Errors 13000 and 11000 when purchasing apps
I have been trying to purchase apps for my BB8520 and I get both code errors: 13000 and 11000. I already tried switching CCs, have called the bank and is not on their end.
I really don't want to set up a paypal account just to purchase a 2-5 bucks app. Is there anyway to solve this?
When I have downloaded free apps in the past it's worked smoothly. Is there anything that can be done?
When I go to my profile all of my purchasing method info is there.
Thank you!hello,
I have found some information about that 11000 error code, please read ahead:

Payment trouble on appworld error id 10000
The appworld is not validating my credit card and I am sure there is nothing wrong with it. I have been using it IPAD for 1 year now. I can not get the payments through paypal as well. I have no trouble with moneybrookers. I need a solution as I can only use the free Apps for now.
If you have the same problem, please reply to the post so that Blackberry and the developers can estimate the amount of revenue loss.
Thanks for your supportI have been in a long-running battle with customer support regardfing error 13000.To make a long story short, signing into to App World and seting up my payment options using my PC's browser seemed to work for me - then waiting an hour. They seem to be aware of the problem now but they really need to fix App World on the PlayBook so that can check our payment status directly form the device. Here is a snippet of my last communicqtion from customer support.

Subject: Re: INC000022927590 - Unable to purchase application.
Thanks for this update!
The KB wording reflects exactly what happend to me after my bbid was
re-created and I had set my payment options via my desk-top computer's
browser.
However, I encountered the initial problem using a bbid that I had set up
some time ago and (apperently) the payment options had not been set up
properly at the time it was created. In this case, advising the customer to
wait an hour would not solve the problem. It would improve the palybook app
world experience greatly if the cryptic 13000 message could be modified to
invite the customer to check her payment options via her pc in the case that
there was not a recent change AND to wait an hour for any changes to
propagate. Even better would be if a playbook dialog would automatically
open to allow the customer to check payment options directly on the device
and also advising him to wait a while before reattempting the purchase.
I hope this has been helpful.

Getting ORA-13000 error using SDO_DISTANCE.
Hi!
I am having problem executing query with SDO_DISTANCE function.
System is Windows XP SP2, Oracle 10g latest version.
First tables creation codes:
CREATE TABLE BUILDINGS
B_NUM NUMBER CONSTRAINT C_PK_BUILDINGS PRIMARY KEY,
BUILDING MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY,
B_INFO VARCHAR2(20)
CREATE TABLE TREES
T_NUM NUMBER CONSTRAINT C_PK_TREES PRIMARY KEY,
TREE MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY,
T_INFO VARCHAR2(20)
Now metadata:
INSERT INTO USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA
(TABLE_NAME, COLUMN_NAME, DIMINFO, SRID)
VALUES
'BUILDINGS', 'BUILDING',
MDSYS.SDO_DIM_ARRAY(
MDSYS.SDO_DIM_ELEMENT('X', 0, 230, 0.05),
MDSYS.SDO_DIM_ELEMENT('Y', 0, 120, 0.05)),
NULL
INSERT INTO USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA
(TABLE_NAME, COLUMN_NAME, DIMINFO, SRID)
VALUES
'TREES', 'TREE',
MDSYS.SDO_DIM_ARRAY(MDSYS.SDO_DIM_ELEMENT('X', 0, 230, 0.05),
MDSYS.SDO_DIM_ELEMENT('Y', 0, 120, 0.05)),
NULL
Finaly, the query:
SELECT SDO_GEOM.SDO_DISTANCE(A.BUILDING, B.TREE, 0.005)
FROM BUILDINGS A, TREES B
WHERE A.B_NUM = 2 AND B.T_NUM = 3;
I must add that I have tried various variants, but always receive the same error: ORA-13000 dimension number is out of range
The data I've entered was new and entered.manually, so no problems with old data migration or anything like this. Here are input examples:
INSERT INTO TREES VALUES
1,
MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY
3,
NULL,
NULL,
MDSYS.SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY(1, 3, 4),
MDSYS.SDO_ORDINATE_ARRAY(67, 105, 79, 99, 80, 111)
'TREE1'
INSERT INTO BUILDINGS VALUES
1,
MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY
3,
NULL,
NULL,
MDSYS.SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY(1, 3, 1),
MDSYS.SDO_ORDINATE_ARRAY(5, 56, 5, 116, 64, 116, 64,56)
'Hall');
Thanks for any info! You are using the 8.1.5 format for your geometry data, you've specified your data incorrectly.
Use the 8.1.6 and higher format for your data:
MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY
2003,
NULL,
NULL,
MDSYS.SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY(1,1003, 4),
MDSYS.SDO_ORDINATE_ARRAY(67, 105, 79, 99, 80, 111)
This assumes the geometry above is an optimized circle.
MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY
2003,
NULL,
NULL,
MDSYS.SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY(1, 1003, 1),
MDSYS.SDO_ORDINATE_ARRAY(5, 56, 5, 116, 64, 116, 64,56, 5,56)
Note the last ordinate has to match the first for this polygon. -

