Idoc mail notification on specific time

Hi All
I need some suggestions regarding email notification.
I have a requirement where idocs alerts should be send to specific users twice a day (07:00am and 15:00).
I know two solutions for email auto-reaction (CCMS and BPMON).
If i´m not mistaken, CCMS auto-reaction can be triggered in two ways (one via background job which runs every hour and the other one which triggers every 5 mins). For BPMON, i haven´t tried this solution but looking on the "notification" window, there are no options to choose when it will send. And only the data collection schedule on BPMON is customizable.
Any suggestions for this requirement?

Are you facing the problem only for this particlualr MTE? auto reaction methods are working fne for other MTES?

Incoming mail for a specific time period

Is there a powershell command to give me either a report or list of email RECEIVED to my mailbox between specific dates and times:
Say I wanted to see ALL my email received in my in individual mailbox from: 2-23-2005 at 6:00 AM to 2-24-2005 12:00 PMAll I can find is criteria that gives me mail from or to a specific person.
Ant help would be appreciated.

Assuming the items are in the inbox there is this:
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox MyMailbox -IncludeFolders "#Inbox#" -ContentFilter {(Received -ge '02/23/2005 00:06:00') -and (Received -lt '02/24/2005 12:00:00')} -FilePath "\\server\C$\PST-Exports\exported.pst"
That one above won't remove the items from the mailbox, it just dumps a copy out into a PST.
I have had trouble with this one below trying to get it down to the minute but you can get a report sent to another mailbox with this:
Search-Mailbox -Identity MyMailbox -TargetMailbox SomeMailbox -TargetFolder “test” -SearchQuery '(Received:02/23/2005..02/24/2005)' -LogOnly -LogLevel Full
That search-mailbox one goes by UTC time for some reason so it misses some hours based on how far off from UTC you are and as I mentioned I haven't been able to get it to work entering the time, just the date.
These commands look at what email you have now. If you deleted an email, it will not show up. The message tracking logs will show you every email you received/sent.

Mail notification from SAP to Outlook

Hi Experts,
I have developed a program in SE38 to send a mail notification to outlook mail from SAP.Can I use this program in standard Tcode IW21to generate a mail notification at the time of saving data?In IW21 only notification is sent to SAP inbox.
Can anyone provide me the steps to insert this code in IW21 Tcode?

Object does not exist (status management)
Message no. IM258
Diagnosis
This refers to an error in central status management.
Task status
The central status management connection at task level will only be supported from Release 3.0.
For this reason, no task status is available for statuses created before changing to Release 3.0, and status change is therefore also not possible.
Procedure
In the case of task statuses of notifications in releases prior to 3.0:
When you save a notification you can create a status for the tasks.
In the case of notification or task statuses for notifications from Release 3.0:
Please refer to your system administrator.

Sending Messages at a Specific Time?

Does anyone know if there's a way to keep outgoing messages in your Outbox and not send them immeadietly without Saving for Later?
Sometimes I'll write an email late at night, but don't want it to send until say 8 a.m. Is there a way to set the message not to send until then or to tell the outbox to send mail at a specific time?
Perhaps a way to set Automator to send the messages at a speciifc time?

Sending mail @ specific time

I was wondering if there's any way I can write e-mails and then have them not be sent until a specific time and it be automated? If possible would I do this in Mail or Automator?

I already do that for bills etc
I was looking for the ability to actually writing an email today and have it be sent of tomorrow automatically. No drafts and me sending it just to do it at 7AM for example instead of when I get around to it.

Can anyone please tell me how to kick off standard idoc from SAP to XI with time frame every 5 mins or at any specific time. I know all the configurations steps to kick off the standard IDOC but can't figure out the timing. Can anyone please help me with the same.

I am new to SSIS and error mail notification ,can some please provide details for my urgent and prioritized task in my project.
below is the requirement
I have a package for multiple file processing using for each file enumerator .each file having same column definition but for different
users and different name .
i have some mandatory fields to form unique id on combination
1.when files processing any data missed on mandatory fields it should alert users saying following line and fields are missing mandatory
information
2.email notification should send to respective users based on file name.
example :
file1:bitunimous.xls
file 2.oxford.xls
each file having following fields
file 1:bitunimous.xls
claim no: claimant: subclaim:
1001 abc 0
1002 abc 1
1002 abe 0
1004 0
here bitunimous.xls missed claimant value for 4th line then email needs to send to [email protected] as
line no 4 missed claimant information for unique key generation like that.

You need to have a package with below work flow
1. ForEachLoop container with file enumerator to loop through files
Have variable inside loop to get the filename during each iteration. Create another variable called emailaddress, set EvaluateAsExpression property to true and set expression as
REPLACE(@[User::FileName],".xls","") + (DT_STR,20,1252) "@xyx.com"
2. Add tasks for validating data. Capture details of error on a string variable @[User::Error]
3. link a sent mail task to previous task and choose expression and constraint option. Set Constraint as On Completion and Expression as LEN(@Error) > 0
Inside Sent mail task set expression for ToLine and MessageSource properties to map to variables @[User::EmailAddress] and @{User::Error] respectively to sent notifications

Workitems and Mail Notifications being sent multiple times.

