Idoc WPUWBW: Status 51 - IDoc not fully processed

This is regarding Goods Moment.
In Quality, Idoc is successfully generated at POSDM system and also in ECC system.
In Production, Idoc is successfully generated at POSDM, but in ECC it is failed (Idoc WPUWBW: Status 51-IDoc not fully processed).
So, at WPER it is showing as In deficit of stock. But stock is available.
Kindly suggest me how to close this issue.

IDOC status 64 not getting processed.

Hi Gurus,
      I have a problem where IDOC's with status 64 are not getting processed via background job. the IDOCs weere getting processed with the background job till today evening, but suddenly no changes were made and the processing of IDOC's with status 64 has stopped and they keep filling up, when i checked the log of the Background job it says finished, and the log has the following information,

When i process the IDOC's using BD87, they gets processed wiwth out aany issues no dump is displayed, idoc gets a status 53 after processing via BD87.
There is another problem how ever there are other jobs scheduled to run in the background other than this background job which are getting cancelled and have two different error logs for different jobs they are as follows.

This is a production server and the Licence is valid till 31.12.9999, and has no issues with the license.

Idoc in status 03 - not received by receiving system

I have researched a lot on this topic on the forum - but what I am facing is something peculiar - so posting the complete scenario.
I have three interfaces based on change pointers mechanism where change pointers have been activated for message type HRMD_A.
There are three distribution models which filter the same message type and send to receiving system GIS – for the logical systems:
FI
Concur
Russia
When IDoc is triggered using standard program RHALESMD (transaction RE_RHALESMD - HR: Evaluate ALE Change Pointers), there could be three or less IDocs produced depending on the filter criteria.
For example, you could have an IDoc each for all above three partners.
When the above program is triggered in the development system all three IDocs reach GIS.
All the custom code and configuration is transported from DEv to QA. When I trigger the above program in QA, not all IDoc reaches GIS. Others stay in the system in status 03.
If I check tRFC queue (transaction BD75), there are no IDocs in the queue.
If I use another program to change status from 03 to 12, the status changes, but IDoc still does not reach receiving system.
I have compared Dev and QA systems, deleted and generated partner profile, distribution model, port in QA – but nothing works.
Not all IDocs reach GIS.
I read on the forum that I need a commit work. But because I am using a standard program - RHALESMD - where do I commit work?

Please go to transaction SM58 and check if the IDocs are stucked up on the t-rfc queue. If so, you can right click and choose Execute LUW to release them.
or
Execute the program RSARFCRD and get the corresponding Transaction id and then execute the program RSARFCSE for processing the entries in TRFC Queue.

IDocs in Status 03 not transferring -

Hi All,
I am facing some issue with transferring IDcos from one R/3 system to another R/3.
Idocs are getting created at the application level and are in green status(03) But not reaching the receiving system.
If I modify the status of Idoc to 30 and process them manually using BD87, they are reaching the receiving system.
I have checked the partner profile, ports and other setting comparing with other message types which are working OK. I could not find any difference. Please note that custom program is creating Idoc, where the basic type and message are standard.

IDOCs in status 12 not reaching the Legacy System

Hi Experts,
I am facing problem with a specific set of IDOCs in R/3.
the IDOCs are with status 12.
Queues are fine. SMQ1, SMQ2 are clear.
Also I dont find any communication errors : (SM58 in XI)
All adapters were also working fine
And in SXMB_MONI we found messages with still waiting acknowledgement
Can anybody give me an idea about what might went Wrong.
I performed all the necessary checking but couldn't trace any errors.

There may be a problem in ur configurations. Please check the status of our idoc in the tcode : sm58 (in R/3).
I think your IDOC was strucked here. Check the status.

Request iDoc and status iDoc correlation

I have a strange problem.
In my XI 3.0, I have an iDoc2iDoc interface which used to work fine, until I installed patch level 14.
Now, when the acknowledgement (ALEAUD) comes back into my R/3 system, the iDoc system does not recognize it as a response for a specific request iDoc I've sent, but as an ordinary inbound iDoc.
After a short investigation, I found out that the iDoc number is not correlated, it seems like a problem in the iDoc adapter in the XI, that does not translate the iDoc number of the target system back into the iDoc number of the original system.
Has anyone met with this kind of problem ? any solutions ?

