IdeaCentre A320 blinking monitor buttons

Hello, I have serious (it really is for me) problem with my Lenovo IdeaCentre A320. The diodes of the controls on the right side of the monitor (OK, left, right) are spontaneously turning on and off and they do the same even if the computer is switched off. What the hell is wrong with them? It's just about the lights, not the buttons' action (no menu appears). 2 mins off, 5 mins on, 1 hour off, 2 hours on, oh **bleep**. Anybody can help me?

Hi foibos, and welcome to the Lenovo User Community!
Mad LEDs! Apparently they're not so mad, as they are expected to stay on when the system is shut down:

  • IdeaCentre A320 wifi problem

    I have just bought a Lenovo Ideacentre A320 is a very stylish 'All in One'  desktop that is spoilt by some bad faults, the worst of which is the Wifi adapter. It will not connect unless it's right on top of the router which makes Wifi rather pointless. My         office is 20ft from the router where my old Sony laptop and a Galaxy tab get a good signal. I have checked all the drivers and updated my Netgear DG834g V3 Router to the latest firmware but to no avail. Lenovo Support were not very helpful  and         could only suggest that I sent the whole lot back to Amazon for a replacement which would be a lot of hassle and  I am not      confident that it would solve the problem. Can anyone suggest a better solution or is the Broadcom 802.11n adapter just not up to the job? My Router is a Netgear DG834G V3 802.11g which I believe should not be a problem, although I wonder if there are some settings on the Broadcom that might need tweeking.
    Any help much appreciated.
    Thanks
    Chris

    As you have tried few possible solutions, kindly reload the Operating System and check if it helps in your case.
    I hope this will work for you.

  • Do not see Set-Up System Monitoring Button

    Dear Friends
    I have configurated the Maintenance Optimizer successfully
    Now I want to configure the system monitoring, but i do not see the Sep-Up system monitoring button in  the T-CODE solution_manager ---> Operation Setup, I only can see the :
    mySAP SCM Monitoring with SAP Solution Manager and CCMS
    SAP SRM 4.0/5.0 System Landscape Monitoring
    Could you help me?
    Best Regards

    Hi,
    From transaction SMSY, make sure you have the target system defined with proper connection setup. once it's defined, attach your target system to an existing or new Landscape solution.
    After that you should be able to see the config. option in transaction Solution Manager.
    Hope this helps,
    Kalyan.

  • Program and Source Monitor buttons not working?

    I need to take a screen capture of my project, but NONE of the Program monitor buttons are working. I click them and it doesn't do anything.
    I'm posting this because none of the suggestions in the other discussions helped me at all.
    Screen Capture worked perfectly when I used it YESTERDAY. Aside from closing the program, I can't find any other changes that have been made to either my computer or PP_CC.
    I have already tried:
    -Reloading PP_CC
    -Restarting my computer
    -Resetting my preferences (Held SHIFT while opening the program)
    -Changing projects and timelines
    -Adding and removing buttons to see if that did anything
    I'm at a complete loss....
    Is there a way to take a screenshot in the meantime while I figure out what's going on with this issue?
    Working on Windows 7 64bit system

    Hi,
    This might help :
    Go to Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro and rename the 8.0 folder to 'old8.0' and then launch Premiere.
    8.0 is Premiere CC 2014
    7.0 is Premiere CC
    Rename the respective folder.
    Note: By doing this you will lose your customised keyboard shortcuts and custom workspaces.
    Report back if it helps.
    Thanks,
    Rameez

  • Blink the Buttons.

    Can Javascript or Actionscript blink the buttons for the
    browser instance on my windows tool bar.

    No but you can set a window's focus although some might get
    annoyed by your window constantly popping up so to avoid that you
    could change the title of the page, which is always displayed in
    the tool bar's program name

  • No Input Monitoring Button on track

    Hi all.
    I'm a beginner with Logic 8.0.2
    On the track I have buttons for Mute, Solo and Record, and on the channel strip I have buttons for Mute and Solo. When I <ctrl> click on the track to configure the track header, the Input Monitoring button is selected (along with the other three) only it doesn't show up on the track!
    Does anyone have any idea why? And what I can do to fix it?
    Thanks a lot.

    Hi. I told you I was a beginner.
    I'm using Software Instrument tracks, which I now realize doesn't have (or need) that function.
    Well, at least you are not a clueless beginner, and able to think for yourself.
    Thanks for putting me on the right path.
    I appreciate it.
    I appreciate you thanking me.

  • Customised Monitor Buttons (FR)

    Would anyone support or wish to discuss a possible Feature Request to add a few more options for Custom Buttons in the Source and Program Monitors.
    For myself...I could use.
    1. A toggle Button  between Composite Video and the YC Waveform Monitor. (in Program Monitor Button Options.)
    Going back and forth via the Wrench is a bit clunky for an operation that frequently requires flicking between modes.
    2. Ganging Source and Program Monitors. (for Source and Program Button Options)
    Convenient access for an operation that suits flicking between modes in practice. eg manual synching.
    Thoughts.

    @Steven.
    There are so many shortcuts available that are totaly un applicable to being of any value in the Monitors.
    What I am suggesting is not really a short cut but a "Convenience Button" that works with actions requiring a back and forth process.  eg View Composite and YC waveform during a grade or FX application.  I am aware one can use the Reference Monitor (accessed from a Menu). That could be a convenience button  option as well.
    @ Ann
    Were you unclear what I was asking for in #2?
    Simply..the abilty to switch Monitor Ganging On and Off so that one can nudge any particular track in a trial and error way that one does when sight matching synch.
    Currently one has to go back and forth thru a Menu.

