ICWC case from 4.0 to 5.0, how to find an existing case

I don't see how to find an existing case in CRM 5.0. I'm trying to link a service ticket to an existing case
I know 5.0 required some additional configuration to assign Case profile in CRMC_IC_MAIN and I created the case profile in config ICWC > business transactions > case management > define profile for case management. I assigned our 4.0 case type to the case profile.
In the ICWC when I select Cases from the Nav Bar I see three windows
- Attributes in upper left
- Note in upper right
- linked objects & log lower section
but none of the hyper links take me to where I can look up past cases.

SAP help says the search is done in the Inbox which I think is different than 4.0 but I think I figured out the configuration.

Case search
You can search for cases in the agent inbox using different selection criteria. If you open a case in the agent inbox, the view set Cases is displayed automatically.
Alternatively, you can use the separate case search if you have set this up in Customizing.
Use the text search function in the Knowledge Search to search for case notes, documents and business objects as well as to search for cases based on the long text description of business objects. You can e-mail cases found using the Knowledge Search to internal and external parties. Case header information and attachments are sent.

I was told when I purchased the phone from Telstra in Australia that the phone was unlocked and i would be able to us it in the US as long as I changed the sim card and found the right carrier. I will now go to AT&T since you have told me they are the carrier. No wonder Verizon could not assist me. Thank You.

My G60 has a loose screw. How do I open the case?

My wife's G60 has a screw rattling around inside. We can't use the laptop (which she relies on for college courses) until I can get the screw, put it where it belongs and be sure we don't short out the motherboard. I tried taking the case apart, but with all the screws I can find removed the case still will not come apart. Anyone know of an exploded drawing or instruction set for opening the case?

hi,
             u did mistake in selecting the table
SELECT T0.DocNum FROM ORDR T0                 for sales order
SELECT T0.DocNum FROM OPOR T0                 for purchase order
how to find the table in SAP B1.
go to above menu view => system information. tick it(or select it)
then below status bar u can see the table and field name.
open the required form and just keep the mouse cursor on any field.
you can see the table and field name below.
hope now u can able to track the table name.

To recover Mountain Lion to your purchases, open App Store > Featured > Account (under Quick Links) > Show hidden purchases, and show OS X Mountain Lion. Finally, it will appear on Purchases tab

Yes, BADI fdm_user_screen has to be used.
1 method GET_CREATE_SCREEN to define the screen with the new attribute/s
2 method CREATE_SCREEN_PBO to define the logic tht u want to get processed before the screen is up for display, (possibly pre-population of the attribute/s)

Is it possible to import the failure cases from another test plan? For example, I have created a new test plan with ID 1002. Now I want to import the failure cases from test plan with ID 1001. Is there anyway to do this?

Hi Leslu,
As far as I know, there isn’t that feature in MTM, but we could achieve that by add test cases to the test suite.
As we know, the test case is associated to the test suite, remove the test case from the test suite won’t delete the test case, it just remove the relationship.
So, we could base on the test cases’ id to add the test cases to a test suite of another test plan.
The condition is:
Work Item Type In Group Test Case Category
ID In id1,id2 (e.g. 1,2,)

Unable to find matching navigation case from view ID. Error 404

Everything looks good but when I click the Edit Button, I am encountering an error. What I did was I change the logging mechanism into a FINER in my WLS and from the logs,
it prints below messages.

Unable to create a new dispute case from UDM_DISPUTE

Hello All,
When I try to create a new dispute case from UDM_DISPUTE, I get the following error.
Duplication in attribute display: Attribute
FIN_RFC_CREATOR already used
Can any one tell me what is the reason for the above error and how I can create a new test case using UDM_DISPUTE.

Check your attribute configuration in FSCM - Dispute Mgmt - Dispute Case Processing - Attribute Profile - Create Attribute Profile. Select the attribute profile that is assigned to your Case Type and select Assign Attributes. Look to see if the attribute FIN_RFC_CREATOR is listed twice.

CRM Security: Add Case from associated view on Account

I am having some issues in CRM Online...
Scenario:
User is allowed to Read all Account records in CRM but cannot Write to them. User is allowed to create new Case records and link these to any Account record.
The User must be able to create a Case from within an Account (i.e. from the Case Associated View within an Account Record).
Current implementation:
User as the following security permissions assigned:
Account Entity: Read (ORG); Append (ORG); Append To (ORG)
Case Entity: Create (ORG); Read (ORG); Write (ORG); Append (ORG); Append To (ORG)
Problem:
The User can create a Case record and link this to an Account record
BUT the user does not see the 'Add New Case' button from within the Case Associated View within an Account Record.
The permissions are correct as the user can create cases and link to Accounts but for some reason they do not see the 'Add New Case' button in the associated view.
I have done some testing and if the User has Write permissions on the Account entity then the button appears, but without that it does not. Oddly, there is a similar set up for Contacts, but the user sees the 'Add New Contact' button in the Contacts Associated
view (note that permissions for Contacts is the same as for Cases).
Has anyone encountered this problem or is there something that I am missing here?

customise the ribbon for case and make sure Add New Case button is visible all the times. Here is the MSDN article for how to customise the ribbon:

I am asking a question about a place i ordered a case from

I did a money order at this place called the istore via istore.com. I did a money order and just my luck i accidently did a wrong shipping order and ordered priority instead of standar which is 3 dollars more. I did this in my handwriting which isnt great but also a money order i was sending for my brother from a different company and it was in the same state and he got confirmation on it. But i called in at least 2 times( friday and today) and they said they havent recieved it but it was the same lady that picked up friday. I was gonna print labeling on the envelope but my printer cartridge ran out. I like to know if i got scammed or not or if somebody bought a case from here.
