Identify Scene number in comment bar

When viewing the comments listed in the 'comments panel' it would simplify searching to see in each comments bar the actual scene number. This way, you could locate a particular scene quickly and open it. At the moment you have to double click each comment to find exactly where it was made.
Following on this line, perhaps a 'sort' option by scene number would be helpful.
Let's know if you can get that on the JDI list!

You can implement all basic scenarios of archive link with ADA SAP Document Access by Open Text.
In your case ADA SAP Document Access by Open Text supports late storing with bar code and early storing with bar code scenarios of archive link
As well identify document number from barcode ?
Barcode is for indexing. During late archiving scenario you bind the index (barcode) to the SAP document number (invoice/Sales order..etc) which pop-ups a window for entry of SAP document number.
Typically real time scenario may be archiving email correspondence to each every SAP documents of sales process right from Quotation to Sales Order so that every user of the corresponding SAP document can view correspondence.
Similarly for early storing with bar code scenarios storing of all the partial (contract) deliveries with same barcode number to full fill the ordered quantity.
Of course it depends on these are to be applied to scenarios.
With this document number can we configure the business transaction to which this scanned barcode could be attached as attachment link?

How do I stop the tools/sign/comment bar appearing in Adobe reader?

Hi,
everytime I open Adobe Reader XI (Windows 7) the tools/sign/comment bar appears. It takes sometime to load as it presumably connects to the internet.
I do not wish to use any of these functions (some of which are only available with a subscription).
I close the group by clicking the tools pane and it goes away, increasing the screen area available.
I don't want to have to close this everytime (nor do I want pdfs to always open full screen).
Is there an easy way to permanently stop the tools/sign/comment bar appearing?

Pat you are correct as I am able to Enable Automatic prompting for file download in the Internet security Zone of IE and then this will automatically prompt for the file download. I am trying to determine if there is a way to have all PDFs open automatically without lowering security for all downloads. On my personal device a PDF from a site will open in browser without either of these prompts. I do have IE9 on my PC however the other PCs are still stuck on IE8. In my troubleshooting I did notice that the Active X for Adobe PDF Reader is listed under the Run without Permission, but is not in the All add-ons section. This just seemed odd to me.

Count the number of comments in a PDF file automatically?

My documentation team members use Acrobat and Reader 8, and frequently need to count the number of comments in a PDF file. Is it possible to count the number of comments automatically? We can't find this functionality anywhere, and have to resort to manual counting. Since our PDFs can contain thousands of comments, this is very time-consuming. I've tried searching the Web and these forums, but the words "count" and "comments" are too frequent in other contexts to find anything useful...

That is a great idea, and it works!
I would actually search on a more unique phrase - for instance, "Subject:" - that definitively occurs a single time per comment. The reason is:
There are many types of comments, not just sticky notes... you have highlights, text deletions, text insertions, replacement text, attachments, callouts, and so on. But each of them has a "Subject:" in the summary.
It's best to avoid searching for the comment names because they differ by language (an important issue when you work with colleagues in multiple countries). For example, the name of the "Highlight" comment type in French is "Texte surligné" - so you'd have to search for the latter term to get an accurate count.
In any case, your method is flexible and allows for easy customization of comment counts. Many thanks for your effective help!

I have a blog set up using a CMS, where I make a post that is
submitted to a table specifically for posts. Users can also
make comments on the posts, which are submitted into another
table. The main page uses a repeat region that repeats the blog
entries. I want the number of comments for each post to be
displayed on the front page under each post. Here are a few things
I thought of doing, but seemed flawed.
1. Have each comment add 1 to a column called commentcount in
the post table. The problem with this is I cannot submit into two
tables at the same time in one form (unless someone can tell me
how).
2. I tried to make a recordset with just the comments, which
would count the number of them for each specific post. The problem
with this is it only counts the number of comments according to the
form variable "postid" for the top post. The remaining two posts on
that page do not get unique counts for their comments.
If anyone knows a good way to solve this problem let me know.
I am definately open to making changes to my database.

You can do this using the SELECT COUNT(commentIDField) FROM
CommentFieldTable WHERE BlogPostID (FK) = BlogPostID.
It sounds like you have that part if you able to show the
number of comments
to first listing. The part that you seem to be missing is
that you need to
run this query for every post you display on the page.

How to identify Draft Number of PO

Hi Friends,
                 I want to know about how to identify Draft number.When Draft get opened its shows DocEntry in PO .And if i will not add that draft and generate another draft then similar number get shown on PO.And in ODRF table also its stored same number.
     So how can I identify which draft number gets Opened??

     I have added one folder in PO.In that Folder I have added one Matrix to add some information.So When PO gets added the all data of that matrix get added into my table.
   But now problem is when PO sent for Approval its converted into Draft.So My Problem is ,The person who Approve that PO he is not able to show Data which I have added into Matrix of new Folder. So to show the Data to him I want Draft Number.
   This PO draft is not added so I cant use Draftkey form table.And there are lots of similar PO number entries in ODRF table so how can I identify which Draft gets Open at a time of Load??

How to identify the presence of scroll bars in browser from the plug-in

I am developing a plug-in for the type application/x-shockwave-flash. In windowless mode, firefox window client area shared by all the plug-ins. Since plug-in runs in plugincontainer.exe, and DC is passed from firefox.exe, i couldn't the any api or the way to query the firefox for the presence of scrolling bars.
Could you please tell me the way to identify the presence of scrolling bars in the browser from the plug-in?