  • Silent feedback from microphone after pressing the record ready and or input monitoring buttons

    Hi Community,
    So I am running a microphone(xlr cable)-->mbox mini--->macbook and have been able to successfully record many songs in the past. Just recently I have run into an intersting issue which I hope someone can provide a solution to.
    When I hit the ready record button or the input monitoring button my level automatically shoots up about a third the volume bar without me even singing into the mic (My monitors are muted and I am wearing headphones). After recording, the wavform looks like there is a thick bar on the top half. I can still hear vocals but they are very faint, unlike how i used to get a clear, quality sounding recording. My input on the interface is also at about halfway and my phantom power is on.   Here are some pictures to give you a better understanding of what I am looking at.
    I hope this is clear
    If ANYONE has a solution to this issue please let me know
    -J

    Trying another interface is probably the next step. I would also make sure the Mic is ok, do you know anyone with an interface or mixing board that supplies phantom power? Make sure your cables are good, a shorted mic cable can blow an interface op-amp in less than a second.  The Mini may have blown on it's own, as I recall the mBox series did have some problems along those lines.
    The general rule with phantom power is, do not plug (or unplug) any device with it on, this holds true for the interface into the computer or to XLR->Mic / XLR->Interface.  After turning off phantom power I usually wait at least 15-30 seconds to let voltage drain from the circuits before starting to remove cables...etc.
    As you can tell, I'm on the cautious side when it comes to phantom power and mics/mixing boards, I worked at a studio that had mics valued at $5,000 - $10,000 and a mix board that cost far beyond that... always play it safe.

  • Blinking Mute Button

    I recently added a track to my project that was soloed.  I decided to delete the track while it was still soloed.  Now I cant get the blinking Mute Buttons off.  I cant undo deleted track because I made a bunch of edits after the fact that I don't want to have to redo.  I know i can solo all the tracks, but I need it to work normally... Any suggestions would be appreciated.  It seems to me that this is a glitch with Logic Pro X.
    Thanks for your contribution
    Best

    Solo any other track, then option-click that Solo button.

  • 17in CRT Studio Display (Blue & White)-blinking power button

    I have an Apple 17in Studio Display (CRT-Blue and White vintage) connected to my Power Mac G5.
    Last night, I went home, and turned it on..or rather tried to turn it on but found it stayed black, with the power button blinking green->amber->green->amber etc.
    As far as the computer was concerned, the monitor was still there and working (dual monitors...the mac kept the b&w as if it was turned on).
    I swapped the monitors to the different video ports and the other monitor worked fine, so it's not the video card or vga->digital adapters.
    I unplugged the monitor and replugged it, and it stayed with the blinking light.
    Restarting the computer with the monitor attached had the computer still running as if the monitor was working just fine, so it seems to be getting what ever kind of feedback the mac gets to let it know a video card is there.
    Anyone have any idea what could be up?

    is better for a start.

  • SPA525G2 - blinking line button for incoming calls

    Hi,
    I'm using a UC560 and SPA525G2 (some with 500S expansions) phones at a customer's site. At the moment all extensions at the receptionists' phones are configured as monitor lines, however there are only two states that indicate if the target extension is busy (button LED flashing red) or idle (button LED not flashing).
    How can I configure the buttons/LEDs to blink when an extensions is called, so that the receptionsts can pickup the call via PickUp function?
    I'm not even sure if this feature is available for 52G2, unfortunately the reference guide isn't very helpful either.
    Kind Regards,
    Rainhard

    Unfortunatly there is no way to do that. However you can set the lines to be shared and appear on receptionist phone. Alternatively I have developed a small console that display all phones status, that includes ringing status. More details are in the website mentioned in my profile.

  • Blinking Power button on T410

    Hi,
    I have a T410 and just noticed today that the power button is blinking green, whenthe machine is switched on.
    If i reboot it goes away for a while but then starts blinking again.
    What does this mean?

    Hi nuri,
    just a suggestion.
    The power button blinks because your system went into standby. (You mentioned that the battery is set to optimize lifespan).
    To wake it up, try to press the blue FN key on your keyboard. bottom left position.
    hope this helps.

  • How do I blink a button one time?

    I tried something like this to make the "blue" button blink:
    blue.setBackground(Color.BLACK);
                        try
                             Thread.sleep(700);
                        catch(Exception e) {}
                        blue.setBackground(Color.BLUE);
    It doesnt work...I saw a method "BlinkyText" for example, but Im using Eclipse and there isnt this method there.

    int delay = 700; // milliseconds (or 0.7 sec)
      ActionListener taskPerformer = new ActionListener() {
          public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent evt) {
              //...Perform a task...
              button.setVisible(false);
              Timer timer = new Timer(100, new ActionListener() {
                    public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent evt) {
                    //...Perform a task...
                   button.setVisible(true);
              timer.setRepeats(false); // This means it will only happen once!
              timer.start();
      Timer timer = new Timer(delay, taskPerformer);
       timer.setRepeats(false); // This means it will only happen once!
       timer.start();

  • Text blinking when buttons are clicked in Acrobat

    I have an interactive pdf that has buttons and layers. I am on a mac, and it works as it should. When an icon is clicked text changes out (shifts between layers) But my client is on a PC and is saying that when she clicks the icon, all the text on the page blinks off and then on and then changes. (even the text that is not associated with the button)
    Does anyone know what is causing this, and is there a solution?
    thank you!
