i have created a page with a very long accordion widget over 70 entries! its a staff list and the accordion rivals each persons bio. but what I need is when some clicks on a link person name on another page I want it to go to that accordion tab and open the accordion to rival the bio

That is is always a problem when you are using multiple profiles and Firefox isn't running.
It might work if no profile is selected (i.e. marked as Default=1 in profiles.ini).<br />
You can use desktop shortcut that open with a specific profile (-P "profile").<br />
There is also a setting in the Profile Manager (Don't ask at startup).

Why has the "Reload current page" control been moved to the navigation bar Firefox 29? I would like to be able to place it where I had it in Firefox 28.

After getting the Firefox 29 download I tried to rearrange my buttons\controls to where I was used to having them in Firefox 28 and prior. I noticed, in particular, that the "Reload current page" control is no longer available to be set in front of the navigation bar where I've had it for years now. The reason I chose Firefox in the first place was because I could customize it to my liking. I know you can simply right click and "Reload" the tab or just get used to going to the end (right side) of the navigation bar but that defeats the purpose completely for me.
Here's an analogy; Ford decides they will now replace current model cars in the US with British standard style vehicles. Every car sold by Ford will now be right-hand steer. While this may seem like a "no biggy" to some, others, especially those of us who are inclined to drive standard transmission vehicles, may be a bit resistant to that change. Not sure if I successfully made my point or not but hopefully I did.
Initially I thought I'd start by "Has someone fallen and hit their head?' or "Did Steve Ballmer suddenly take over Mozilla, in particular the build of Firefox 29, because this one smells like a Windows 8 (aka the aroma of a full sewer tank on a hot day)?" It is understood that updates are required and as an IT guy, I've been around for many a faux pas where the kinks just need to be worked out. They happen. Maybe some consideration will be made with Firefox 30 to those of us in the states that are used to left-hand steer vehicles.
I may be missing something here, and will gladly fall on my sword if that is the case, but there is no indication that I've seen from the Mozilla sight that the "Reload current page" control can be manipulated in any way as of Firefox 29. On the bright side, I now have a good reason to go back and review some of the browsers I discounted back in the day when I decided to go with Firefox.

That is not a feature of iOS and no 3rd party app would be able to do that. You're going to need to continue taking a full screen shot and cropping it.

When I use the disc to try to install the printer driver, I get a message that "I can't open the application HP Installer because the Power PC applications are no longer supported. The download button on the taskbar does ot open the window/tab/popup with my current/completed downloads. It seems like it is there as the cursor changes.

I recently purchased a new Windows 8 laptop. On installing the newest version of firefox, I noticed that the download button on the address bar isn't functioning correctly. In other words, when I click it, the button "goes in" and my cursor changes to the pointing finger as if the popup window was there, but it is not visible. I a, left having to open the separate download window with CTRL J.
If there is no obvious solution, is there a way to change the settings so the separate download window opens automatically, as this is what I was used to with older Firefox versions I used.

I would like to use one library but with multiple ipods, but because they are my kids Ipods, and they each have their own gift cards, I'd like to be able to add money to their "profiles" without them having their own account - what is the best way

So here is my delima - I want one Ipod account - because I only want one library - since we all like the same music - but my kids, who have their own IPODS, have gift cards, who want to be able to keep track of their balance without the other child affecting the balance - meaning - each gift card should be seperate and not totalled to the single account - Beacuse the library is fairly large, having three libraries of large amounts would be a waste. I would also like to restrict their purchased to the gift cards only and not my credit card on file. Does this make sense? Once this is resolved, I'm assuming they would use their own playlists to copy their favorites to each Ipod. Or would I set up an account for each child - which I dont want to do, because I dont want them having access to my Credit Card, and only gift card balances. With multiple accounts, I'm assuming that would also build seperate libraries? We also have multiple computers, but I share the library to those computers -
What is the best way? I'd like to be able to add credit to a specific child (birthdays, etc) without the other child being able to access that credit. For simplicity sake.

When you add a gift card balance to the Apple ID, it's available for the Apple ID.
Probably best to create unique Apple ID's for each... this will also make things easier in the future as purchases are eternally tied to the Apple ID they were purchased with.

If you have the Apple Camera Connection Kit (CCK) and the video that your camera generates is in one of the formats tha the iPad supports then you can directly move it to the iPad with a USB connection.

1. Can I access the games Double Down Casino, Song Pop, etc. through facebook without downloading an app? Every time I open fb and try to open these games, an app option pops up. My friend has an iPad and downloaded the app, but cannot open the entire game using the app. I want to have access to the entire game floor and be able to open gifts, etc. within the games, like I can on my pc.
2. I would like to link several different email accts to the email app. Can I do this, then choose the one I'd like to open?

1. Since that game is based on flash, probably not. The iPad doesn't natively support Flash although some third party browsers do. You'd have to experiment and see which ones work for you.
2. You can enter various accounts into the mail app. I've linked three, no idea if there's a limit. BUt when you open the mail app, it downloads from all of them. However you choose which is the primary and that's what you send from.
3. If that printer isn't an air print enabled printer, you'll need to use a third party app, either from the printer maker or something like print n share, print central or printopia

I upgraded to Acrobat X several weeks ago. In my previous version (Acrobat 9), I could place an attachment within a PDF and indicate it with a little paperclip at a specific point in the document (say, next to a photo or in a specific paragraph).
I can't seem to find this function in Acrobat X. I can still place an attachment, but I can't see where/how to create an icon that opens the attachment. Any help you can offer me would be appreciates.
