IDOC's missing

Hi,
I have an error in support. please send me the answer.
in ODS in it is showing red 0 from 0 recrods. but in status of this ODS it is telling that "No Idocs generated; file system". after that i went and also saw the short dump. it is telling there is more than 36 templates please check the ABAP/4 program. then i saw request of data mart status it is in deleted symbol. all other requests are not deleted in data mart status. ok how can i rectify this error. please reply ASAP. urgent.

IDOC Segment missing when reaching to ECC

Hi,
This is file-to-IDOC scenario. When file is loaded XI is picking and creating IDOC with all segments as expected in XI, but when reached to ECC sytem main header and item segments are missing.
Refreshed cache, reloaded metadata in XI, did full system cache refresh but no luck.
Checked in ECC thru IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS function module to create IDOC and it did create successfully with all segments.
Segments are missing only when coming from XI. We are in SAP ECC 6.0 & PI 7.0. IDOC I am using is DELVRY03

Custom IDoc Type missing segment parent/child relationships

Hi.
I copied the standard ORDERS05 IDoc type to a custom type and cut out quite a few segments. My new IDoc type is setup with parent/child segment relationships, similar to many of the original relationships in ORDERS05.
When I use the standard FM IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP to generate an IDoc, it's not creating with parent/child segment relationships. It's placing the children at the same level as the parent.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

figured out the problem. was missing a required segment used to establish the parent/child relationship.

IDOC Segment missing for MATMASS Message type

Through change pointer program for the message type YAUIHUBMATMAS IDOC is triggered.
1) Change pointers are defined in system for the message type T Code u2013 BD52.
2) If respective field is changed in material master , this data is stored in change pointers table BDCP.
3) Background jobs are scheduled every day, which searches for the changes pointer table and triggers the idoc.
In our case IDOC is getting generated but with one segment missing.
We have analysed the succesful and failed IDOC and found desrepency is field updation of BDCP table.
Succesful case contain material number in object value of ZZMDST field where as failed contain some other value.
Can anyone please help us to guide how the BDCP table is updated and the values are mapped in it or any other suggestion to find why the segment is missing in it.

Yes ,This is a Z -field.
Change pointer is triggering the idoc fo this Z-field but in some cases one segment is missing .
This is z-field in the basic data view of material master.
Yes , we have checked the change history in material master for this field it is getting updated there in BDCP table as well but in BDCP table if this field is flagged then object value is not contain material number instead it contain some other number .
But in case of succesful IDOC the object value is same as material number.

IDOC for missing parts list

Thanks for your quick reply. But this is not what I am looking out for. I am sorry, I think my question was not clear.
There is one functionality in Production Planning area that we can find out the missing parts for the production order. We have to send the information to our warehouse asking for the missing parts to fulfill the production order. Our warehouse is not on SAP so we want to send the information through an ALE/IDOC. In order to do this I wanted to know that is there any standard IDOC type which can be used or we have to create a custom IDOC.

IDOC HRMD_A06 Missing Infotype When Outbound

Hi All,
I'm using message type HRMD_A and basic type A06 for my HR outbound IDOC interface.
I did not put any filter for the distribution model, however, when I execute the outbound, it only outbound the IT 2 and IT50 for me. Other infotypes are missing (eg IT 1, 8, 9 etc).
Can you tell me what did I setup wrong? Hope someone can help me because it's urgent.

Hard to say... Are you using PFAL for distribution? Have you check the application log (SLG1 - Object HRALE)?
Have you tried to debug RHALEINI (PFAL)? Are you using an evaluation path to get your population? What transfer mode are you using? (insert? update?) Did it actually works once or you just never make it works?

Incoming IDOC-Segment missing

I tried both. But it remains.
Still strange is, the ALEAUD idoc with Z-Segment containd in E1PRTOB-Segment produced by the sending system contains some E1STATE segments. But the number of ALEAUD idocs recieved in IDX5 list is the number of the E1STATE segments in sending system. And every recieved ALEAUD idoc contains only one E1STATE-Segment
Why is it splitted? and where?

Idoc segments missing in the final output

Using a file - idoc mapping. have mapped all relevant fields, but in the output only segments show up. not getting all the mapped segments when i test this message mapping. Could anybody please guide me.

see the cardinality of the node which is having the line items......if it is 0..1 then only the first line item will be used in mapping...........if it is 0..unbounded then only all your line items will be shown........so in your mapping test, in source file can you see all the line items in the tree structure.......check the cardinality of your target node also............if it is 0..1 then only the first line item of source will be mapped.

