IDOC, segment status missing in outbound IDOC

Hi,
how to generate an IDOC MATMAS with SAP with the segment status EDI_DS40?
Indeed, we need to transfer this idoc from SAP (ECC 6 EHP4) to an EAI (Synchrony).
The Idoc need to be fulfilled with the control segment, the data segment and the status segment to be parsed by the EAI.
The MATMAS message is generate by the transaction BD10 and send via a Transactional RFC port. We use SAP JCO 2.1.8.
The segment is missing for all type of Idoc.
Can you help me?

Hi,
The systeme Synchrony pass all test in SM59 (connection and unicode).
the segment that is need by Synchrony is EDIDS, not EDIDC.
Segment that are mandatory for Synchrony to receive IDOC via RFC with SAP JCO connector:
Segment EDI_DC40 (receive -> so OK)
Segment EDI_DS40 (not send by SAP -> so KO)

IDOC Segment is missing in the IDOC even though I have populated values

Hi Experts,
   I face a problem in the IDOC processing.
   I have a custom IDoc type with 2 segments in the same Hierarchy.
   In the Z program I populate both the segments and send the internal table to the MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE Fun.Module.
   When the IDOC is generated, I see the IDOC with only one segment and the 2nd segment is missing.
   When I debugged the program, I see the 2nd Segment also getting populated.
   Can you give some info that can resolve my issues.

Check the below points,
1. Check the internal table IDOC_DATA in MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE in debug mode whether the segement with values are populated.
2. Are you populating the parent & hierarchy level in segment, if yes check whether the values are right one.
3. There may be a possiblity the std SAP code would delete the custom segment if its any syntax error in segment defenition.
Check this and if you still have the issue come back.

, there is some issue on the generation of the Site Master IDoc (Message type: ZDEBMAS, Basic type: DEBMAS06).
This is using the SAP standard program (RBDMIDOC) which reads the Site master change pointers.

i got the function module. it is triggerig whne i do changepointer running.
what ever changes i made only that segments are onlycomming in to the idoc. but remaing segments are not comming.
my req is to show all segments even if i do changes in one segmet fields dont change theay have send to the interfece all athe segments.i ahve to do some enhancemetns for that

Idoc at status 51, however outbound delivery created

Hi Gurus,
We have peculiar issue , where in outbound delivery is getting created through IDoc. The inbound idoc has status 51 however delivery got created. Any idea how is it possible?.

WPUTAB: Idoc segments are missing at receiver system

Hi ABAP Experts!
At Sender System (POS DM) and Receiver System (ECC), Idoc is successfully generated with 144 Segments.
Both at sender and receiver, status is in green color, status 53.
Now in Receiver System ECC, at WPER transaction, documents processed with Billing Document Number and Accounting Document Number.
Now at Receiver system ECC, out of 144 segments, I can find only 48 segments inside Accounting Document Number.
Very few Idocs have this type of issues.
What about the rest of the segments, suggest me the solution.

RBDMANI2 : Reprocess Idocs manually
RBDMANIN : Posting of IDocs with Status 51
RBDMOIND : Outbound Idocs status 03->12
RSEOUT00 : For Processing 30 Status IDocs
RBDAPP01 : For Processing 64 Status IDocs
RBDAGAIN : Reprocess Incorrect Outbound IDocs
RBDAGAI2 : Reprocessing of IDocs after ALE Input Error

How to trigger an Outbound IDOC with a default status 68

Hi,
How an Outbound IDOC can be created/triggered with a default status 68??
I have a requirement where the outbound IDOC should always get created with status 68. Once an Outbound IDOC is created, I should not be changing its status manually or using a program.
Basically we don't want any IDOCs created in other status and changing to 68 once an IDOC is created with a different status.
Currently i'm using fm 'IDOC_OUTPUT_DELVRY' to trigger an outbound idoc, and the idocs are triggered with different status 30, 2, 3 etc... By using a program i can change the status of the IDOC. But what we need is "Whenever an outbound idoc is triggered, it should always have status 68".
Please let me know the ways to achieve this functionality.

