Idoc Outbound Status Error

Hello everybody,
I have an interface that sends and Idoc to an R/3 system and I have it on Status "Processed" but in Outbound Status "System Error" with red flag in SXMB_MONI in PI, but I can't see no dumps neither in PI or R/3, so message in queues I turned on the trace in ST01 and I can't the RFC call that PI should do to R/3 to send the Idoc, I think is about roles and security oft he communication user that exists in R/3, but I'm not sure what roles it should have to allow the Idoc to go thru, any suggestions?, thanks in advance.

Oscar

  • STPPOD Idoc creation status : Error in ALE Service

    Experts,
I am trying to send GR from MM to SUS in MM-SUS Classic Scenario on ECC 6.0 Server. I have also configured Goods REceipt Notifications Functionality to sending GR from MM to SUS.
When i am trying to send GR Idoc is generated (STDPOD) but i am getting the Error whose status - 29 in WE02 t-code :
    Status Message for Selected IDoc
Status Text:   IDoc: 0000000000211243 Status: Error in ALE service
T100 Text:     Entry in outbound table not found
While i have properly configured Partner Profile for  Message Type STPPOD :
Partner Role          Basic Type     Receiver Port           Application     Output Mode
LS        DELVRY03       A000000018 (XI port)           GRN               Transfer Idoc Immediately
When i try WE19 t-code for this idoc, i found  the error "Port '' does not exist in the table of port descriptions"
while  i have already defined port (A000000018)in WE21 t-code  and this port also working fine for other messages.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks.

  • Idoc outbound errors05(error during translation) 07(error during syntax ch)

    hi,
i found all idocs in the system fails with status 07(error during syntax check)
    idoc got different stats:
      flow of status:01
                          30
                          03
                          18
                          24
                          05 (error during translation)
                          07 (error during syntax check)
what could be the problem ?

    Hi,
This could be the format which you are sending not matching with other system.
For example, if your are sending the Idocs to EDI, system, the mapping should be correct with the idoc which you have are sending. If haven't changed any posting program logic or idoc segments, then check with other system who is supposed to transmit the idocs.

  • Outbound Idoc 03 status - SM58 error

    Hi ,
For Oubound Idoc, I am getting Idoc with status 03 but is not there in Receipient system.
When I check Idoc in Sm58, Idoc has error <b>"The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records".</b>
Can anybody help me how to solve this issue?
    Thanks & regards,
    Yogita

use FM idoc_status_write_to_database to change the IDoc status from 03 to 30 and then  run WE14 or  RSEOUT00 to change the status back to 03
resending idoc from status 03 ...is a data duplicatino issue on receiving side...why do u need to do that ?
    Use WE19 tcode to debug
    In we19
1)U can choose your Idoc number in existing Idoc textbox
    2)Press execute
3)u will display ur Idoc struct
4)Dbl click on any field then u can modify its content
5)PressStd Outbound Processing Btn to process modified Idoc
    Thats it

  • Error 26: Error during syntax check of IDoc (outbound)

    Hi all,
I am getting error when we try to generate IDoc in Outbound process (to send data from SAP to external Interface).
Error no is 26. And I have checked the status records, it shows the below error message. "EDI: Syntax error in IDoc (too many repetitions of a group). According to the syntax description of the basic type SHPMNT05 (customer enhancement ZSHPMNT05), the segment group E1EDL37 can be repeated a maximum of 0000000260 times. However, this segment group occurs more frequently in the IDoc. Please check the IDoc or the syntax description of the basic type SHPMNT05 (customer enhancement ZSHPMNT05).
Can any one tell me is there any limitation for data records for segment E1EDL37?
Kindly suggest me what is the problem & what needs to be done to fix this.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Mohammad.

    Hi Guys,
This is a problem which occurs throughout lots of SAP systems. This occurs due to someone changing the IDOCSYN table without making the neccessary changes to the EDISYN table.
For more information on this you can check out the note - 370021. Also if you run the following program in your system and make the changes to your IDOC segment, this error will go away.
(Please note that this program is provided by SAP and I just made a small adjustment by adding the COMMIT WORK AND WAIT statement) .
    Hope this helps.

  • 26 Error during syntax check of IDoc (outbound)

    Hi Experts
    I am using TPSDLS - Idoc(outbound).
When we view in WE02 : for few of the deliveries it is working fine , but for some it is giving the following error
26     Error during syntax check of IDoc (outbound)
Please any one help me out for the same
    Thanks & Regards
    Shaveta

Please check the segments for the idocs in error status in WE02. The segments in the idoc should be in the same sequence as defined while creating idoc in WE30.
For eg. taking the case of invoic02 idoc.
Segment E1EDP01 cannot come prior to segment E1EDK01.
As in WE30 it is defined to come after E1EDK01\

  • Error while posting the IDOC. Status message '56'

    Hi,
I have a requirement where I will post an IDOC which inturn will split the original IDOC into child IDOCs based on the store value.
I am trying to post the IDOC in WE19. So, the Original IDOC is posted successfully with status '53'. Whereas, the child IDOCS finished with error. The status of the message is '56' and the error says 'EDI: Partner profile not available'. Could someone tell me what could be the reason for this..?
Actually, the IDOC was created by the Functional Consultant. So, should the partner profile creation also done by them or do we need to do anything to solve this problem.? Could someone answer me this question. Thanks in advance.
    Best Regards,
    Paddu.

It looks like the control data for the child segment is not getting populated. you have to find the code which populated the control data and see if it is doing what it should.

  • IDoc outbound errors - mail send step in WF to send info-mail to enduser

    Hello specialists
I searched quite a lot in the forums now. I found lot of info but nothing regarding my issue.
I need to send an info-mail to the end user creating purchase orders. But only if the idoc (outbound ORDERS) could not be sent (failing for some reason, i.e. if rfc connection fails). This is what I've done to achieve this:
    - in WE40 I linked my WF to process code EDIO
    - the WF-BATCH user has an email address assigned to it (in SU01)
    - the mail sending step in my WF is configured like this:
recipient type = G (organizational object)
Expression = &_WORKITEM.CREATEDBYUSER.ID& (this contains the enduser id)
    subject = Test for &WORKITEM.CREATEDBYUSER.ID&
When testing the mail can not be delivered (error SO23).
When setting recipient type to U (E-Mail address) and giving a valid e-mail address, then it works fine (SCOT, etc. is configured and mailing to external systems works). But setting the e-mail address hard coded style in the mail send step is not an option here!
It seems that the send mail step (SELFITEM.SENDTASKDESCRIPTION) always requires a valid e-mail address. Is it not able to handle SAP user id's ?
Thanks in advance for some guideance on this one.

Edited by: Renaud Desarzens on Feb 11, 2010 3:00 PM

Hello and thanks for your help.
I was able to solve it like this:
    - don't use mail send step
    - instead, add new activity with a new task (SELFITEM.SENDTASKDESCRIPTION)
    - in the bindings (workflow -> step) set:
         B --> &TYPEID&
         &_WORKITEM.CREATEDBYUSER.ID& --> &ADDRESSSTRINGS&
Seems that the mail send step doesn't allow TYPEID to be "B" because each time I tried to tweak the generated bindings that way it messed up the recipient type and expression I set before.
