I have a problem with my ID and Password. My email direction was stopped because I changed of job. I took a mistake and ask new password and it was sending to former email only ( I have no access). Regarding key answers, I dont remember of them. It is impossible to go through this way . I dont know if have some another way to solve it or I must change my device a new account or think like that. I would like to receive some comments/suggestions. Tks. mellopa

Again, this is not Apple's problem. You purchased a used and quite probably stolen item. Any recourse is solely between you and eBay, and if they refuse to intervene, then you have indeed wasted your money. Sorry to seem unsympathetic, but this again is the risk you take. Next time, don't buy an expensive item from someone you don't know.

I forgot my iCloud ID and PSW

Unfortunately I updated my iPhone 5s, and now it tells me to submit APPLE ID and Password. (that has to be m*****@icloud.com)
All the time I used different email address and password as well. And I do not have any idea what was my ID and Password of @icloud.com

Username and password default for BAM database

Hi everyone,
I have installed in my machine a virtual machine wich have the Oracle BAM 10 installed. We are trying to connect to the BAM database but the problem is I dont know the user default to do it. I also have in my machine(real machine) the BAM tp4 wich I m able to access the tables with username:oraclebam and psw the same. So somebody knows how can I do the same with the version 10 of BAM?

2 problems: iview status and personalization

hello together,
i created an url-iview which opens in an external window. i use the default personalization (user_id and psw) which is part of the url. everything works fine, but:
--> the external window already opens by clicking on the workset or role in the top-level-navigation although the initial status of the iview is close. why? i want that the iview opens only if the user clicks on the iview in the detailed navigation. this iview is the only one in his workset.
--> the second problem is that i can't open the standard personalization (right side of the portal in the content area) of iviews which open in an external window because the old iview stays in the content area. so the personalization don't refers to the new iview. no chance to personalize the iview which opens in an external iview? the only way i found is that this iview must be the first in the detailed navigation.
can anybody help me?

2) can i import the code of an iview, which i created in the portal content studio, in eclipse? (i created an url-iview with the wizard in the pcs and i want to add some functionality by chaning the code in eclipse)

How do I find my "Audible Account"...

When trying to deauthorizing my computer, the iTunes inquires me to enter my “Audible Account”.
I tried with my Apple ID and psw, but it doesn’t work so I assume I misunderstand the meaning of “Audible Account”.
But then… Which account does it means? Is it possible to find out through the website?
I need to try to deauthorize my computer because I've purchased songs from iTunes Store recently,
and then synced those songs to my iPod mini.
Everything worked fine, at least for a while, but now my iPod has stopped to play those purchased songs.
I’ve read article about “iPod: Troubleshooting songs and audiobooks that won’t play” and found out this could be depending on the authorization.
So… does anybody know how I could solve this problem?

Copy a file from server to the client - URLConnection to a Portal page

Hello:
I have an application running on the client side. When the app startup it must open a file which is at the server side, to be more specific, the file is at KM content of the portal.
I try to read it with URLConnection to copy the file from the server to the client, the app will do it, but "Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL:"
If you copy&paste the url's file directly on the browser (http://host:port/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/ImagenesIM/file.txt) a login popup (look and feel windows) is display. After entering the user and psw the file is open without problem.
Any idea what can I use or how do it ?.
I think that probably I have to move the app to a was directory instead of portal directory.
The app is execute via *.jnlp with a link at a portal page.

401 means authentication error, i.e. your application is not authenticated to KM.
What you can do? Actually, it depends. Check current cookies in your application, probably there are SSO coockie or J2EE authentication cookie. You may try to set this cookies in URLConnection (via addHeader). Otherwise you have to supply authentication creadentials to URLConnection (also via addHeader, most probably, via Basic HTTP authentication scheme).

Info Spoke - Process Chain - OS Command usage help

I am new to BW. My requirement is to extract the master data off of BW data targets on a weekly basis and ftp the files onto a different server.
To meet this requirement, I am planning to create InfoSpoke(s), put it in a Process chain and using the OS Command ftp the files to different server.
Is this the right way to do it or are there any better ways? If it is, I need help on where to give the target server name, user_id and PSW in the OS Command variant of Process Chain.
Also, is it possible to schedule a Infospoke directly from the scheduler (Auotsys...) and still execute weekly/monthly?

That's correct. You'll define the command under the general services tab in the process chain transaction (It's labeled OS Command and is a silver circle thing with a blue dot in it).
When you drag it into the process chain it will ask for a varient. In the System Command field for this varient is where you'll define the actual command. (little pencil button next to it). At this point you can call a script that does the copy or call an actual command that does the copy.
Might be easier to control with a script that does the work but if you want to call rcp/scp, the os command will be rcp and parameters will be the filename, etc. If it's a script then you'll just enter the name of the script in the os command field.

Config Gmail in Mail

Hi there.... From last Juin, I can't config Gmail in Mail..... It worked fine until Juin, but now it doesn't work....
I try to follw all the suggestions also from the Google website under the settings panel, but I doesn't word either....
Why...??? On my iPhone/iPad no problem, on the Mac no way.....
Normally, it autoconfigs itself only by put ID and psw, but now, NOTHING......

Maybe this is a keychain issue. Try:
Delete the Gmail account from Mail.app. (Don't just inactivate it, delete it)
Go to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access
Search for and delete all the entries that have anything to do with Gmail
In the Keychain Access Menu > Keychain First Aid, enter your password, repair, and start
I don't know if a restart is necessary at this point, but it wouldn't hurt
Go back to Mail.app and create the Gmail account again and see if it works.

CUP 5.3: unlock account type request

Has anyone implemented request type for unlock account type without psw verification for LDAP authentication..but it still limits the user to only be able to unlock themselves, not anyone else?
I think Password self service should have included automatic unlocking of the userid as well..since most PSS requests are when the userid is locked in a system due to incorrect logons..so the unlocking request shouldn't have been separate from PSS.. It's a two step process to do currently..the user has to first do an unlock id request and then do a PSS to reset their psw.
But for those clients that are authenticating GRC system against a SAP system, there's no workaround to not require SAP id and psw ..but how can the user tell you the psw when they're locked out of that system to begin with..due to incorrect logon. SAP has no solution for it. They do need to come up with a solution for that and also automatically unlock the userid for PSS processes instead of having them go thru another request to unlock it.
Would greatly appreciate other ppl's feedback who have implemented PSS and unlock requests with LDAP authentication without psw verification.. otherwise, I would think anyone can unlock anyone without psw verification. The unlock request in order to automate the option to only unlock yourself but still be able to process requests of change or new account for others, is not available. It's either all or nothing in configuration.