File-to-IDOC, idoc is missing in R/3

Hi Gurus, I got successful message(checked flag) in sxmb_moni after executing file to idoc scenario. But, I <b>can not see the IDOC CREMAS05 in ECC(r/3)</b> using we02/we05.
Partner profile was set up in (ECC server) in which partner number is logical system name(XI0CLNT100) of XI server. "CREMAS" is available in inbound parameters of this profile. Anything else I need to check in R/3 ?
In XI, i have maintained port/rfc destination and are used in IDOC adapter. I have tested RFC destination to connect to R/3 which works fine.
Please help.

Should not come to AE when the IDOC segment missed

I 've done the multimapping from IDOC to mul.files.
Here my sender IDOC line Item contains 2 segments.
Let us assume the first segment named Z1CONSGROUP and having some fields which has mapped to my receiver end files.
In production system we should not have the case where there is no Z1CONSGROUP segment.
Here if the IDOC doesn't contain this segment then it's a payload error and it reached to RWB status : system error.
But, i want to prevent this in production when this Z1CONSGROUP segment doesn't contain the idoc it should n't reach to AE.
How can i do that...is there any option to maintain such a scenario in XI.
Please help me out on this.

the easiest thing to do is,
1. Use a condition on Z1CONSGROUP and use the EX operator (ref: /people/shabarish.vijayakumar/blog/2006/06/07/customise-your-xpath-expressions-in-receiver-determination)
2. if the EX gives you a fail, then provide no receiver and use the option 'Options for Behavior at Runtime If a Receiver Is Not Found' -> End Message Processing Without Error (Restart not Possible)
3. Else provide the right receiver and let the flow continue.

IDOC Segment missing

Hi ABAP Experts, I created one Inbound IDOC using some standard segments. When I see the Idoc using WE02 and double click on it it does not show me the same no of segments as I included in 'IdocType'. Can someone please suggest how to check and get the same no of segments in IDOC as used in Idoc Type.

Did you also try by varying the time a little and by giving the date range with more expansion.
Becoz the time on your system might differ with time on application server.
I don't see any reason for it not displaying.
Please check them with a wider range and let me know.

IDOC contents missing in XML

Hi,
Could some one please help me resolve this.
We have Purchase Order output in XML to vendor via IDOC. The problem is the IDOC is processed and creates XML but the actual contents of the order do not appear in XML. It has the PO number, Vendor details etc but the material numbers, quantities and other details are not in there.
which are the areas we should be looking at to get this right.
Any help is much appreciated.

When you look at the XML file directly on the server it won't be appear all the content..
But when you download the file to presentation server you can able to see all the content.

Idoc - payment missing

Hi Friends,
We have run automatic payment via F110 and processed IDOC payment with 3 payements to 3 different vendors. Payment run is processed with out errors and 3 payment docs are generated. But bank porcessed only 2 vendor payments I go and check DME payment summary it shows only 2 documents.
I never worked in Idoc before. Appriciate your step by step advise to find the casue.

Go to transaction SE16 > Table REGUH
And find out the IDOC numbers for your payment run.
Then check in transaction WE02/ WE05 the status of these IDOCs.
Also check the variant of the DME format in OBPM4/ OBPM1/ OBPM2/ OBPM3, whether you have ddefined any filter there

Field Name in IDOC is missing

Hi to All,
I created a sample program for outbound IDOC creation with one segment (contains two fields). When I populate the value in those fields, then IDOC created successfully with two fields. When the value is INITIAL to any fields then those field name is not displaying in the IDOC. But I want to display the field name even if its value is INITIAL.
Can anyone suggest solution for this issue?

i have created a test file by taking the idoc structure and then i am trying to test the scenario by placing the file in the Integartion Engine.
The data which i have given for 3 segements(Header,Detail,Footer), the header dat and the footer data are coming out fine in we05. But for the detail segement i am giving values for 6 fields, only 2 filelds values are being displayed in weo5, remaining data is not being shown.
In the sxmb_moni the status of the message is sucessful.It is shwoing sucess flag.

Segment E1EDK23 in idoc is missing

Hi All,
I have written a program for outbound idoc inside user exit FM EXIT_SAPLVEDF_002.
which triggers via standard FM idoc_output_invoic.
Now I have to pass currency code in sagment E1EDK23.
I have coded for that in my program but it is not appearing in the idoc.
I checked and found that there is no logic to fill the sagment E1EDK23 in standard FM.
So how can I pass the currency code in my idoc?
Is there anyother sagment which can serve the purpose?