Hi Anand.
All of the partner profile and iDocs configuration are complete and correct.
I'll try to be a bit more specific:
Local R/3 sends iDoc MATMAS through XI 3.0 and receives ALEAUD iDoc as an applicational acknowledgement.
For the R/3 to be able to correlate between the inbound ALEAUD and the outbound MATMAS the iDoc system uses a field containing the iDoc number.
The problem is that ALEAUD has the number generated by the remote system and the MATMAS has the number of my local system, the XI is suposed to translate the remote iDoc number back to the local iDoc number.
I hope it's clearer now, and that someone can help.

Return not fully processed?

I ordered the MacBook Pro with Retina Display at the base specifications for $2,199 with a $200 student discount, making the base price $1,999.99. Following taxes and shipping ($15.90 for faster shipping), the total price of the computer was $2,134.84 charged to my VISA. I also added the Back-to-School gift card, which should have been a price of $100, but that $100 should have automatically been deducted. It was not. When I asked for a refund on that part of the order, the representative who assisted me refunded me $106.00 – which covered the cost of the card and an additional $6.00; but when I returned the MacBook Pro that I had ordered at the Apple Store location, I was only refunded for a total of $2,134.84; which was the price of only the MacBook (with the appropriate shipping and taxes). At this point, the total returns processed on my account were $2,134.84; but I should have been refunded a total of $2,234.84, including the $100 for the gift card.

I already contacted them on the phone and they were unable to help me. If there's any way that I could get in contact with them digitally to explain the situation in "plain text" as it were so there's no miscommunication, that would be helpful, but apparently there is not. Apple put the blame on my bank, and my bank put the blame on Apple; meanwhile I'm still out of $100.

Deactivate idoc generation for order when status is not completed

In CRMD_ORDER when sales order is created it will generate bdoc and for that bdoc idoc is going to create for every status , my requirement is to stop the creation of idoc if status is not completed please provide solution for that.

As u said u dont want to create idoc on the particular User status(i.e. Not Completed ), in this case u check for u r subcription setting in administration console (txn: SMOEAC) that in which statuses u r idoc get created in field crieteria value, maintain status operator (NE) Not Equal to Not Completed , u r idoc will not get created if u r user status in Not Completed

Idocs with status 52, can i reprocess the same idoc

Hi,
In production idoc status 52 created but not moving forward, can i reprocess the same idoc number.
My doubt is , is there any impact for the first idoc generated with 52 status after I reprocess the same idoc number.

Goto WE05, expand the status node and read why its not fully processed. Depending on that, you can reporcess the idoc. In general, there are some foreign constraints, without fullfilling them, the idoc wil remain in 52.

Hi all,
On transferring HR data from R/3 to CRM shows two IDOCs, one which is posted- status 53, and the other with status 52 - document not fully posted. IDOC details show that central person for employee and relationships could not be created. The org. structure is replicated but employees are not.
Now there seems to be a reason behind this, this is the second time I am having problems with IDOCs during HR/CRM integration I have had the same problem when earlier a system client copy was taken and faced the IDOC transfer problem in the copied client. In fresh installations the integration works fine. Are there any system buffers to be refreshed or anything else on the technical side or am I missing settings on the CRM side ?
Please help ASAP.

For an employee(18730) 1st idoc has been generated on 03.06.2013 from ECC to CRM with these infotypes data (0,1,105) but idoc status is 52, and again changed on 04.06.2013 infotype (2) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM and same again changed on 06.06.2013 infotype (6) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM. But still Business partner has not been created in CRM.
We are facing for few employees related this issue.
I have been checked SLG1 and WE02 in both ECC & CRM, Please find the attached screen shots for your kind reference.
Please let me know is any other process to solve my issue.

In Inbound IDOC, the status code is 52 ---> Application document is not fully posted(satus of the inbound idoc is in yello colour). I want to reprocess this idoc in BD87 t.code in order to convert the yellow colour to green colour. Before reprocessing the IDOC, i need to rectify the problem and then reprocess the idoc in bd87. am i correct? if yes, what i need to do to solve the error --->application document not fully posted. Please guide me friends.

