have checked and compared XCM configs and also other related configurations?

Can anybody help me out in this

"A problem occurred in the product catalog "  I still keep getting this error. and it is becoming a real pain.
However the same catalog is working in ICSS-B2C and not in ICSS-B2B.
I checked the XCM settings for product catalogs in ICSS. It seems fine
I also checked the config done in Product catalog Usage. It seems fine too.
Can anyone check out what possibly could be wrong

    Hi All,
    I have configured the Complaint as per the best practices and working fine in GUI. But when I create complaint in ICSS it is showing error as enter org unit sales, Division and Distribution channel. I have given the org data profile as 000000012 in complaint transaction as standard value.
    Another doubt I have, when I create the transaction in GUI and give the account number or sold to party number it asks in a box that from which org u want to create. If I choose the org it creates the transaction. I want how the transaction will take automatically the org unit. If I want the org box should not display how I will achive that.
    Example: Lets say there are four sales org in delhi, chennai,Mumbai and in Calcutta and each sales org has 5 sales offices and I want to creae the sales order from Chennai sales org and from 1 of the Chennai sales office how the system will know automatically that this sales order is from this sales unit without displaying the Org unit box.

    There is no pop up for sales area in icss and there is ICSS wrapper FM which internally calls CRM common function module to determine sales org.I didnt remember the function module which was exclusively used for ICSS, but you debug starting from the FM which is in backend layer during Save. The function module has simple coding how sales organization is picked instead of pop-up(like in SAP GUI). you can modify that if you want to determine different sales organization.

    maybe that this message can be caused by wrong/or missing SSL settings.

  • Lots of listener complaints, Error: Playbck Failed...

    Hi all,
    I've been doing a podcast for several years now, uploading to iTunes via Podbean.  One issue that is being brought to my attention more often is the inability of many (not all, but many) of my listeners to listen to my show through the Podcasts app.  They have been forced to resort to other means, e.g. Stitcher, etc. to download or stream the show.  The issue they seem to have is that even after download a given episode, when they tried to actually play the file, they receive an "Error: Playback Failed" message.  In trying it myself on my iPhone 5, I get the same issue.  Obviously, this is incredibly frustrating, especially since it appears this has been happening for quite a long time now.

    As to the podcasts app I can't advise on this because I don't have an iOS device. I suppose you could try deleting the podcast and subscribing again, and see whether that makes any difference. You tell me that others are complaining, which would seem to rule out an issue specific to you. You could try asking in the iPhone forum - someone may be able to test, and offer suggestions.

    Hi,
    for leads this catalogs and codes are optional.
    It is used to catagorize the leads according to the customers needs.
    code descriptions are freetext - so everything is possible.
    The categorization can be dependend (level 2 is different depending on level 1).

  • Error message: "Cannot send alert message to browser" on Rule Policy

    Hi Experts.
    Have anybody experience with the error message "Cannot send alert message to browser" on Rule Policies? The condition-check of the rule is working fine. But the error message shown appears in the web UI Similar exception on Complaints Error Message but no answer. Is it possible that the SSL settings are responsible for that error message? Any ideas?     - The method "send_alert_message" has thrown following exception
    "Exception: An exception (CX_SAM_MESSAGING_EXCEPTION) occurred. Message no. TPDA430."
    on that line of code: line 91: sam_sender->send_to_client( message = sam_message ).
    I looked inside:
    - In the method "_SEND (CL_SAM_SESSION_QUEUE_SENDER)"
    line 101:   http_client->receive(  EXCEPTIONS http_communication_failure = 1 ... )
    The sy-subrc will be set to 1.
    I looked inside:
    - In the method "IF_HTTP_CLIENT~RECEIVE (CL_HTTP_CLIENT)"
    line 885: reason = response->get_header_field( 'sap-icmclnterror' ).
    Here the "reason" will  be set to "Native SSL Error".
    Any ideas how to solve this problem?

    To add a new create() method: In the Navigator, double-click Dept to open the EJB Module Editor.

    Click Add.
    In the Method Details dialog box, in the Parameters field, type the following:Long deptno, String dname, Long manager, Long location Click OK to close the dialog.
    Your new create() method appears in the list of methods. Click OK to close the EJB Module Editor.
    To add code to the Dept entity bean: In the Navigator, expand the node for the Dept bean and double-click DeptBean.java.
    In the Structure pane, double-click ejbCreate(long, String, long, long) to jump to that method in the code.

    I cannot get the 'hrApp' EJB to compile.
    The compiler complaint:
    Error(18,10): class DeptPK not found in class hr.impl.DeptBean
    Error(24,16): class DeptPK not found in class hr.impl.DeptBean
    Any recommendations are appreciated.

