I own legacy CS6 WEB design premium
Indesign files downloaded on my new computer but they did not install automatically like PS Flash DW and AI
the CC updater has no line for them to update.
However the CC installation on my old computer does update the ID that was installed with the suite in 2012

Without proper system info and exact error messages we can't tell you anything. Update blockages can have all sorts of causes. The blindfire advise is to simply start over after running the cleaner tool, making sure to not botch it again by using a different order to update the individual apps...

Well the error message is in Swedish but says: The installation program database is damaged. Please contact the Adobe support (which is a hard thing to do!!). I use Windows 7 Home Premium with service pack 1.

Photoshop does not close files and the program does not quit.

I have been on the phone with tech support for over an hour. Photoshop does not close files and the program does not quit. I am on a Mac and I am using Photoshop CC 2014.

Have you tried uninstalling Photoshop CC and re-installing? Another thing to try is to remove all Photoshop CC plist files. There is also the Cleaner tool:

Welcome to the Apple community.
A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals.

I want to clarify the issue.
The issue is with the MBP trackpad, and it works fine with an attached USB mouse.
With some ingenuity, you might be able to fix this yourself, but I suggest visiting your local Apple Store/Genius Bar. Some have fixed this issue and have posted their results online, but the Apple Store should be your first destination.

I download the 3.2 update from 3.1, but it does not install. I am using system 7 with an iMac quad core, which works fine, but it won't update.I don't know what to do

I can't upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2 Bootcamp, despite multiple attempts to download. it seems to download but the upgrade does not install and I don't know where to look to make it install. Any suggestions?

You are in Windows; you already have inserted your OS X DVD and run SETUP and installled Boot Camp 3.0.x (shows in Windows control panel: Programs and Features.
Start => Apple Software Update (also in Windows) will download and install updates as well.

My downloaded Auditon 3 does not install.

After a disc crush I had to install all programs. My Audition installed from the CD but i could not activate it. From Adobe support in England I got another version that does not require activation. However it failed to install on my PC running Windows 7 ult 64-bit. The original version has worked fine on exactly the same PC but it seems that the activation server is not available anymore. All my other Adobe programs installed perfectly.
Does anybody have a clue of what to do?

Yes I downloaded from the lower link and that was no problem.
Today I uninstalled my firewall and virus ptotection and unplugged the Internet. I then started from scratch and klicked on the two exe files and chose storage place as suggested in the program. The installation seemed to start I checked the licens agreement and chose language. No asking for licens number popped up. After some time I could choose finish.
However I am unable to start the program. It is not visible under Start/all programs. However under Program x86 there is a folder with the new and correct foldername Adobe Auditon 3.0. In that file I cannot find any sort of exe file to start the program. I can find Audition 3 in the register on some places but it does not show up under "All programs" and neither under installed programs in the conrol panel. Insalling my Inernet protection which I installed after trying Audition shows up however.
I still do not know hot to continue. I also installed my old Photoshop in the same way and that worked without any problem.
Anybod has any suggestion?

Have just reinstalled PE12. Trying to access Editor - asks for ADOBE ID which I enter but program does not load.

Had problems with having the serial number acknowledged by the Photoshop Elements 12 (Organiser worked fine but Editor wouldn't open).
Chat support suggested I delete and reinstall program from an Adobe website download link. Have done that and now have slightly different problem.
Organiser still works fine but Editor asks for ADOBE ID which I enter but editor program does not load.
ADOBE website clearly confirms the product is registered against my ID.
Chat support now saying that they no longer provide support for PE12 Editor - only 13!
This is in direct conflict with the support advertised in the product's "Getting Started" brochure.
Only purchased PE 12 a couple of months ago (just prior to PE13 release) - find that this is pretty poor service.

I just uninstalled PSE 12 through control panel and yet in Windows Explorer I see it listed under the Program Files (x86)/Adobe. Photoshop Elements 8.0 is also in that directory. I have been trying to uninstall PSE 8 but keep getting error 1316. To further complicate the situation when I tried to reinstall PSE 12 yesterday I got a message that I needed to create a new folder. So I have Program Files (x86)/Elements 12 Organizer now even though I just uninstalled PSE 12.
I am so confused and frustrated! I have wasted 3 days trying to resolve this. PSE 12 was working great until a few days ago. I do have a backup of my catalog on an external hard drive. I just need to talk to someone on the phone or a live chat.

Firefox downloads, but installer does not launch

Could you try the following steps?
1. Download the stand alone uninstaller
2. Close all your browser windows
3. Run the uninstaller
4. Restart your computer
5. Delete the following folder, depending on your operating system type:
Windows 32bit - c:\Windows\system32\macromed
Windows 64bit - c:\windows\syswow64\macromed
6. Download and install Flash Player located here:

Sorry the news here is not good. If the light just stays flashing then it is not able to succesfully startup the most basic part of the software. The only option at this point is to find a USB cable that will let you plug ATV into a computer with iTunes and do a full restore of the system firmware.

New iOS 6 downloaded but does not install, what shall I do?

After the ios6 finished downloading my phone seemed to reboot. But once it restarted the iOS was not installed. When I go to the update page and tab on install it takes me to the agree page, so I agree since there is no other option. Then it says "verfying" and then an error with no numbers. Simply saying " an error occurred installing iOS 6" with close or settings as options to tab. It shows that it is downloaded. Pleas help!

Have you looked at creating an MST yet? that would be my first step. My second step is to call Lego and get their support to tell you how to deploy their application to an enterprise environment.