If you are FM to process the inbound IDOC,
possibilities are like below .
Reason 1 :
In partner profiles, check is it trigger immediately or not ? for particular partner profile which u r using .
reason 2 :
If you are using BDC code to update the data .if any screen contains error then also you will get the status in yellow .
reason 3 :
Have you tried with TCODE BD87 , might be it is processing error also .
i have worked on same probelm so if u r not solved with the issue after trying above 3 reasons .

I am attaching how we documented the process in our troubleshooting guide. Graphics were not pasted.
21.3       Manually run IDOCs reported as 52.
It is possible that IDOCs are found in status 52 for the daily updates.   In principle IDOCs 52 can not be re-proceeed, but there is a way to push the appropriate data from a source system, e.g. ERP.    Following is the process.
21.3.1     You find IDOCs in status 52 in WE02.
21.3.1     Open table EDIDS.
Perform 2 searches for parameter STAPA2 and STAPA1 in status 52 and download the entries for each column to an MS Excel file.
21.3.2     Adjust the MS Excel file.
The strings STAPA2 and STAPA1 have to be truncated and separated into 3 different fields for processing: First 2 characters are the Plan Number, next 2 the Object Type, and next 8 the Object Number.
21.3.3     Manually process the entries via transaction PFAL from the source system, e.g. ERP.
The entries must be processed in the following order sorting by Object Name:
u2022     STAPA2s first, then STAPA1s.
u2022     Each organized by O, S, P, C, and CP.
21.3.3.1     Running individually for each entry.
By running PFAL with the individual entries: Plan number, Object Type, Object Number, Update mode, Target Logical System name ... the respective IDOC will be passed to target system for processing.
21.3.3.2     If there are many entries for processing.
If there are many STAPA2 and STAPA1 for processing.
u2022     Create a text file like the one below with the entries as mentioned above.
u2022     Logon into the source system and make sure CATTs are allowed..
u2022     Via SCAT, create a CATT that emulates the execution of PFAL entering Plan number, Object Type, Object Number, Update mode, Target Logical System name ... the respective IDOCs will be passed to the target system for processing.
. Create the text file with the entries.
. Execute the CATT ... the respective IDOCs will be passed to target system for processing.

Report RBDAPP01 not processing IDocs in status 51

Hello guys,
I have a problem with the execution of some Inbound Idocs using program RBDAPP01.
Now the Idoc is executed in background with a job. Sometimes we have some locks because we receive idocs going to the same order, and then remain in status 51.
In the variant of the job we filled to execute Idocs with status 64 and 51, but the idocs that remain in status 51 are not processed, at the end we have to do it manually.
There is no parallel processo to avoid the locks.
Do you know how we can solve it?

Idoc to flat file using Integration process does not show up at all

Hello All,
I created a scenario IDOC to Flat File using Integration Process and one without IntegrationProcess. I am able to execute the one without Integration Process easily.
However when I send the IDOC from SAP then the Integration Process scenario just does not work.
I Checked SXMB_MONI There is no entry for the Integration Process.I can see entry for other without Integration Process.
SXI_CACHE : I can see my Integration Process active
SWEQADM : I have activated the Event Queue and Background job
SWF_XI_ADM_BPE : ALL BPE is showing green status.
All syntax check on IP are fine.
There is no Basis Help for me so there could be some additional basis steps which need to be configured. Has anyone faced such an issue with Integration Process?

Hope this might help you. when u configure an IDoc as Sender with BPM this is how you proceed.
1. let us split the scenario into two.
a. Sender to BPM ( Integration Process).
b. BPM to Receiver.
2. First let us configure the first Sender to BPM.
a. Sender Agreement( Not required ).
b. Receiver Agreement( NOT Required).
c. Receiver Determination( Sender Service, Outbound Interface, Receiver Service(Integration Process).
d. Interface Determination( Inbound Interface(Sender Abstract Interface), Message Mapping(NOT Required if your using transformation stepin Integration Process)).
3. Now let us configure the Second BPM to Receiver.
a. Sender Agreement( NOT Required)
b. Receiver Agreement( Sender Service(Integration process), Receiver Abstarct Interface,Receiver service, Inbound Interface).
c. Receiver Determination( Sender Service(Integration Process), Receiver Abstarct Interface,Receiver Service).
d. Interface Determination( Inbound Interface, Message Mapping(NOT Required)).
So Finally we have One Receiver Agreement, Two Receiver Determinations, Two Interface Determinations.
