ICWC: Telephony not working
Hi.
We are using the ICWC and are trying to get the telephony section working. We are currently using the SAP Simulator to test this. We have the E-Mail and Chat working fine.
When we test in the Simulator it says the call is active but when you go the the Web Client you do not see anything happening. We have also set up the queues and channels.We are using CRM 5 and J2EE 6.40 SP 13.
Can anyone help us solve this problem or let us know if we need to set-up anything else.

Bluetooth on iPhone 6 does not work with car stereo
I have used iPhone 4, 4S, 5 and 5S on my car - my own and my families phones. They all work as intended with regard to music and most importantly telephony. My car (FORD S-MAX) has buttons etc. for phone navigation. My daughters and wifes 5S's still work.
When I paired my new iPhone 6, the pairing itself was successful, but it does not work at all.
1) Incoming calls show my own telephone number, regardless of who calls
2) I cannot use the car buttons for anything, neither pickup, hangup or anything else
3) Regardless of what I do, the Podcast starts playing, if I choose Bluetooth as sound input on car. If I click pause on Podcast, it resumes after a while, sometimes immediately.
4) If I use the phone to dial a number, the sound is not in the car, even if sound source is Bluetooth/Car. If I select something else and back to car, the sound is in the car.
Hopefully this is soon to be solved! Or is there already a solution out there?

but not yet an iPhone 6 snap in
You may need to ensure you clear all ol pairings from Beemer they have a limited number of pairings that can be stored at one time
To dispel all the bad press my 6 also happily paired with my '13 X1 without any issues and with the correct snap in also plays audio

I configured some SIP phones (CP-7821, CP-7841) with pickup function. Is it the Pickup / GPickup soft keys not function as the SIP phone? If yes, then I can use the FAC to access that? And I tried the FAC std. / custom as the pickup / gpickup .. both not work ... I don't know how to use the FAC on CME? As the FAC std., if I pickup local, that I should press (**3) > call?

cancel call waiting *1VPN is not Configured prints on all phones now with the built-in VPN client if VPN isn't configured. That's normal and is just cosmetic. That should not be causing your registration issues.

IChat Video Not Working since PSP3 bought!!
Hi guys,
ichat video not working since I bought and installed a new Playstation 3. I have a BT HUB that connects wirelessly with the imac. I have BT Vision running from the HUB too via ethernet wall boost adapters. I had this problem with video when i installed the BT Vision. And turned out to be something to do with Application Sharing settings on the HUB. I resolved it by correctly sharing AIM TALK with my wireless imac. Now the same problem has arisen since the psp3 was put on. But even with all the things I've tried I am stuck as how to get the video up and running as before. The devices running off the hub include:
1. imac (wireless via Airport Extreme)
2. BT Vision via ethernet and wall adaptors
3. iPod touch via wireless
4. PSP3 via wireless plug and play
I have checked all the ip address for these devices and have enabled app sharing for the imac wireless to AIM TALK in BT HUB manager. I have also opened my firewalls; changed the port setting to 443 in ichat preferences; re-set the HUB/Router;
Is there anything else I can do or check? As I said it worked perfectly before the psp3 went onto the
network. Should i assign AIM TALK to the imac wireless or to some of the other devices? (though I think I've tried that too!!)
Help would be much appreciated as this is driving me to insanity, if I wasn't there already!!!!

Yes you do.
Thomson-Alcetel who make the Speedtouch range make this device for BT.
The Firmware is Thomson-Alcatels with BT Logo-ing.
This Ethernet 3 connection is probably internal.
Have you got System Preferences > Quicktime > Streaming set to 1.5Mbps ?
If not then do and restart iChat to see the new speed.
In Leopard the Automatic setting is read by iChat as 384K.
This may be allowing the PS3 to have too much of the bandwidth.
I or rather my son has a X-Box 360 which can be on-line when I video chat and it works for me, as it does when he uses his PlayStation 3
If the AIM talk setting uses the same port here as it is listed elsewhere then it has only opened/allowed port 5190.
This would have appeared to have been coincidental to any iChat use when you changed it.
Are you not using UPnP in this device ?
Which firmware is it up to ?
Anything above 6.2.2.6 should work.
Anything starting with 6 and containing letters is later.
In the .telephony section does it mention which port are open ?