There are two issues with our WF development:
1. An approver is receiving a mail notification and WF Decision item TWICE. On analyzing, we found out that the "Requested End" tab of the Decision task had an entry of 2 mins (Work item creation).
Guidance needed on whether this would resolve the issue or is there a different solution.
2. On trying to execute a decision for a WF item, an error msg is shown, "You are not a receiver of the work item" and does not allow to proceed with the decision. What could be the issue??

What happens is, till your workflow duration is on, you will receive reminder mails.
So to avoid this, you need to increase all the duration steps to be equal to duration of of the workflow what you define in the Start step.

Push notifications for specific apps not working even though the badge updates (Facebook, Google etc.)

So this has been happening for months now. I was expecting iOS 5 to fix it, but it hasn't. Push notifications for specific apps do not work. Some come through just fine, but Facebook and Google+ in particular don't work correctly. Facebook push notifications seem to work when the notification is generated from an action performed on a mobile device (ie: someone writes on my wall from another iPhone); if they do the same thing on the desktop, the notification doesn't seem to come through.
As for Google+, I've never seen a single push notification come through as it should, even though I've seen other iPhones with the same app reciving these notifications with no issue.
This is particularly strange because the badge on the app icon usually updates (though it feels like fetch, not push), but the notifications simply don't make it into the notification center (or on the lock screen as they should). As I said, this has been happening for months, long before iOS 5, and the problem has persisted now that I'm running iOS 5.
I've checked and rechecked all notifiation settings for these apps. I've uninstalled and reinstalled them. I've called Apple support and they couldn't offer me any help. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here?

I got an iPhone 4s and I'm experiencing the same problems. I used facebook messenger, and used to get the push notifications to that app, but now that i've deleted it I no longer get the messages directly to the facebook app.
I have push on in the mail settings and notification center for facebook are on as well. I also have push notifications on in the settings for facebook.
I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling, no fix. I haven't tried a hard reset yet.
So far, I figured out that it's not iOS or the facebook app, somehow it is a problem with my account. I logged into my wife's account on my iphone and her account is able to recieve push notifications to my iphone.
Any thoughts?

Mail Notification Options

I am trying to find some different mail notification options for Mac Mail and can't seem to come across anything (good). I run my business email through Mac Mail and would like to know when I get email from those accounts. The prefs only give you the option for a sound for ALL mail, I could careless most times about personal email, I just need to know when I get business mail...by a different sound or a mail posting message or something that comes up when my screen savers is on, saying I have mail from the business account.
Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how to make specific mailboxes give you specific notifications when you get/receive mail in them?
I hope this makes sense.

In Mail preferences -> Rules I have the following setup for example:
You could change the condition to be 'Account = Your Business Mail account' for instance (and remove the part about moving and re-colouring the message obviously )

In order to do that you ll have to do a specific processing method - default method is if i remember well CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM of class CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER
So you ll have to copy class (takes time and energy from solman) and create your specific method that you ll replace in sppfcadm transaction.
In this method instead of using received parameter IS_MAIL_SENDER; create your own one for example
// data ls_mail_sender type SWOTOBJID.
assign the sender that you want to it, for example: support @ myconpany.com
don t forget to replace is_mail_sender by ls_mail_sernder when calling module function
//* call function to process smart form (new forms)
// CALL FUNCTION function_name
that should be fine

"Immediate e-mail" notifications AWOL

For the second time in 3 days, no e-mail notifications for topics I'm subscribed to have arrived at my Yahoo e-mail address. This is a first for me since joining the Discussion Forums in Nov 2005.
To be specific, on Wednesday, no notifications were received, although there were over 12 responses to subscribed threads. Thursday, notifications were received, as usual. Today, no notifications, even though there were responses to the subscribed threads.
In my Yahoo account, the e-mails are filtered into their own folder. I checked other possible locations, including Inbox, Bulk and Trash, however, no related E-mails were received. Also, I checked "my settings" here to make sure there had been no change to my preferences. None noted.
Before I take this up with Yahoo, I'm wondering if anyone can shed any further light on this situation.

For a few days this past week, my subscription notifications were also not being sent, or were delayed.
Discussions were also sporadic in accessibility, so I attributed the problem to that.
Although I did go to My Settings, and changed the setting to something other than Immediately, and clicked Save. I then changed it back to Immediately.
Yesterday my notifications seemed once again to be up-to-date. I don't know if it was because Discussions was more stable, or from changing my setting.
I just logged in today, so I'm not yet sure if my subscriptions are still arriving as they should.
I doubt that it has anything to do with Yahoo, as I use AOL.