We need to display all the IDOC data on a Smartform layout. But we dont need the IDOC to be used for our requirement. So we want to make sure that IDOC is triggered but will not stay in 02 or other status.
We have a process to monitor the failed idocs (02 status) and we do not want our idoc to have failed status. So we need the idocs to be tirggered directly with status 31 (thanks for letting me know that i cant use status 68 for outbound idocs).

IDOC-Segment Created a idoc document against Billing document

Thanks in advance.
Already created a idoc document against Billing document and one of the IDOC segment is not in the IDOC document output segments(WE05) actually it missed the segment.
so i want to add the segment which it was missed during generation of IDOC document against billing document.
Example:
a) IDOC document misses one segment let suppose "Seg1".
b) In "Seg1" it have only one field let suppose "Field1".
c) But "Field1" does not have any value while generation of IDOC document so it doesn't create the respective segment in IDOC document.
d) so here, i want to edit the IDOC document to add the "Seg1" in the IDOC document and reprocessing the IDOC document.
Please help on this issue.

          If your requirement is to have the Segment even with only 1 Field, you'll have to create an Idoc Extension in WE30.
         In order to populate the Custom Segment, Use the Customer Function '002' in the IDOC_OUTPUT_INVOIC which is EXIT_SAPLVEDF_002 where you can actually insert the Segment as a Child Segment of an Appropriate Segment.
        You can go for Custom segment with the IDoc Extension so that you dont have to manually insert the Segment again and again while reprocessing it.

How to insert the standard idoc segment in the idoc

Hi Experts!
We are using SRM 7.0.Wo got a requirement as below:
In our organiation there will be both regular employees and the non-employees.For non-employees address will not be maintained in Tcode PA20 in backend ECC HR system.Where as for employees address will be maintained.
As the HR replication will be done by scheduled jobs, in case of non employees replication is not happening due to the missing address in PA20.In order to avoid this we are building some logic and as part of it we need to add the standard IDOC segment 'E1P0006' in the main idoc as this particular segment is for address and it is missing due to the missing address in PA20 for non-employees where as this idoc segment will be there for employees.
As am very much new to idoc concept can some one help me how to handle this if any one of you came across this kind of scenario.
Please find the attached document for the idoc seq we have.

2. Choose Tools--> Diagnostics
3. In the block field choose $DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXFIELD$
4. Field will show the list of all the DFF's enabled for that form.
5. Choosing one will display the name of the DFF in the value field.

can any one tell me , how to upload a sample XML idoc xml(data) file while Outbound IDOC testing;
in WE19 tcode ( insted of manually entering the sample data, i have to import the sample XML/text file into the idoc fields). say IDOC is MATMAS.

i have seen that function module IDOC_XML_FROM_FILE, in that it is required a port no, what exactly it is, and what type of port is it?
suppose i am having a XML/TEXT file with IDOC data, how can i upload it into the server and how can convert it into the IDOC and how can i generate the IDOC no for outbound testing?

Yes, You will have to run RSEOUT00 as periodic job

Outbound idoc has data from previous idoc as well

Hi Experts
I am doing the goods receipt against a scheduling agreement using idocs. If this goods receipt is succesful, I am triggering an outbound idoc informing the WMS of the goods receipt. For example, if idoc number 1 comes in for GR , code has been mentioned in the inbound function module for trigger of an outbound idoc A. Please note that the difference that this isnt the case of an output type.
Now the problem that arises is , the idoc data for outbound idocs is being accumulated and sent. For example, if 1 is the GR idoc, A is the outbound idoc, then 2 is the 2nd GR idoc, then AB is the data coming 2nd outbound idoc (instead of just B), then 3 is the 3rd GR idoc, then ABC is the data coming for 3rd outbound idoc(instead of just C)
I am a little confused about the same as to which area this pertains to and would really appreciate quick help on the same.

How are you testing this functionality ? Is it using WE19 test transaction or ??
If that is the case then please come out of transaction everytime you process the idoc.
Also, clarify your scenario in more detail.
Processing of your single inbound idoc creates more than one outbound idocs or
for every inbound idoc which is processed you are creating one outbound idoc in user exit.
Also check if the idocdata internal table is refreshed once an outbound idoc is created.
If possible please send your code.