MOH not working in cucm only beep sound
HI,
I have an IP Telephony set up running on CUCM 9.1.Publisher and subscriber in a single site deployment model.
Customized MOH were configured and running fine before.Now users are complaining that MOH is not working(both internal and external calls) and only beep sound is hearing when putting on hold .
I have checked the MOH server is registered and I have restart the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App service for both pub and sub
But when i am selecting the Sample Audio source its working fine and I can hear the cisco sound on MOH.
I have added another audio source for testing and assigned to the phones but result is same.
Multi cast allowed on the Audio source and its enabled in the MOH server.

Please advice how to fix this issue.Beep sound indicates configuration issues, few things to check:
Make sure the DP assigned to the MOH server is set to use G711 between other regions, unless you enabled other codecs in service parameters
Make sure the MOH file is uploaded to all servers
Make sure the MOH server is assigned to MRG/MRGL of the devices needing to connect to it (phones, GWs, etc).
Can you try using unicast vs. multicast to see if that fixes it?

Kindly suggest troubleshooting steps.

DMTF not working using IP to IP gateway
Hi,
I have a Cisco IP telephony infrastructure with Cisco Call Manager 4.0(2a) and Cisco 7940G series IP Phones. I have implemented "IP to IP gateway" using a Cisco 2651XM router. I have followed the Configuration guide of "IP-IP gateway" during my configuration.
The IP2IPGw is configured for H323-to-H323 and will register with a gateway of an Internet Telephony Service provider (ITSP).
Now when I make an outbound call to a conference bridge, the bridge requests for the code and the digits pressed from my ip phone is not accepted. The same when I do it from a Analog phone using a FXS port, it works.
The IPIPGw document specifies the dtmf-relay is enabled by deafult. I still have configured all available dtmf options, but still no luck.
Please help me in resolving this.

I had configured the DTMF parameters on the dial-peer's with h245-alphanumeric and also with rtp-nte, but no luck.
I have configured an Inter Cluster Trunk between CCM 4.0 and IP-IP Gateway router. I am not sure if there are any configuration on CCM end related to DTMF.
I even tried the rtp-payload (dial-peer) and is still not working.
Let me know your suggestions on this.

Arris Cable Modem not working with WRT54G Router
I am at my wits end.Comcast just changed my old RCA cable modem for an Arris Telephony modem.(I had Comcast phone service added)The tech that did the install said the wireless G network was all up and running. (My 3 other computers and printer) Well lo and behold the network does not work at all. I only get internet through my wired computer and cannot access my router through 192.168.1.1 anymore.I tried powering down the router and modem by holding the reset for 30 seconds and unplugging them. Any help GREATLY appreciated!
Thanx!ok man, good new and bad news. Good news, i know what ur goin through cause i have the exact same problem. Tried a new router too (wrt54g to no avail). Bad news i have no idea how to fix it. I've tried everything. Linksys tech support hasn't emailed back after their originaly fix which did nothing. Please PM me if you get any ideas. Ps Have you noticed that when the setup page times out you can't get an ip wirelessly. Also, my temporary fix is power cycling. Somtimes it works for a few days, or sometimes a few hours.

I read that browser.ui.layout.tablet = "1" can fix this problem. But it not works. I can work only in pnone interface that is not good for my 8'' tablet.

Go to V/N1 transaction select your self defined access sequence then go in to the accesses and fields and check all fields are activated.
Make sure that these fields are flowing in your sales order.

Officially camera raw 8.3 is the latest version of camera raw that will work on windows vista. -

Partner application logoff not working
We have a partner application registered with sso with custom login screen. The login works fine. We use the following code to logoff the partner application in logoff.jsp

but the logoff is not working properly. It is not invalidating the session and the logout http request is not going from the application server to the sso server.
Are there any additional configurations for SSO logoff.Any help is appreciated.

The WF should also trigger if i add the Partner function in UI.If i change any Attribute the WF triggers but i dont want to change the attribute when i add the partner function.
If i have only one event for WF that is Partner Change the WF will not trigger it for the 1st time when i save the UI. But next i come to the same saved doc and add a partner function then the Wf triggers.
So this means that Partner change is active.
the issue here is i need to trigger the WF on , the 1st time i save the UI, for which i wil be using Attribute Change and next time when i come back to saved doc the and add only the partner function and no changes are made to attributes the WF should again trigger.