Go to DB02 --> Additional functions --> BW analysis , you will see rows (in pink) highlighted for cubes , dsos and PSA.
For cubes click on highlighted row for cube and put filter *cube name * , it will shows all related tables with the space . Space occupied by different tables of the cube can be summed up to get total value .
Similarly for DSO and PSAs.
You may download this information on an excel and then put descending order on space column to get cubes occupying max space .
Also look for table RSDODSO (directory for all DSOs) and RSDCUBE ( directory for all cubes) , i suppose you will get space information there as well.

There's a Scene metadata property. If it's not already displayed in the Project panel, right-click any column header, select Metadata Display, and check Scene under Premiere Pro Project Metadata.
If you prefer to work through the Metadata panel, Scene is listed in the Clip section. In case it's not displayed, right-click the Metadata panel's tab and select Metadata Display.

Old files with a large number of comments no longer work properly in either Adobe Acrobat DC or or Acrobat Reader

I made a series of interactive ebooks wiith Adobe Acrobat Pro. They worked fine in the old Adobe Reader. But now the commenting feature does not work properly either in Adobe Reader DC or Adobe Acrobat DC. When I open the comments, everything slows down or else I get blank pages. The tools are not usable. There seems to be some compatibility issue between what was done in these books with the commenting tools and the new applications. Has anybody experienced the same?

Thanks for your reply. With the new Acrobat Reader DC, I have the same problem on two computers, one with Windows 7 and one with Windows 8.1. I downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC on the computer with 8,1. Then I found out that I had the same problem with Acrobat DC as I did with Reader DC.
I made these e-books with Acrobat Adobe Pro 11. I never had a problem with Pro 11 or with previous Readers. Also I have sent these e-books out to other people who had Reader 11 and they had no problems. Now it seems that the books are not usable – at least in the fullest way -- for me or for anyone else using the latest version of Reader.
Any help would be appreciated. I have put a lot of work into these e-books.

You can keep a ArrayList of active connections and store the IP address of the incoming connection in the Server. You have to do this everytime you accept a connection.

Automatic scene number overlay

Hi Everybody,
Working on an animation project and at the moment we have to manually add scene numbers with frame count for each scene on the animatic. This is done by razor blading each scene and then numbering seperatly. This is slightly time consuming!
Has anyone got any ideas for an easier and faster workflow?

Hi,
This is not quite automatic, but is a way to add information such as scene/reel number/comments etc. It may not be quite what you are looking for, but take a peek and see.

It is a round-trip process that involves applying the filter to the first clip of your sequence, configuring the filter to display the info that you want, then copying that filter to the rest of the clips on the sequence.
You then export an XML of that timeline, and run the XML through a small app that comes with the filter.
Import that modified XML back into your project, and all the scene names (or what ever other data you selected) is/are added automatically.
You can try it out with a download that is restricted to 20 clips.
The full version is 45 Euro, I think you save that in time the first time you use it.
Like I say, it may not be what you are looking for,

Updating the Line number on status bar.

I have developed an editor using swing, however I have used the JTextpane class to display the text. I had did of trouble with features such as go to line as this class does not support methods such as getLineCount in the JTextArea class. However I over came this by writing the method shown below.
The problem is that I want to show the current line number on the status bar. When do I call this method? After every '\n'?
The setLine Number method is below.

Perhaps extending a PlainDocument is better, if line
numbers are meaningful for your application.
About your method, mind that getText can be quite dear,
so it is better not to call it if you don't need it.
For a more efficient alternative, look at Document.getText(int offset, int length, Segment txt)It uses a Segment (un unguarded string) pointing directly
into the document, which you can use much like a char
array.
As to your question, I would define a CaretListener
so as to update the status bar when the caret moves.

Identify record number being processed in Custom Integrator?

Hi gurus,
We have developed a custom integrator using a PL/SQL packaged procedure as the interface. Inside this package we insert into a custom table.
We are on Oracle Financials 11.5.10.2.
The custom table is located in a custom schema called CGL.
Our requirement is to perform some validation in the database package when the Web ADI infrastructure is processing the first row in the excel spreadsheet that the user is using to upload data.
We have a header row with the following columns.
Source System
Feeder System
Version Number
When the user chooses Oracle => Upload option from the Excel menu, we have to validate that the Version Number is valid i.e. we have to validate that the previous version of the file for the Source System and Feeder System combination has been successfully processed by the subsequent programs before the user is allowed to upload the next version of the file for this combination.
Our requirement is to perform the validation when row number 1 is being processed. However, I have not been able to find any documentation that allows us to identify the record number in PL/SQL.
Alternately, is there an environment variable or some other way to populate row numbers in excel spreadsheets being downloaded using the template so it can be passed to the package and used to identify the row being processed.
Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Would you give a try with the following option:
Define a column in your layout, and set the default type to formula and enter an excel formula like
=IF(ISBLANK(C7);"";ROW()-ROW($B$6))
This function should put a number into the column and it should start with one, followed by 2,3 etc. The 7,C,B,6 needs to be set according your layout. I hope you can manage this.
Assuming your sheet has 100 lines, you shall have then a 1-100 in this column. I would secure this column, read only flag in the layout.

Hey all,
after deleting picture and videos on may macbook air using IPHOTO i restarted my macbook air and after i open it only shows gray screen and apple logo!
tried the following
-Disconnect any devices connected to the computer
-Reset PRAM
-Reset the SMC (power manager).
-also tried apple hardware test
Went into recovery mode – tried to reinstall the Operating software – Connects to the internet – downloads and tries to install the software.
Things look like they work – but it seems to be stuck in some kind of loop.
I get the below message when I look at the log.

progres bar shows
-2,147,483,648 hour and ## minutes remaining!

Showing time in negetive number is common but not normal.
Hang in there.
