IDoc for -Schedule Changing of Material- Table PCDPOS and / PCDHDR

Hi Experts,
i have an very big Problem. I have to find a way to transfer Change Master Data to a target system. I am not talking about ECMMAS. I need the Content of an future change in my target system.
MATMAS only distributes the current Material Status. But not the future status, which is the on I needed. E.g. Use TA CC03 and enter a change master number and select one of the objects. Here you can see the Material Master how it looks "in future" and this is the view i need to send from my source to my target system. Has anybody an idea, how i can do this?

Hi Rahul,
For that classification data fields
there is no change log option checked in the data element level.
or there is no associated changelog class.
check in <b>SCDO</b> transaction for change log class.

Goto ME20,
Select your vendor
On the right hand side, you will find "Outbound parmtrs."
Select the "Messsage Type" of your Purchase Order.
Double click on it OR press Display button.
In the 'Messsage Control' tab
Add
(1) Application
(2) Message Type
(3) Process Code ME21N
(4) Check the 'Change' option box.

Future scheduled changes to material lotsize and mrp behaviour

Hi,
I have scheduled changes for a material in lot size for the next month and and also the lotsize key of periodic lot sizing procedure of weekly lot size from daily total to weekly total and also mrp type pd to p1.
when I run mrp then for the first changed month it is giving the changed lot size and weekly total and for the other future months it is considering the old lot size value and weekly total.
to display the new lot size what I have to do.

If I'm correct The changes will be made active on the scheduled date i.e. on 1st of october in our case using MM13. then the new lot size will be dispalyed in material master. if this is the the case untill unless the scheduled date comes I can't expect MRP to give me new lot size propsals.
But for materials with a long lead time foe ex 60 days I want to schedule new lot size data for the 60th day onwards and till that time old lot size data has to be taken. I want to get procurement proposals with old lot size for the coming sixty days and then with new lotsize after the 60th day onwards and I want run MRP for a period more than 6 months starting now and so that i can give procurement proposal to the vendors accordingly in future and present. Is there any way to acheive this.

IDOC for scheduling agreement

i need to create a Z output type for scheduling agreement(application EV in NACE) which triggers an idoc...Its for the whole agreement and not for each line item. ..i need to know the basic idoc type for scheduling agreement to be assigned in partner profile (like DELFOR for delivery schedule) in WE20..

Difference between IDOC for creation, change and deletion

Hi,
As per the requirement, an IDOC will be generated for PO, Vendor Masters and Goods receipt when ever a PO or Vendor or Goods receipt is created or changed. How can we identify whether the IDOC has been created for creation or change of a particular thing? Is there any identifier where in we can check whether the IDOC generated is for creation or change?
And also how to identify that a particular PO or VM or GR has been deleted or cancelled?

BOM data refresh for a change in material master

Hi!!
I would like to ask for your help..
I have to change frequently procurement type in material master (view "MRP 2")
How can I, afterwards, refresh the BOM linked to that material, so to have new procurement updated for my production order??

Dear Chiara,
For the already existing production orders,after entering the order no in CO02,click on Functions--->Read PP Master Data,so
that the made changes become effective.
For the change which you have made can be seen during the next MRP run in the system.
Check and revert back.

IDOCs for PO Change

Hi SAP Gurus,
I am very new to SAP IDOCs & I have requirement related to IDOCs and which may be a simpler one for many but Im finding it difficult as I am new to it.
The requirement is, whenever a PO is changed it should send out a IDOC to replicate those changes in another PO which would be in another system.
Whenever there is change in delivery quantity & delivery address, this IDOC should be triggered.
I am okay with the O/P determination part and can handle that but need help in partner profile & other areas, and my first area of concern is the basic type.
I checked in WE30 for basic types(related to PO change) ORDERS04/PORDCH01 but couldn't find an appropriate segment to send out the data. Can you pls explain how to handle this.
Also, shall we consider IDOC Basic type extension as an option??

App for scheduled changes to ringtone/vibrate only

I recently got an iPhone 3gs - and really like it. But something I miss from an old Nokia phone I had was the ability to put it to vibrate only mode for a specific amount of time, then it would change back to my normal ringtone. That was a fantastic feature. Just wondered if anyone knew of an app that would do that on the iPhone (or can program something like that.)

You have the rocker switch just above the volume controls (on the left side of the phone) which can do this. It will put the phone into vibrate mode until you flip the switch back.
I am not aware of any app that does this scheduled. There is an app that does similar for email push notifications, and I use that app heavily. It is called PushMail, and costs about $3.

In the excellent book Unstructured Framemaker 11, there is Chapter 25 on using Extendscript, the only place I have seen
a cogent, coherent walkthrough of the history behind ExtendScript for Frame (evolving form the FDK) and an example showing good
design principles. The example shows how, starting from the small to the large tasks, select a cell, filter it for a criteria, and highlight the
cell, make these functions, then wrap these in functions that select all the tables of a specific name, then go through a document, etc.
I would like to learn more about Extendscript, I'm going through the Scripting Guide, but the key is the tweak for finding a specific column,
changing the tag for the heading cell of the column to a specified format, then changing the remaining "normal" cells of the column to a specified format.
That is the trick, since the heading cell needs have the option to be a different format, since the tag_name would help identify the rest of cells in the
column.
I'll come up with the main parts of the program, but it's the getting the specified column and specifying the heading cell and then the remaining
cells is the tricky part.

OK, starting at the lowest level is getting the column selected, since we need to select the correct column
before selecting the first cell in the column to rename (a separate funciton?) and then the remaining cells
in the column (another function)? Once these two functions are done, the rest would be like the example in the
the Frame book, since then you would have a function select only the tables that have a certain name and then
all the files in the book.

IDOC for creation/change of payment terms

We have a requirement to send payment terms information to a non SAP system. I am trying to look for a standard IDOC that contains this information how it can be triggered from OBB8.

I think there is no standard idoc to send this. You create an RFC and send to non sap.

System dump whiling testing Inbound IDoc for BOMMAT(Bill of material)

HI Experts,
I m testing Inbound IDoc from T-Code 'we19' using logical system 'BOMMAT' .System is giving a dump with error"Field Symbol has not yet been assigned". while testing t_code 'we02' A IDoc is genreted with warning with status 64 with error 'No filters , No conversion , No version change . Please suggest some solution.

Check the data in the idoc.
This dump might happen due to numeric field you might have passed the character value. check throughly.

Inbound BOM IDOC for create / change BOM

Hello,
I can use function IDOC_INPUT_BOMMAT_MDM with MSGFN '005' to create new BOM via WE19, but can't use IDOC_INPUT_BOMMAT with MSGFN '005' to do the same thing. Can anybody help tell what's the difference between IDOC_INPUT_BOMMAT_MDM and IDOC_INPUT_BOMMAT?

Could I change table header colors when run vi ? Is such a thing possible?

Chnage log for classisication data of material

Hi All,
From last two day's i have trapped with this problem.
We have requirement where we have to send IDOC to our EDI partners for any change in material master data and calssification data of material.
We will run a batch say every day which will chech for these changes and if there are any changes then it will send IDOCs for these materials.
Now, problem is we are able to track changes in material master through tables CDHDR,CDPOS. But we are not able to find out change log for classification data of material.So, our basic problem is to identifiy change in classification data of material.
Now my question to all guru's is:
Is there any way to track these changes or table which record that changes?
NOte: One thing i want to tell, If you go to MM02 transaction, gove material no. and select basic data1, basic data2, calssification data.Then on output screen there is Blue info button, if you press that button it will give you last change info...from where it is comimng?
