IDOC error cause investigation

Hi all,
I meet some troublesome in the investigation of IDOC errors. When I go to TCODE: BD87, I find out some errors with error status text below. However, I don't know where to find the corresponding resolution to these. Kindly give me some hints. Thanks a lot in advanc!

Since you have not mentioned what this IDOC is to do (create Sales Order??)
I will assume this is for create sales order
Looks like you are getting errors as the master data is not getting copied - example is the Postal code for customer -
Check:
1) is this maintained in customer master?
2) is this required to be sent and received in the IDOC segments?
Try creating a manual sales order for this customer and see if you have any issues?
While using BD87, remove the Check mark for Background processing (Import in Backgorund) and then execute for the failed idoc - the system will now work in Foreground and you will be able to see what errors are affecting