    Mistake: misnamed the bean in problem statement.
    I meant to say the 'DeptBean' (not hrApp EJB) did not compile, using sample code from instructions.

  • FDS Express Single CPU limitation

    Could somebody go in to a bit more detail about the FDS
    Express single CPU limitation? What I'd like to know is whether the
    definition of "a single CPU" refers to the number of processors, or
    the number of cores? If I get a machine with dual-core processor
    for our production environment, is this in violation of the
    license? Also, I'm currently using a Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro for my
    development machine and I haven't seen or received any

    When am trying to create complint from ICSS am getting the following error:
    "error occured, your complaint cannot be created" how can i know where it went wrong.
    how to debug it. Please mention step by step as my abaper dont know how to debug/activate external application like icss.

    You can debug the ICSS application the same way as you would the e-Commerce application.

    I am getting below error while delta or request download of customer.
    No valid complaint data was found in this sales area
    Message no. CRM_SPL_BUPA_FRG0010203
    Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
    Message no. SMW3018
    Error case:
    ECC-->Customer(Sold to) extended to a sales area and saved.
         CRM-->Business partner gets updated in the CRM properly.
    ECC--> Deletion flag for same customer and same sales area is set. (Deletion flag - "Selected sales area").
         CRM-->Business partner gets updated in the CRM properly and is not shown as extended to the sales area via BP t code.
    ECC-->Deletion flag is removed for the customer.
         CRM--> BDOC fails to update the Partner and goes in error.
    Problem comes when deletion flag is removed in ECC.
    Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Hope you have not make any field mandatory in the Complaint tab in the sales area section in the BP.
    When you are removing the deletion flag please check if any entry is mandatory in the Complaint tab.

  • Error while creating Return order with reference to Complaint

    Hi,
         We are using Complaint Management in CRM Service. After creation of Complaint, we want to create Return Order that is going to replicate in R/3 .
    We are able to create Return request in CRM as a follow up document. However we are not able to replicate the return order in R/3.
          We have created Return Document type CRMR in R/3  with related Item Category REN assignment & corresponding number ranges assignment.
    We facing problem, as this document is not getting replicated in R/3 & in Complaint, it shows message as "The document is being distributed at the moment, and therefore cannot be changed. The document will be ready for input once it has been distributed successfully.”
    In SMW01, it is showing as fully processed document. However in error segment it shows as error” No upload into R/3" &"R/3 Adapter is called".
    Could please suggest any configuration we have missed or additional configuration to be done?

    Hi Arun,
    Have you check & maintained middleware setting for  document transfer
    (tcode R3AC1). Check object SALESDOCUMENT and try maintain transaction
    type there. Don't forget to activate use tcode R3AS.

    many thanks for your answer. But sadly it still does not work. I have created a new GUID using function module 'GUID_CREATE' and have appended it to the url:

  • Lost photos and other errors, Complaint letter

    I would like to send Apple a formal complaint letter letting them know how greatly disappointed I am with their products. I was a great fan of Apple and I was even considering buying a new Mac but I am no longer so sure.
    For a while I dealt with MobileMe Calendar crashing constantly while trying to enter meetings and other important events. I just figured that they would get to it sooner or later. I have lived with the fact that my iPhone and my iPad lose the wifi connection they have constantly without any logical reason. I have ignored the fact that I cannot use many webpages on my iPhone or my iPad that use flash (including pages the US Army has) or are just not compatible like many realestate MLS search sites, I have watched as iTunes crashed and froze many times on my computer, and I have even put up with the fact that backing up my iPhone can take in excess sometimes of 8 hours.
    But today I think I have had it finally, I lost photos that I had taken of my 1 week old daughter born July 1st; as well as photos from the US Army Black Hawk flight training course (I am a Uh-60 pilot in the Army). These were photos that I thought had been backed up on my computer by iTunes, these were photo's that I can never get back now, these are memories that I had wanted to keep. For many years before I joined the Army I was a computer systems engineer and I have a B.S. in Computer Info Sys; so I know how to use a computer lets not assume that the error is on the user behalf in this instance.
    Thanks to Apple and thier team of programmers, I have lost some very importnat memories that I can never get back. I am sure any parent or soldier that has lost photos like these would agree there is no excuse, especially when you did everything the way you thought it should have been done. I am more than a little angry that Apple cant seem to get it right when it comes to iTunes and the iPhone, if they want people to use the product then make it work so they don't lose things like I have.
    Does any know of an Apple email address that I should send this to with someone that would care on the other end? I am just very disappointed and want to be heard.
