Ideapad U410 Original Wallpapers and screensaver can anyone help ?
Ok I have a U410 I had issues with the drive and replaced it with an SSD. It flies like the clappers now.
I managed to copy over the documents and stuff I needed. Some parts of the old drive were inacessible due to fault.
Anyway whilst its been rebuilt and works great I would like to put back the original wallpaper pictures and the screensaver. I remember the wallpaper as having some pebbles in it ?????
Can anyone assist. I have spent a fair bit of time looking around the web but cannot find these anywhere.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Try a safe boot, hold the shift key at start up, till you see a progress bar. See if that helps.

I'm sorry no-one has answered you yet - I'm afraid I don't know the answer to the question: but I wanted to put into your mind that starting up with AppleWorks at this stage isn't a good idea. The program was 'end-of-lifed' years ago, it won't run on Lion, and some of the document types created in it - Databases in particular - cannot be opened at all by any other program whatever. Word Processing documents can be opened in Pages, and Spreadsheets in Numbers (with some reservations in both cases), but building up a collection of AppleWorks documents at this stage is going to lead to problems later on.
It's difficult to know what to recommend for a PowerPC machine that would still be compatible with modern ones. An older version of Microsoft Office, perhaps, if you can find one which will run on PPC; but most of the modern Word Processors are Intel only. This is something you would need to investigate. -
The wifi on my iPod doesn't work since upgrading the software to ios 6 therefore when I try to reset to the original settings I can't get my original software back. Can anyone help me with this?

If you have never synced your device with iTunes and you forgot your passcode, you'll follow these directions:
If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
"You haven't chosen to have [device] trust this computer"
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

Angry and Frustrated, can anyone help? (Zen Vision
Hi. I am really upset right now, so please bear with me if I don't sound calm, cool, and collected during this post. I was getting tired of the slowing response time with my player. I came online this morning, and found the documentation for my player (30GB version.)?According to that documentation, it was relati'vely safe to use the "Clean up your player's firmware" option. Supposedly that should just fix broken links to music and such. I figured it would be no big deal, especially since in that same documentation, there is a huge warning written about formatting the player and losing everything if you choose "Format All."?After running the cleanup, I used the Reboot option. When the player restarted, it gave me a message that it was rebuilding, and finally, the player came back up again. Guess what? Everything is GONE! All of my music, all of my videos, everything!?Needless to say, I am quite a bit upset right now. Is there any way for me to recover my stuff? I mean rather than get back to the computer where my stuff is, and reinstall it's (I am quite far from that computer, and I really want my music back.)?I have submitted a Customer Service request, but the last time I did that, it took almost a week for them to get back to me. I'm really?hoping someone here can help me out. I love my player, I never even considered an iPod when I was looking for a player, but if this can't be fixed, I may have to reconsider my loyalty to this product. I don't have a Vision:M, but there should be an Information option, then system info screen where it will give you a break down of what is on the player.
If no one here has a solution, (and I have a Sleek Photo not a Vision:M). try epizenter,net which is basically a large Vision:M help/fan site, it is a pretty good site for the Vision:M. (I hope the mods. don't mind this).
Edited to add:Well, if you videos are there, your music is probably there also. Try looking in the main menu and choose music library-all music, and see if you see the music you loaded on the Vision:M.Message Edited by Tony3 on 2-22-200609:39 AM -
Some apps are dark and "waiting" - can anyone help?
I just plugged my phone into my desktop and all of a sudden, a mess of apps showed up and they are dark. I selected them and they are now "waiting." Anyone know what's going on?

App updates won't download on my iPhone, they just say waiting.

Try tapping the App, so that it changes to Paused instead of Waiting, then tap it again to resume the install.
Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.
If that doesn't do it, try resetting or restoring the iPhone.

Before you ask: I'm a student, so I can't use SW's support because I didn't buy it directly - I got it through my university, and the tech support there was...less than helpful. I have an Inspiron 5749 running Windows 8.1, bought this month, with an nVidia 840M graphics card and 8 GB of RAM, so there should be no issue with meeting system requirements. I have a friend who has the same laptop with the same issue. I tried to run diagnostics with ePSA, but "waiting for DST completion" didn't finish after 35 minutes so I stopped it. I know this is a long shot, but is there any chance that something is wrong on the laptop's end?
I've run SW on an Acer Aspire (albeit slowly) which I think was worse in every other spec, so there shouldn't have been a problem. I check the crash log, it said memory violation? i am developing a site and i used divs in making the arrangements.