Error message 13005 when trying to open iTunes
Hi, my iTunes updated over the weekend and now will not open. I get the following error message.
"The iTunes application could not be opened. An unkown error occurred (13005)."
Have completly uninstalled iTunes and re installed. Have uninstalled and installed an older version of itunes. Tried moving my Library file to my desktop to re install it (but couldn't open itunes to re install it). Tried deleting all genius files etc.
Followed every idea I've seen on the forum but to no avail! I run my library on a timecapsule.....saw something about a potential problem with a firm wear update but no solution....
Anyone got any ideas?
thanksMessage numbers in the 13000 range are usually do to a problem with Genius. I have seen 2 totally different fixes posted here in the forums. edit - Sounds like you already tried method 1.
*Method 1*
Rename these files, or delete them
iTunes Library Genius.itdb
iTunes Library Extras.itdb
Try opening iTunes again. And turn off Genius as fast as you can. You can turn it back on later, but first get iTunes running.
*Method 2*
Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Choose iTunes, press the Change button and then the repair button.

Ctxload error DRG-11530: token exceeds maximum length
I downloaded the 11g examples (formerly the companion cd) with the supplied knowledge base (thesauri), unzipped it, installed it, and confirmed that the droldUS.dat file is there. Then I tried to use ctxload to create a default thesaurus, using that file, as per the online documentation. It creates the default thesaurus, but does not load the data, due to the error "DRG-11530: token exceeds maximum length". Apparently one of the terms is too long. But what can I use to edit the file? I tried notepad, but it was too big. I tried wordpad, but it was unreadable. I was able to create a default thesaurus using the much smaller sample thesaurus dr0thsus.txt, so I confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the syntax or privileges. Please see the copy of the run below. Is there a way to edit the droldUS.dat file or a workaround or am I not loading it correctly? Does the .dat file need to be loaded differently than the .txt file?

CTXSYS@orcl_11g>Hi Roger,
Thanks for the response. You are correct. I was confusing the terms thesaurus and knowledge base, which sometimes seem to be used interchangeably or synonymously, but are actually two different things. I read over the various sections of the documentation regarding the supplied knowledge base and supplied thesaurus more carefully and believe I understand now. Apparently, the dr0thsus.txt file that I did ultimately load using ctxload to create a default thesaurus is the supplied thesaurus that is intended to be used to create the default English thesaurus, which supports ctx_thes syn and such. The other droldUS.dat file that I mistakenly tried to load using ctxload is the supplied compiled knowledge base that supports ctx_doc themes and gist and such. In the past I have used ctx_thes.create_thesaurus to create a thesaurus, but using ctxload can also load a thesaurus from a text file with the data in a specified format. Once a thesaurus is loaded using ctxload, it can then be compiled using ctxkbtc to add it to the existing compiled knowledge base. So, the knowledge base is sort of a compilation of thesauri, which is what led to my confusion in terminology. I think I have it all straight in my mind now and hopefully this will help anybody else who searches for the same problem and finds this.
Thanks,
Barbara -

Problem with mass Data (13000 Entries)
Hi,
i am a (german) PHP,MySQL,Ajax Programmer and now i wanna learn Java. It works well, for my first 4 Days.
http://tcg-zone.de/MyCards2.gif
But there is one Problem. I wanna code an Deck Editor for Trading Card Games and i have to save the Cards on the Computer. But how? I thought about creating TextFiles, but with 13000 Entries? It is not good, when the Program need more than a few seconds for initialization.
So i thought about Databases in Java. But i read something about install the driver and so on, but i dont want that my users have to install a db and then install the application.
Is there anyway without an extra installation?
I hope there is anyway with MySQL, because i wanna make an Card Search Engine for the Editor and thats too strange with Textfiles.
Sorry for my bad english, but i wouldn't post here, if i dont have to.
You are my last hope ^^
see ya
